Did you know that we offer all kinds of Propane Services at some of the lowest prices in town! From propane bottle exchanges, propane bottle filling, and RV propane filling, we do it all! These services are open daily from 8a - 8p seven days a week!
A three day minimum stay is required and the entire amount is due at reservation. Cancellations on or before 9-6-18 will be charged $50.00. Cancellations after 9-6-18 will forfeit the entire deposit. NO DISCOUNTS EXCEPT: KOA 10% during the Balloon Fiesta. NO REFUNDS for early departures. NO EXCEPTIONS for Balloon Fiesta cancellations.
RV/TENT: 48 hours prior to arrival. CABINS: 7 days prior to arrival. HOLIDAYS: 7 days prior to arrival-cancellation fee $10.00.
If you wish to use the campground WiFi for your computer, please get the password from our office. Our system is designed for you to get your emails and browse sites. Our system is not designed to perform tasks such as (Skype, movie downloads, streaming videos, etc.) If you have trouble getting online please refer to your site map insert or come to our office for assistance.
Check in for RV/Tent is 1pm-Check in for Cabins is 2pm-Check out for ALL sites is NOON. Late check out, if available, is $20.00 until 3pm. QUIET TIME 10pm to 7am.
Speed limit is 5 MPH. Please watch for children. No clotheslines, ropes or wires. No weapons, firearms or fireworks of any kind permitted. Fires in fire rings only if wind permits. Check with front desk if you have any questions.
Weather may change quickly, so be prepared for sudden gusty winds by ensuring that awnings and other items are properly secured at all times.
