Everyone was very helpful and professional. We are first timers as far as RV camping and all the staff made it very nice. Had everything we needed as we were traveling with two dogs. Wonderful relaxing place to stay.

Pros: Nice and clean, flat and level pads, very dog friendly including a dog bathtub. Nice pool, clean showers and toilets, good landscaping. Cons: Right near a loud interstate (I-40), laundry is more than any KOA and very expensive nightly fees.

Very difficult for big rig towing vehicle. Had to change site as trees created problem for slide out. Not enough pruning on trees. Premium sites are nice. All sites paved. Lots of highway noise.

Stayed in sight 93. Had difficulty leveling the rv. Haven’t had trouble before or since. Could use a few more sight guides.

Only complaint we've had has even with numerous people leaving their pets unattended either on a leash or in a small fenced in area and campground staff doesn't seem to care in spite of the rules! We've also had a couple occasions where aggressive dogs were released in the dog park area and it's always the same story, "my dog has never been aggressive before"! Otherwise we've enjoyed our stay.

Outstanding staff and facility. Everyone is friendly and eager to please. Stayed here last year and will return for the Ballon Fiesta next month.

We had a very nice stay the park was well maintained and exceptionally well set up for pets. In general KOA is over priced compared to independent parks used to be competitive

This Koa has good & bad. The neighborhood is sketchy. There are nice spots with upgraded tables private dog area , but you are literally a lane away from I40. They also need to set some standards 4 their long term rentals. 1 5th wheel had a leather couch under their tong, 1 had 2 leather recliners. 1 trailer was lined with boxes covered in assorted plastic i.e. junky. A plus for us, a dog wash.

Absolutely the nicested koa in the Albuquerque area! We always enjoy our stay with them! The grounds are beautiful, well maintained and beautiful views! The team is so nice and always helpful. Can't wait to see them again.

We stayed almost 3 weeks. Arrived a day early, stayed 2 days later than originally planned. Staff was very accommodating! We were able to pull into our traditional storage pull through spot when we left, even though it is no longer on their map. It WAS a great place to stay at this KOA.

The staff was amazing! Friendly and helpful. We have two medium sized dogs and we were surprised at how big the dog parks were. Also the miniature golf was fun. Nice quiet clean we will be back!

The gate code fornlate arrival didn't work, so we had to wait in line at the gate at 845pm for someone to come and let 3 campers in. While we were waiting we heard 2 gunshots. The gal at the front desk in the morning was more interested in telling her coworker a story than helping me get ice, so I had to interrupt her...and then she barked " we are out of ice" but offered no alternatives. We really enjoyed our stay in Albuquerque. Friendly helpful staff. We felt safe there and the internet was excellent. We will be back and recommend this KOA to our camping friends.

The staff were GREAT, very friendly and helpful. This KOA had a chili cook off to celebrate the harvest season for locally grown ���. They helped us select venues which matched our short two day visit. We were very impressed with the location and facilities. Best managed KOA out of 8-10 we’ve stayed at this year. We’ll be back next year to stay longer.

This is a great stay on the way. Maybe for longer but the road noise is annoying. The Wi-Fi is to die for, the best we’ve found on the road.

My first gated KOA. Escorted to our site after arriving after hours was nice. Utilities were closely grouped together. Clean secure facilities .

We stayed in the Deluxe Cabin. We checked in late. They have a security gate where you punch in a code to get in. The security gate is only closed during the night & you can go in and out. The man who gave us the key to the cabin also escorted us to the cabin as well. We are traveling with our dog. The cabin had everything we needed. They even had dog dishes and an individual snack bag for dogs. They have 2 fenced in dog runs. There was plenty of room for your dog to get some energy out. We only stayed one night. Our cabin was spacious and the refrigerator was good sized for those who plan on staying for a week. We were impressed with what we saw during the day when we took a quick drive through. There was not much green grass, but for us that did not matter. There was a play area as well as swimming pool & hot tubs open 24hrs. We will be planning on returning and making our stay longer.

Very nice KOA. Little pricey and not extremely convenient to get to but it was nice all the same. Laundry, showers, mini golf, kids play area, multiple pet areas, pool and cabins. Not a whole lot of choices in the convenience store but will get you by in a pinch. It is a little noisy with the highway so close.
