Limon Heritage Museum & Railroad Park

Adventure is waiting for each family member in Limon’s inviting Heritage Museum and Railroad Park located at 899 First Street in downtown Limon. See the working N scale model of Limon’s bustling 1940s rail yard. Touch the high plains agricultural history as you explore the sheepherder’s wagon vintage farm machinery, and Eclipse Windmill. The park with playground and picnic tables is open year round. The Heritage Museum free and open from June 1 to August 31, Monday thru Saturday 1 p.m. to 8 p.m.. Tours available.
