My granddaughter tripped and fell into the campfire! We had to drive over a hour away to the ER, as there was no medic at the campground! Also your sewer drain pipe was uphill from my RV! Was very difficult to drain!!! Very unhappy!!!

Circle Pines is the best. Great customer service by far. We love all the different activities you guys provide and the friendly smiles along with the upbeat attitudes. We try to book there at least three times a year. The manager Nicole treats everyone wonderful. She is a great asset to the KOA.

Amazing and clean campground with amazing staff. Plenty of riding we did in sxs also right from the park. Kids loved it and we will be there yearly Forsure!

Circle Pine KOA is on of the best KOA campgrounds. They have so many great activities for kids and is center ally located to Williams, Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon. Highly recommend when in the area

It was the first time that we have stayed here and we were glad we did! We took our 5 year old granddaughter and she had a blast, the facilities were great and the staff really took the time to make sure the activities were fun and entertaining. I would definitely stay there again even if we did not have children along, Great job to KOA!!

Stayed about a week, several days with 9y/p grandson So much for him to do, made friends everywhere and loved the ice cream. The staff there is awesome and of course the food there is delicious and the gift shop lovely!! We shall return.

Check in was very easy. All the employees we interacted with were very nice. We enjoyed our meal from the restaurant. When we were there (early August) the campground was very quiet. We would definitely come back. We enjoyed our stay.

Pool is garbage, no cross ventilation, the lights in the pool don't work, 1 of 3 lights above pool don't work, hot tub lights don't work. Seemed dark and dingy. They refused to open the windows, tracts were bad.

We had a great stay. Very clean and power was good. Staff is very accommodating. There is a lot to do in Williams Az.

The only negative is the sound coming from the Interstate Highway. Employees were super friendly and helpful. This is the second time we’ve stayed and will be back.

Employees were very polite. I like how they escorted you to your camping spot. There were plenty of activities for children. I would recommend it to families with children.

The park is great, clean and very well managed. The activities calendar is the best part! Rocky does such a great job throughout the day with the kids! Gigi at the gocart track is also great! The general store has a little bit of everything and we went to the store daily for small items. The restaurant is small and has weird hours, but the food was good for a quick option on departure day.

We had an absolute blast! Everything was affordable and fun for the kids. Us adult loved the go karts more than the kids. The koa is also close to town and all the activities.

Amazing from start to finish! Everyone in the office at check in was so nice and friendly! They even added a little ice cream/ coffee store which is awesome! The grounds were well taken care of and you can tell the people that work there take pride in their job! The activities for the kids were so fun and the new bounce pillow was awesome! Definitely returning as this is one of our favorite spots

This is a great place for a fun time! We hosted our grandkids here and they had so much fun. The grounds are in good shape, there is plenty of staff and more to do than we could believe. The only downside for me was the traffic noise due to the interstate but we will definitely be back.

unless you are looking for entertainment for you're 5 year old, this is not a place for an adult looking to enjoy a campsite in the pines. Between the highway noise and the recreation events for the kids it's just not enjoyable.

Our site felt squeezed in to make as many sites as possible. We were on top of each other. Their staff is very nice and the food was good. The young man working the window at the cafe is very pleasant and friendly. Not a place for us but maybe others with kids as they had a lot of activities for them

Best place I have stayed at so far, and I’ve stayed at some rated “Top 10 inU.S.” Activities are top notch and ppl have a great time. That joy spreads to everyone. The staff is friendly, accommodating to any changes, and obviously enjoy their jobs with smiles and enthusiasm. The activities include go carts, minnie golf, indoor pool, game room, “train ride”, nightly hay ride, dog parks

This was our first RV trip, to test out our new 5th wheel. Great place for kids, tons of activities for them. Remarkably quiet from other campers. We could hear the freeway with our windows open. About an.hour to the Grand Canyon. Almost forgot, staff were friendly and well staffed.

Just an overnight. Very nice campground with lots of trees & shade. We were tired & it was hot so we opted for delicious elk burger from the cafe. Same the next morning; too tired & lazy so we got sausage & eggs for breakfast; much easier than cooking in the camper. Our site had a nice brick patio with chairs, fire pit, & bbq. We will go again for a longer stay!

We always enjoy our stay at Circle Pines. It's convenient to I-40 and Williams, AZ, but has so much to offer you don't need to leave the campground.

We have stayed here many times. You can beat the activities to keep the kids off their tablets and enjoying life. Everyone we encountered was extremely friendly and eager to assist us as needed. The restaurant was very good. I had mac and Chees that was excellent! I wish I had ordered it with Chicken on it. ( I had the kids size) Ed had a Philly sandwich; he also enjoyed his meal.

We always enjoy staying at this KOA! The staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We felt safe the entire time, which made our visit even more relaxing. The activities for the kids were amazing—they had so much fun and there was always something to do. We can't wait to come back. Stay was great. Staff was helpful. I would suggest to put something on the flyer about the crafts having a cost to them.

We had a wonderful time, We had three of our grandchildren with us as your KOA is a great place for kids. Been to Circle Pines many times.
