Our stay at Koa Circle Pines was not as enjoyable as expected. I will highlight what impacted my rating. Checkin moved to 3pm. The reasoning was to improve customer satisfaction. I do not see how loosing out on 3 hours of additional time at the campsite improves satisfaction. Additionally the wash station by the bathrooms was removed. This forces the entire tent section to use only 1 wash station.

Clean bathrooms, good amenities. A family of cats is living under the west bathrooms. Mulch or something for the tent sites. Activities and the train should be on a schedule daily, not random throughout the days, I think it ran twice one day then once the next day at a different time - my kids would love it but we missed and it's not posted online.

I had an issue with surrounding campers being loud so I only stayed too out of the three nights, but you decided to keep my money for the third night anyways and not give me my KOA rewards discount for the trip. I will not be using KOA anymore, I hope your $50 was worth it.

We booked an electric tent site months before our arrival only to find out we were placed in a camp site too small for our party and the bigger sites went to others who booked after us. We were switched to a different site but after setting up we realized it was a non-electric site. By the time we realized this the front office was closed. I would not recommend booking a tent site in the future.

Beautiful property but our stay was very disappointing. A large group of problem campers was unsupervised by staff they had plugged in extension cords to surrounding campsites our circuit breaker was blown in the middle of the night. They were very loud until well after midnight. We stayed for two nights and I think we got a total of 4 hours of sleep. There were many complaints from our area.

The restrooms were clean, the kids had a blast with all the things to keep them busy so we could relax which was amazing. This was our first experience at a KOA site and the service was great, the grounds were well kept, and it was a wonderful experience! We've already made a plan to return.

We only stayed for a short time in mid November. Tent camping was fun. Weather turned on us late Saturday. We had an amazing time regardless. This Kampground is amazing! We will be back.

The bathrooms are very outdated. I could barely get any hot water. The first person we met at the front counter’s name was Wolf and he was very rude about her stay with our dog. It’s just a little beagle. Also, the first attendance that we met on our way to our site was drunk. We will not be back.

The stay was nice. Clean. Friendly staff. The activities planned for Halloween festival were good ideas. I only suggest more details like locations of the activities. Also as a party of 5 given there was a bit bigger tent sites available would have been nice to get those instead crammed in a small one. Maybe take that into consideration next time for others. Thank you

There was a lot to offer the kids. We had two incidents that happened is why we are not giving it a 10. 1) they give a free train ride which is awesome, but they don’t regulate the line. Which caused a mother to put her hand on an another child. 2) At 11:30pm 3 sites down, there was a man drinking and being very loud and cussing. Other than that it was awesome. We will give give it another

My grandmother (83) had needed a shower and my parents were attempting to pull her to the bunkhouse type shower and Lee the Mechanic out their had given my grandmother a ride to the showers at the front office. The staff were so friendly and helpful. There was only one staff member who was meh but we ignored that person. I would definitely come here again and again

This use to be a 5 star location, but after my last visit, ide have to say im thrilled on how the location is now currently run. The cleaning crews dont clean. The cabin was absolutely filthy when we arrived. There are some very unfriendly staff, and many who show little care to be there. Some of the staff were absolutely fantastic and helpful. The restaurant is bad now, went to town to eat.

We camped out for three days, first time we have been tent camping in a couple of decades. We had a blast, we enjoyed the outdoors, pancake, breakfast, and go kart riding. We will be doing this again!

The campground had alot of nice features. Nice K9. Bathrooms were my complaint. The shower heads were terrible, m I re like a strong mist and pointed too high. The restrooms had no toilet paper on multiple occasions and the trash cans were overflowing often. They needed to be serviced more often and maybe spare rolls of toilet paper left. There were no paper towels anytime during my 3 day visit.

My 6 kids and I LOVE Circle Pines KOA! We never miss an opportunity to go there. All of the staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and family! My truck battery died and they helped me jump it, my tire went flat and they helped me air it up, I didn’t pay attention to the scheduled activities, but every time a staff member passed they would mention the upcoming activities so we wouldn’t miss ou

The tent site T25, was not level and there were rocks under the tent. No upkeep in the park. The bathroom was not cleaned during our two night stay. I’m assuming that KOA requires a certain standard. I know if we go back, we need to bring our own rake.

We had a great time. The kids loved the pool and the playground/jumping pillow. The bathrooms were nice and clean as well as conveniently located. The kitchen stations were great too. We were grateful to find a tent camping spot with electricity because my husband uses a CPAP at night. The proximity to Bearizona and the Grand Canyon was great too.

I have been coming here for a few years now and I love this place . I have always loved how friendly and family inviroment. This time though the cleaniliness disapointed me and my family bathrooms were dirty. In previous years cleanliness was a priority this time it definitely was not. Also a lot of the amenities were free now everything has a price attached, I did not care for this.

The Williams KOA is one of our favorite places to stay! It's very close to downtown Williams where you can take the train to the Grand Canyon, HIGHLY recommended! The staff is very helpful and friendly. Lot's of fun activities to keep the kids busy and the Go Carts are a lot of fun! Can't wait to go back!

This was the first time to stay at a KOA since I was a child camping with my parents. The grounds were very well taken care of and the staff was superb and extremely accommodating. The planned activities were fun. I will stay here again.

Run down and shabby, last time we stayed at the one in flagstaff and it was great, this one was of much lower quality even though it had more amenities. Plus the café was shut down and there was no coffee in the morning like the flagstaff location.

This KOA isn't fancy but staff is fantastic, energetic and really make the experience fun. From mini golf to go cart racing to bingo, there's no short of cool things to do with the family and the environment really feels like a small community. Not the fanciest place but the restrooms are clean, the tent, wagon and teepee campsites are really cool, the shop has a ton of cool things including ice cream by the scoop. Just a good time here!

Schön grosser Campingplatz. Sie waren sehr hilfsbereit als der strom nicht ging da was kaputt war. War überhaupt keine grosse sache. Wc/duschen ok, aber könnten sauberer sein. Chicken wings waren sehr lecker👍

A really great campground. Many, many things for kids and adults. (Miniature golf, jumping mats, ebikes, hay rides etc.) Wonderful staff and a small Cafe with the best Philly cheese steak sandwich west of the Mississippi
