Never could get WiFi to connect on any of our devices. Said connected but no Internet. We had to use our phones to stream.

We are sorry to hear this as we just installed all new underground fiberoptics and broadband systems. I wish we had more knowledge as anything is fixable.

Friendly people and when we had a tire issue, they were able to give us recommendations with possible tire services. Also, we were able to book an extra night once we had to wait for the tire replacement. Really appreciated the site pick up of trash and the groceries in the convenience store on site.

Staff was very accommodating when we had to une pectedly add 2 extra nights, in the middle of an Airstream group.

You were able to fit us in last minute. Pads were narrow and uneven. But staff was very helpful. Area was very clean.

The campground felt very comfortable and safe. The check in staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The bathrooms were clean and so was the camping spot. It was nice and quiet in the evenings.

Considering the price we paid we were very disappointed in our RV spot. It is the very first spot by the dump station and had 2 little bushes, no tree for some shade/privacy and we noticed all other corner spots had a tree. The people in the office were nice but not helpful with our questions about getting the bike paths throughout ABQ. Bathrooms were always clean and the hot tub was enjoyable.

We thank you for your review and understand some of the concerns. We will be replanting larger bushes, but unfortunately, we cannot place trees in such area to do root expansion and damages that can occur underground. I apologize maps were not provided regarding biking as this is printed at desk.

Convenient to balloon festival activities but Koa located is a run down section of town.

We enjoyed our stay during the balloon fiesta. Our only complaint would be so many dogs barking! One left inside all day and barked all day. We had to go inside and turn sound machines on to relax.

The park was good, and the people working there were very nice. Not in the best neighborhood though. There was a lot of homelessness around the area, but inside the gated park it was safe.

We had a great stay at the Albuquerque KOA. Everyone here is very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed our pancake breakfast. It was great!

We stayed for 12 days and had a great time. The negative was no grass for the dogs but they got used to it and I loved the fact that there were 4 dog runs!! Important to us. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

stayed in an end stie deluxe patio. very nice. we travel in a 46 ft fifth wheel with f450 dually. nice spot for balloon fiesta. close to express bus coronado center. but away from fiesta traffic. great clean hot tub and heated pool. staff was helpful and kept campground quiet and clean.

Very nice facility and friendly helpful staff. Restroom & Showers were very clean and well maintained. We stayed at site 22 which only had hookups for electric and water. However, easy access to dump station on our departure. Morning $4.00 breakfast of pancakes, eggs, sausage, coffee, etc was well worth it. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Running out of good things to say about this KOA! Been staying here once or twice a year for at least since about 2016 or so. Never had any complaints or problems with the facility or staff. Facilities have always been clean and the staff is incredible.

The KOA itself is great. The surrounding neighborhood, not so much. But, easy to get on I-40 and get around. Gated as well which is good.

Area is little noisy evening and night. Nothing the KOA can do just the area. Store expensive and not much except souvenirs. Put put course in need of cleaning of gravel.

The facility and outdoor staff are incredible, attentive and friendly. The management and customer service staff there is pathetic, rude, disrespectful and not held to any standard by Rocco the GM. Another incompetent soul. It is in a bad part of town but safe, if it weren’t for the staff at the desk, it would be a great facility but they seek power since it’s a Corporate site. Bad service!!!!

The RV sites were level and all services worked flawlessly. The satellite restroom and shower facilities were the nicest I have seen at any RV park.

The park is very well maintained and has great amenities. Our space was near the tents and more noise heard from the freeway with less shade. The street light inside the property also hit just at the right angle to penetrate our rv. Our friend’s spot didn’t have the same issues, located near the laundry.

We stayed in the Deluxe Cabin. We checked in late. They have a security gate where you punch in a code to get in. The security gate is only closed during the night & you can go in and out. The man who gave us the key to the cabin also escorted us to the cabin as well. We are traveling with our dog. The cabin had everything we needed. They even had dog dishes and an individual snack bag for dogs. They have 2 fenced in dog runs. There was plenty of room for your dog to get some energy out. We only stayed one night. Our cabin was spacious and the refrigerator was good sized for those who plan on staying for a week. We were impressed with what we saw during the day when we took a quick drive through. There was not much green grass, but for us that did not matter. There was a play area as well as swimming pool & hot tubs open 24hrs. We will be planning on returning and making our stay longer.

Very nice KOA. Little pricey and not extremely convenient to get to but it was nice all the same. Laundry, showers, mini golf, kids play area, multiple pet areas, pool and cabins. Not a whole lot of choices in the convenience store but will get you by in a pinch. It is a little noisy with the highway so close.
