The staff is friendly and very helpful. My family had a great time and this KOA had plenty of activities for our kids to have fun and never get board.

Had a great stay in Cabin L3. We got a free upgrade to this cabin due to a power outage in the cabin we booked. It was super nice and had everything we needed to cook our meals except salt and pepper! The power went out while we were there in the whole neighborhood. They loaned us a flashlight to get us by until it came back on. The ladies in the office were extremely nice and helpful.

At previous KOA. They had a designated area with a kitchen that allowed to cook. This place had some grills for certain tents and fire grills for others. That was the only downside. Clean restrooms and friendly staff. Will go back in the summer.

There was a group of 5 at L4. It could use a bit of upgrading, such as the patio door lock and paint busted away from that door. The toilet paper holder is on the WAY cheap side and broken. Heat went out on the last night of our stay. It was cold Maintenance gave us space heaters as they were unable to repair it. Was offered no compensation for the inconvenience. It would have been nice.

Very nice lady at the front desk, cabin was clean and very nice. We will be going back many times!!!!! the camp ground was clean and well taken care of Really nice guy came to bring us wood very nice stay.

Although our stay was mid winter, we are looking forward to going back. The only issue was the shower pressure in the bathrooms. I get the water saving features, however, when one shower is a scattered stream that would barely wet ones hair to wash, another that was just barely a stream, look at installing better shower heads that can still be water saving. The water barely got the skin wet!

Very accommodating...Staff is amazing !!! Epically Larry.. Will be back for sure ... olny thing I can says is the cabins always out restrm are amazing but in winter they need extra heater just the one don't keep it warm... I didn't knw they had more aviable till the next day was too late by them

It was our first stay at this campground and in a cabin. My kids loved it. Customer service was amazing. Easy check in process. We requested a late check out and no problem at all. Would highly recommend this.

We stayed in Cabin #4. Have stayed in all accommodations except the wagons. Own our on MH. The cabin was great but needs more silverware and marshmallow sticks would be nice. I was sent an email there wasn’t an oven, so I purchased a $250 convection oven. There was an oven in the cabin. A large expense that was unnecessary. . The cabin was clean and cozy. Employees great. See you soon.

Older woman at the front desk was so unbelievably rude after we came to clarify what was in our cabin. we booked just a normal cabin but in the description it said that cabins come with microwave and mini fridge(it was fine that they did not but it one of the reasons we booked the cabin)without hesitation she started throwing attitude and acting like we were stupid and continually rolling her eyes

Everything was great cabin was clean heater really great we stayed warm all night. Nice to have a microwave snd refrigerator in cabin wish there was a coffee pot in the room. We did get to try the cafe as it was under remolding but when we return will check it out would stay here again.

We've stayed at the Koa several times in our RV. First time in cabin. Everything was awesome except the out side grill. Would not heat above 255 degrees. Could not grill our steaks. Very disappointing. Spoke with John, maintenence guy. He could not fix. Requested replacement, did not get one. Ken Barrett

It was nice. They have everything you need if you forgot anything. They are very friendly the bathrooms are clean. The cabins have heaters so you don't need to worry about bringing a bunch of blankets.

The covered wagon and campsite was really cool! The only complaint we had was that the space heater kept turning off so it got cold during the night, and there was a lot of highway noise. Also flies kept getting in, but it's glamping. Bugs happen. It was conveniently located near the bathhouse. The workers were very helpful. We would definitely come again. Lots for kids to do!

Staff was friendly. This was our first stay at a KOA so the extra entertainment options were great, however there weren't enough signs or instructions on how to go about making use of any of it. We had to ask a lot of questions and felt staff was annoyed and we were getting ignored.

Nice stay. Just one night. Staff was courteous, room was clean. Bathroom was clean and shower was nice and hot. TV could use an upgrade, you couldn’t even read the remote.

I have stayed many times at the Circle Pine location, but we were not expecting the cold weather this past October 18-20. Kat made our stay comfortable, answered our questions, and assisted when we felt unprepared for this weather. Her positive personality and cheerful attitude encouraged us to come back next and my church members and I look forward to seeing Kat and the Circle Pine Team! Thanks!

It's our favorite place to stay for the past 20 years. We a least camp in this KOA once or twice a year.The whole staff is very friendly,accommodating and helpful. We always have enjoyed our long stays.
