"We offer families a place to build memories at the Fort Collins KOA."
Guenter and his wife, Theresa own 3 KOA campgrounds ( with partners). Before that, they owned a bowling alley and would travel in a rented motor home with their kids for a month each year. The camping business appealed to the family aspect of the Kippschull's life, and they traded in their bowling shoes for a yellow KOA shirt.
I remember my husband planning our family vacation in January when we were still in Chicago, He said it helped to keep him sane. I think of other families coming in for there vacations that they have looked forward to all year. That aspect of the business still brings me pleasure after all there years.
We have also been must fortunate to have our own children become part of the business.
