Weather Guarantees are available at all KOA campgrounds in the United States. Currently, no Weather Guarantee is offered in Canada.
How Much Will a Weather Guarantee Reimburse?
Sensible Weather reimbursements are dynamically based on your stay date and location. If the forecasted weather during your trip exceeds the conditions stated in your Weather Guarantee at booking, you’ll receive money back. Reimbursements are based on forecasted rain hours per day, covering you each day and potentially resulting in reimbursements for every day of the stay. It does not apply to the day of checkout.
How Do I Need to Book to Purchase a Weather Guarantee?
Weather Guarantees are offered during the online reservation process at any KOA in the United States. They cannot be applied to phone or walk-in reservations.
Can I Stay If I Get a Reimbursement?
Yes! If you receive a reimbursement, it does not cancel your trip. You can enjoy your camping trip with the peace of mind that you’ll receive money back if specific conditions affect your stay.
