Year 5 of staying here and it was wonderful. The new paint job and updates are awesome. Thank you for fixing the A/C in the bathrooms! It was a life changer. Breakfast was great and the Tallow fries with dinner tasted great too. Having an updated schedule of camp activites would be helpful, the first night still had June activites posted instead of July.

Everything was great, campground is super clean as are the bathrooms. Our only complaint is the train that seems to pass by every 30 minutes. That makes sleep hard in a tent.

Tent electric site with water always love! Kids love amenities. Love the dog park all the dogs seemed friendly and campers were friendly. We Always love coming here Coming here! 2nd time and it was a blast.

It was just too hot and the go karts weren't open. We left a day early to go home to air conditioning.

We had a great weekend! The jumping pad is the definite favorite with my 6-year-old grandson. The pool, the mine, the pulled pork were great. You planned so many activities for the July 4th weekend, and they were well attended. Great weekend and great weather!

We loved every minute of it! We ate dinner & breakfast at the café. Both times had the Prickly pear lemonade. Yum!! We walked several times around the camp. Looked at everything in the gift store. Everything was wonderful. We will be back! There was no cabins available so we had to tent it. My nose got a little cold. You could hear the slight hum of cars on the highway. It was great!

It was so much fun, safe for the kids, showers super clean, staff was friendly, well maintained grounds, We tent camped this time around and felt it perfect. Only thing I could recommend is a dog wash area or a specific stall in shower for pets. Our dog had so much fun but got muddy. We respected the signs posted no pets in showers.

Our first time camping since I was a kid and is was very enjoyable. The check-in process was quick and we were allowed to change our tent site after the first day for a shadier one. It was midweek so pretty quiet, but plenty of activities to keep the kids busy. Bathrooms/showers were clean and bright. We mostly hung out at the campground relaxing and escaping the summer heat for a few days.

We arrived with a group of 16 people, the staff was very accommodating about keeping us in the same tent area. Plenty of activities for kids of different ages. Williams /Bearizona 5 minutes west and Flagstaff 30 minutes east if you need anything, plus there is a gift shop slash store on site. Staff was friendly and professional. We will be staying here again.

We did tent camping here while we visited the grand canyon & other local nation parks the staff was helpful and our kids loved all of their amenities.

Very nice facilities and friendly staff. We got a tent site with water/electric and size was good. Beware though, the location next to I40 and railroad was incredibly loud. Bring earplugs.

Our stay at Koa Circle Pines was not as enjoyable as expected. I will highlight what impacted my rating. Checkin moved to 3pm. The reasoning was to improve customer satisfaction. I do not see how loosing out on 3 hours of additional time at the campsite improves satisfaction. Additionally the wash station by the bathrooms was removed. This forces the entire tent section to use only 1 wash station.

Clean bathrooms, good amenities. A family of cats is living under the west bathrooms. Mulch or something for the tent sites. Activities and the train should be on a schedule daily, not random throughout the days, I think it ran twice one day then once the next day at a different time - my kids would love it but we missed and it's not posted online.

I had an issue with surrounding campers being loud so I only stayed too out of the three nights, but you decided to keep my money for the third night anyways and not give me my KOA rewards discount for the trip. I will not be using KOA anymore, I hope your $50 was worth it.

We booked an electric tent site months before our arrival only to find out we were placed in a camp site too small for our party and the bigger sites went to others who booked after us. We were switched to a different site but after setting up we realized it was a non-electric site. By the time we realized this the front office was closed. I would not recommend booking a tent site in the future.

Beautiful property but our stay was very disappointing. A large group of problem campers was unsupervised by staff they had plugged in extension cords to surrounding campsites our circuit breaker was blown in the middle of the night. They were very loud until well after midnight. We stayed for two nights and I think we got a total of 4 hours of sleep. There were many complaints from our area.

The restrooms were clean, the kids had a blast with all the things to keep them busy so we could relax which was amazing. This was our first experience at a KOA site and the service was great, the grounds were well kept, and it was a wonderful experience! We've already made a plan to return.

We only stayed for a short time in mid November. Tent camping was fun. Weather turned on us late Saturday. We had an amazing time regardless. This Kampground is amazing! We will be back.

The bathrooms are very outdated. I could barely get any hot water. The first person we met at the front counter’s name was Wolf and he was very rude about her stay with our dog. It’s just a little beagle. Also, the first attendance that we met on our way to our site was drunk. We will not be back.

The stay was nice. Clean. Friendly staff. The activities planned for Halloween festival were good ideas. I only suggest more details like locations of the activities. Also as a party of 5 given there was a bit bigger tent sites available would have been nice to get those instead crammed in a small one. Maybe take that into consideration next time for others. Thank you

There was a lot to offer the kids. We had two incidents that happened is why we are not giving it a 10. 1) they give a free train ride which is awesome, but they don’t regulate the line. Which caused a mother to put her hand on an another child. 2) At 11:30pm 3 sites down, there was a man drinking and being very loud and cussing. Other than that it was awesome. We will give give it another

My grandmother (83) had needed a shower and my parents were attempting to pull her to the bunkhouse type shower and Lee the Mechanic out their had given my grandmother a ride to the showers at the front office. The staff were so friendly and helpful. There was only one staff member who was meh but we ignored that person. I would definitely come here again and again

This use to be a 5 star location, but after my last visit, ide have to say im thrilled on how the location is now currently run. The cleaning crews dont clean. The cabin was absolutely filthy when we arrived. There are some very unfriendly staff, and many who show little care to be there. Some of the staff were absolutely fantastic and helpful. The restaurant is bad now, went to town to eat.

Absolutely love this place. We have been coming here for 15 years and it only gets better. The changes in the last year have been nothing but amazing. If you are looking for a laid back family friendly campground in northern Arizona this is where you want to be.

First time here to the Williams KOA ❤️❤️ so close to downtown Williams, the Grand Canyon Railroad, Bearizona, Canyon Coster. Fantastic amenities with Full Hookups for everything. Indoor pool on Jacuzzi, Miniature Golf, small store and restaurant on sight They have a Go Kart track, RTV. Rentals, Miniature Golf, a Trampoline pad for the kids and lots of activities, and Nightly Movies in the Pines. 😁😊 Highly Recommend
