We gad no power for the 1st 5 hours however the activities people did what they could with what they had. everything was clean & well kept. The activities people do a wonderful job of having a wide variety of things to do for all ages! They are super friendly with great patience to deal with everyone. It was great to sit down each night & discuss the next days activities to plan our day

The staff and kids activities were amazing. So friendly and great with the kids. Lots of events and activities to do all weekend. The restaurant on site is very good as well.

Did not appreciate being told before arrival there is no wood burning allowed. Yet you sell bundles of wood for $10 at your store. Super deceptive and untruthful. Also booked us in a tiny space knowing we had a slide out, causing us to upgrade to bigger space and having to pay an extra $200. Other than those two issues everything was great . Lots of fun activities for kids.

We appreciate your feedback, Irma. The fire ban was in place before your arrival, so wood burning was not permitted. Firewood remains available since restrictions can change. Sites are assigned based on equipment details provided at booking. We are glad you enjoyed the activities.

It was very good. Loved the Xmas in July. Grandkids had more than enough activities to keep them busy. The little restaurant was very good and the whole staff that I had contact with was excellent. Thank you

Always a great place to stay. They had lots of activities going on with the kids and lots of laughter and families having fun together. The staff is always helpful and focused on customer satisfaction.

This was our second time staying at the Circle Pines KOA. We decided the morning of that we would stay and boy were we glad we did. Our site was conveniently located in between the store and playground which worked out perfectly. My kids were so excited for all of the kids activities. The two ladies with dreadlocks in charge of the kids activities are amazing. Hands down they made the trip.

There are great facilities here. Plenty of activities for the kids and young at heart, the indoor poor is very enjoyable. The café is excellent and the ice cream bar is a new favorite. I haven't seen a more helpful and friendly staff. This place is a family favorite and we plan to enjoy it for years to come.

This is a outstanding family friendly campgrounds with activities for people of all ages.when a thunderstorm knocked out the power the staff communicated updates promptly and kept actives running without missing a beat. The grounds are clean and the team was welcoming. We will diffently be back.

Very well maintained park. Facilities were always clean, check-in and check-out was very easy. Activities were fun for children and families. The dog park was also spacious and allowed dogs to enjoy themselves as well. The sites were a bit small and some were lacking in shade, but the overall environment was welcoming and scenic with the pine trees and mountains in Williams nearby.

The go carts were only open Thurs to Sunday with very limited hours of 3-7pm. No where on the website did it say these were closed all week long. The kids activities were also very limited. For those reasons would recommend another place to stay with more kid friendly activities

Spaces are too tight. Obviously a large number of first time campers who encroach on you space which is already very limited and others who walk through your campsite. Give them kudos for all the kid friendly sctivities

The Circle Pines KOA in Williams has the most amenities of any KOA we have stayed at. There is no way for a kid to be bored. The indoor pool, café, and store are great, not to mention camping among the pines.

We stayed for 3 nights and had so much fun! The activities for the kids were so neat and the ladies in charge of them were so nice and so fun!

Wonderful campground with a ton of stuff do do for both kids and adults. It is nestled in the pine trees and only an hour from the Grand canyon entrance!!

We had a great time staying here. The campground was extremely clean and well manicured. The staff were great, and there were a lot of amenities for the kids. It is expensive, though, for what you get and most of the activities are an additional charge.

Let me start with the bad. The person who had the site before me left cigarette butts everywhere. The staff needs to pay a little more attention to details before allowing guest to check-in. The good, the park delivered for our granddaughter. This was her first camping trip and the activities for the kids were great. Even with the rain and power outage everything was perfect.

We love staying here on our way to Colorado. While we only stayed overnight, it is a great park run by nice people, and we recommend it to anyone.

You can tell the difference between now and the previous management staff. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. Very proactive with the kids and fun activities throughout the day for them. We’ve stayed a few times in the past and this was our children’s favorite trip. Great job to the entire team and we will return soon.

We enjoyed every part of our experience with this park. To begin the staff. They are awesome. Whoever was working the phone when we booked is amazing. The communication to play in the park with the activities. They are on point. The pull through spots are awesome. We will be back.

The stay at Circle Pines was great. The staff was friendly. But after I left, when I got home realized I left my surge protector plugged in at my spot. I called same day. Some gentleman answered. Said he pass the message on. Couple hours passed I called back. Young lady answered said to busy checking people in. (Understand). She transfered me to front desk.hold for a minute. Then it hung up.

It was my nephew's first camping experience, and I was happy to see it was very kid-centric. Every day there were activities for kids. The staff was great. They were helpful, friendly, and always smiling.
