Smashburger Tacos
Ingredients
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sweet relish
- 2 Tbsp ketchup
- 2 Tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire
- 1 lb. ground beef
- Garlic salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 (6-inch) flour tortillas
- 4 slices American cheese
- ½ sweet yellow onion, chopped
- ½ cup sliced pickles
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
Directions
- Preheat flat top griddle to medium high on your grill or stove.
- Make sauce: combine mayonnaise, relish, ketchup, mustard, garlic salt and Worcestershire in a bowl.
- Divide ground beef into 6 equal portions and spread each one on a four tortilla.
- Sprinkle each with garlic salt and pepper and place, meat side down, on preheated griddle.
- Cook for 3 minutes then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until tortilla is brown and crispy. Add cheese in the last minute.
- Remove from griddle and top with onions, pickles, tomato, lettuce and sauce.
- Serve immediately. Makes 6 tacos.
