Nice/clean and very quiet

The location is nice, our lot was large and level, easy in and out of the lot and the park. Expensive to stay here, disappointed with the amenities- this is a large park and they only have two washers and two dryers, two very small dog parks and no grassy areas. Luckily the town of Falcon had a very large beautiful dog park.

Very friendly staff. Sites are level with plenty of room in between. It’s so nice not being closely stacked beside another rv as in other campgrounds. Love the beautiful snow covered mountains in the background.

Nice newer park. Once the landscaping matures it will be beautiful. Has a great view of Pikes Peak.

This campground is under construction but doable to stay there. Once it’s completed, it appears it’s going to be very nice. The only draw back is there are are 3 washers and 3 dryers with 1 of each of those designated for KOA staff, leaving only 2 each for guests - there are 119 sites!

The email confirmation said there were 90 foot concrete pads, but the sites were gravel with a small concrete pad for a picnic table. No one was in the office when we arrived, so we chose an envelope from the night check-in options. We chose one, but someone was already occupying it. We had to go back to the office area to find another option. It was confusing as to what was available.

Stopped at the Falcon / Colorado Springs KOA for one night while travelling home from a trip out West. The site was level and easy to access. The shower rooms were without a doubt the nicest I have ever seen at a KOA.

The manager was rude an disrespectful of our request to be camped next to each other as a group. We belong to FCRV Family campers an RVers, a National Organization. An we refused to be able to use the meeting room. There are no amenities. Very pricey. We live locally an will not camp there again

The staff is really what made this campground excellent. Although the park doesn't have all the amenities common to a KOA holiday, they continue to make improvements. They also have an RV storage facility behind them that is reasonably priced. We are looking forward to coming back.

Nice and new facility. It was windy during our stay, so this was not an issue, but we were a little surprised that there were no fire pits at the individual sites. Not grills at the sites as well.

I chose this location based on the book, but I should have looked into it better. It was not to our liking or standards. We hope that this place gets better. The best things about this place is how quite it is and you can see the sunrise and sunset.

We liked the campground. Only 2 issues, first it's always upsets us when people don't pick up after there dogs. Both dog parks had a bunch of poop in them! (if you had a pooper scooper in the park I would have be happy to pick up all the poop) Second it was nice to see all the hookup in its own little area but the rocks are way to big to walk on almost fell a few times , rocks need to be smaller.

We have stayed at many KOA Holidays and this one had the least amount of amenities. Not a deal breaker, just kind of disappointing. It seemed more like a Journey. However, the people at the front desk were really helpful and kind; this was much appreciated. The WiFi was virtually impossible to use and was spotty at best.

Convenient location, friendly people, clean shower rooms, nice place! It’s our second stay, and we will be back! The only thing I would change is the picnic table was covered in sap or something. I suspect it’s from winter storage, and it wasn’t really picnic weather when we were there, so we didn’t need the table, or we would have said something then. Thanks for a great experience!

Beautiful new RV park. Has some growing to do but layout was spacious, all staff were pleasant and helpful. Nice level pads. Easy access to Colo. Springs area. Stayed 3 weeks. When they finish next summer will be great! Granddaughter gave playground a thumbs up!

Nothing else to say other than wow 5 stars! From the staff to the property to the amenities fantastic. First the staff. Great by Sheyah! So pleasant so happy very knowledgeable for such a young lady. KOA is lucky to have her as one of their faces of the franchise! Dava the manager so helpful and courteous and so darn friendly! Gretchen "G", Apollo and the rest of the staff remarkable wonderful.

Very accommodating staff. We had to change the schedule for our trip at the last minute. It was an easy process to make the change. Lots are level and plenty big enough for any size rig. Plenty of room for maneuvering through the park. Thanks for the hospitality.

Although not in a particularly scenic area, it is relatively close to a lot of attractions. The campground was clean, ample signs and wide roads, sites spaced out well, and clean bathrooms.

Staff was friendly, clean restroom & park, spacious sites. A newer KOA some suggestions: Add hooks for towels, clothes in main (near office) bathrooms. There are two bathrooms/showers in main building, the handicapped one was closed 10/9 - ? still, very inconvenient, had to wait. Bathrooms were a 5 min. walk from mid-park site, added one in back. Stand alone shower bldg. cold water & space.

This KOA is a work in progress. Wide streets allow easy backing into spaces. Water, sewer, electric, and cable are within 6 feet of each other for convenient hook ups. Staff is very friendly and responsive. Campground is a short drive from Colorado Springs / Black Forest areas. Low water pressure. Expect this KOA will be a great place to stay once work is completed.

GRETCHEN checked us in she was very nice and helpful,we only stayed one night just to check the RV park out. This was on our way home,so a longer stay was not necessary,it should be a nice place to stay once it's completed.

Very clean. Will be very nice once all construction is completed. Management very nice and helpful. Suggestion to add an “occupied” or “vacant” sign on restroom/bathhouse doors to keep people from repeatedly knocking while someone is showering.

I'm thrilled that COS is getting a new RV park that badly needed. I realize that this is a new park and is still a work in progress, as stated on their website. Great entusiastic staff, that are working hard to make the place attractive w landscaping & other amenties. Lot of potential I'm sure it will be a wonderful RV park, just don't think it justify the premium price they are charging yet.

Very nice park. Spacious sites. Laundry room clean, but only two washers and two dryers. The only negative-no WIFI or cable TV. I understand this park has been open for six months or more. I would think during that time WIFI would have been made available.

30+ minutes from attractions, lacking many things that a average koa would have. Doesn't have wifi, no pools, or trash collection. Charges $1600 a month with no winter rates. That's double what better rv parks are charging. Only good thing would be the space in-between rvs. Feel like they are ripping off the customers to make their money back from the site.

Things will be nicer as you get older. Went a little cheap on the picnic tables. We will be back but won’t stay in one of the loops by the road. The tables are to close to the road.

Such an amazing park! Wide open, big lots!! Only thing I’d change is having a pool and grass.

My parents stayed here while in town, and we spent a lot of time at their camper hanging out. The campground is clean and nicely set up. Our daughter loved the playground and there was a nice pickleball court and half basketball court too. Campsite came with a picnic table and there was plenty of room for parking. Great experience overall.

KOA was not our first camping experience... unfortunately. We left another Park South of there about 11 miles thinking we had made a horrible mistake deciding to take our family and pets on the road. I drove out to preview the falcon Koa park to make sure it would work for us. I had read good reviews and was slightly hopeful. When we arrived Roberta was so welcoming! She assured me camping should be fun and enjoyable for families, kids...AND their pets! Upon arrival my son had a nose bleed, she jumped into action, offered a place to wash up and stayed by to see it through. Then she offered the kids cold drinks and popcorn. Roberta- thank you from the bottom of my mamas heart!💗 The office was clean and inviting, signing up for the membership was easy and she walked me through booking the next KOA. So easy! The bathrooms...so clean and comfortable-it was cold out and they were well heated. There are clean towels for showers, clean and efficient facilities, the laundry room even felt like home. My kids 18,17,15,13,11 put together puzzles at the room off office, played pickleball, basketball and horseshoes! Their prices are very reasonable we even decided to store our cargo trailer there. Their dog park is adequate and fenced, with water spout and doggie bags. Their park is spacious and well maintained. Every staff member we came in contact with was helpful and friendly. How many ways can you win!? This place was was awesome!!
