Make us your basecamp for touring the Front Range of Colorado. We are on the NW corner of Ft. Collins and only five minutes from Colorado State University, ten minutes from the Poudre Canyon and within one hour of Laramie, Cheyenne, Boulder, Estes Park, Denver and Rocky Mountain National Park.

Our big-rig friendly RV sites have 50/30 amp, water, sewer, wifi and cable. Our tent sites, kabins, cottage and lodges have great lake views. Schedule your next group outing or family reunion with us. We have two conference rooms, a large pavilion and a small gazebo for special events.

Our recreation center will keep the whole family busy. We're also happy to serve you yummy meals at our chuckwagon (Memorial Day - Labor Day). Don't miss our special activities on Saturdays during the summer!

You’re bound to run into members of our family hard at work during your visit.  We’re open all year!
 
Theresa & G.W. have been taking care of camping guests in the KOA system since 1988.  They have been married for 48 years and understand the importance of family time.  Their daughter Heidi and their son Bryon have been assisting their parents on and off since 1988 (with time off for college and other pursuits).  Craig married Heidi and also joined the business.
 
Theresa and G.W. used to take their family camping during the summer in a motorhome.  “I think we could write a book about our adventures in that motorhome!” says Heidi.  It was these family experiences and the stress of city living that convinced Theresa & G.W. to move from Chicago to Colorado and buy a KOA campground.
 
During the off season, the family likes to enjoy: traveling (G.W.), reading (Theresa), quilting (Heidi), table tennis (Bryon) and sleeping (Craig).  We are also a family of pet lovers with 5 cats and 3 fish tanks between us.
 
We’re here to ensure your family has a great time – either relaxing or being active.  Please ensure you say hi when you see us!

Other Activities for Registered Guests (with charge): Recreation center including: Mini-golf, Jumping pillow, Bumper boats, Paddle boats, Bike rentals.

Activity Saturdays Every Saturday from Mother's Day weekend through Labor Day weekend - we have special activities for all ages. Events vary each weekend and can include kids crafts, ice cream socials, fishing derbys, poker runs, candy bar bingo, etc. Join us for extra fun! Prices for events vary from free to $10.00 per person. Check the listings at the main office when you check in for more information.
