Clean campground- Extremely overpriced

We are happy to hear you enjoyed our facilities. Are prices in the month of October are usually at a higher rate when the annual Balloon Festival comes to Albuquerque. It is one of the biggest in the country and largest event to come to New Mexico. Similar costs would be found by those in proximity.

Rather tight sites, somewhat difficult to turn out of with a big rig. Very overpriced during balloon week.

The workers at this koa are a 10/10. Very nice and hard working. The canpground isnold snd tired. Our site was two down from workers site and the site looked like a hoarder site. We had no picnic table but one was brought ovetlr to us when asked. This is a coporate koa they need to uodtae and fix this campground

Prices inflated for Balloon Fiesta. The only KOA on a 4 month trip to actually charge a late fee and we’re rather rude about it!

A lady sitting at the pool told us to take the face paint off my grandkids. They didn't have enough on to make a difference to the water plus we had to get it off with vaseline it was so stuck on. We felt it was not her business. Then another camper told us to be quiet and it was still early 9:00pm. We were throwing a nerf football with our young grandkids and were just laughing and having fun.

It was clean. People were great. The campground is right next to the highway and essentially a parking lot crammed with campers! Not ideal for my family. And it was astronomically priced. I will not stay in a another KOA.

Well maintained campground. Nicely stocked Camp Store. We were just staying one night as we were traveling cross country in our Class C RV.

Everything was nice except I didn’t like that you have 2 campsites facing each other. The hookups are positioned that I was sharing common area with next camper. Door facing door. Then they set up a tent in area. If this is how all sites are I would not return. Very awkward..

We thank you for your review and apologize for any inconvenience. October is one of our busiest months and at times space may seem limited. Only a few sites actually remain of this particular design. Many offer more space and amenities, and we continue to build on this similar concept.

Would have been a five if I didn't have to drag my coach and tow through the evergreens by D1, D2 and D3- the turn is right and the rigs in those spaces left no room to swing

The facility is safe and clean and nice. Bathrooms in good order. Pet area was clean and has two sections. Door dash delivers here.

The only opportunity we had is we couldn’t find the campground and we’re lost. We called the campground and Jason at the front desk was not helpful at all. We were trying to give him landmarks we were at which we were very close to the campground list and probably a mile and he said he cannot help us only give us the address of the campground his demeanor was very rude.

Wonderful 5 day stay. patio site in our 42ft fifth-wheel. very spacious. Staff were wonderful. very near everything.

Clean park. Very nice staff. Level spots. The only complaint is the picnic tables are in need of new paint they are peeling so bad transfers to clothes.

Good location for us. The campground is comfortable and felt safe. The entrance gate takes a little getting used to, but after thinking about it, this is the most reasonable solution.

We stayed for 3 nights prior to joining up with friends for the balloon festival. Have stayed here before and likely will again as it is a clean park, good service and conveniently located.

We only stay one night passing through town and was easy in and out. Nice dog park and we wish we had time for a round of mini golf, maybe next time.

Very nice well-kept campground. Nice sites. Very loud campground. Due to its proximity to me Highway and being in the flight path to the airport. I didn’t get much sleep.

Very clean and well maintained park. The woman that checked us in was delightful and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely stay there again if we’re in the area.

Our stay was good. Easy access except the route the gps took us was not the best. Did not utilize any of the amenities so I cannot speak to those. Park was clean. Interstate noise present but not too bad.

I have stayed at the Albuquerque KOA several times. We have always felt welcome. The staff is amazing.

This was a really nice place to stay for two nights. I only have one complaint regarding check in. The lady who checked us in appeared to be irritated that we had a pet. She told me that she had to clean up dog poop several times a day. I assured her that we always clean up after our pet and she said “That’s what they all say.” I guess we are responsible guests after all and many are not.

We stayed in the Deluxe Cabin. We checked in late. They have a security gate where you punch in a code to get in. The security gate is only closed during the night & you can go in and out. The man who gave us the key to the cabin also escorted us to the cabin as well. We are traveling with our dog. The cabin had everything we needed. They even had dog dishes and an individual snack bag for dogs. They have 2 fenced in dog runs. There was plenty of room for your dog to get some energy out. We only stayed one night. Our cabin was spacious and the refrigerator was good sized for those who plan on staying for a week. We were impressed with what we saw during the day when we took a quick drive through. There was not much green grass, but for us that did not matter. There was a play area as well as swimming pool & hot tubs open 24hrs. We will be planning on returning and making our stay longer.

Very nice KOA. Little pricey and not extremely convenient to get to but it was nice all the same. Laundry, showers, mini golf, kids play area, multiple pet areas, pool and cabins. Not a whole lot of choices in the convenience store but will get you by in a pinch. It is a little noisy with the highway so close.
