We've stayed at Circle Pines several times. The staff is so nice, and helpful. I like that they offer an escort to your site. Grounds and facilities are kept up. Plenty to do for the family.

The sites are great, nestled in the pines amd do peaceful! Great amenities and loved the indoor pool and spa. WiFi was not great but was okay if you’re trying to unplug!

We stayed in site 131. The site needs to be more leveled out! We noticed that other sites were also not very level. When leveling our motorhome, our front wheels were off the ground. We really did enjoy our stay at the KOA despite the rain and mud. It was a great jumping off point for Bearazona and the Grand Canyon. We will be back!

Site number #49 is a horrible site! The neighbor's sewer was under our picnic table! They were kind enough not to use it and instead went to the dump station. This section of sites are way too close together. We couldn't start a fire because our fire pit was 4 feet from neighbor's vehicle. The playgrounds were great! They were the highlight of the camping trip.

We were totally impressed with the management during with two power shortages and a Hail Storm. We want to return again. Do you have monthly rates for July and August? Please let me know.

Very clean, good wifi, great for kids. Only issue was that there was a lot of people, mainly kids cutting through the sites, very disrespectful and the staff did nothing to control it. I commented on this to the staff and was told that they talked to the individuals when they saw it but I did not see that happening.

Such a fun trip for the family. They have so many activities for the kids which are great! The staff is the friendliest I’ve ever experienced. They keep their grounds well kept and super clean. Would recommend this KOA to anyone. Thank you for the experience!

We stayed Tuesday and checked out Thursday morning. The only reason I would give it a 4 instead of a 5 is because some of the things that we would have liked to do were only available Thursday night through the weekend. Such as go Kart use and also lunch and dinner meals were not available during the time we stayed. otherwise no complaints.

We had a fantastic stay here! Everything was clean and staff was great! We were so impressed by how friendly staff was, every single person we encountered was so nice! Our kids loved the activities. The food at the pizzeria was great even! We can’t wait to make this a regular place we visit when we escape the heat!

We love visiting Circle Pines, the facilities are great. There's plenty to keep the family happy and occupied. Plus you can't beat the weather in Williams during the AZ summer. The site recently added upgrades like the ice cream bar and the café. We'll definitely be back for family trips.

We Very much enjoyed our stay here. Mountain pines and perfect temperatures made for a great time. Lots to do especially for kids.

Campground was very well kept. Staff was amazing everyone was friendly and enthusiastic. Kids loved all the activities. The food at the cafe was excellent!

The site we had is unfit to rent. The neighbors waste dump was five feet from my trailer door, up against the picnic table, so we could sit and eat our dinner and watch their sewage pour down through their clear 90° hose fitting. We were with friends so any recourse would have been us moving away from our group. I will make sure to post pictures on other review sites so people know to stay awa

Great location for visiting Grand Canyon, Flagstaff and so many areas. The campground was immaculate. Very helpful, courteous staff - and so many activities to do at this KOA. Excellent for families, especially children 4-10. They had tee-pees, covered wagons, cabins and spacious campsites. Loved the indoor pool - no suncreen issues. Bounce pad was a favorite along with hosted activities.

We couldn't be happier with Williams/Exit 167/Circle Pines KOA. Dan at reception was very helpful. He quickly facilitated changing our site when we discovered that our originally assigned space was unlevel beyond correction. This made our stay very enjoyable. We will be back next year for a longer stay.

If you have kids, this is the KOA for you! Mini Golf, Jump pad, Playgrounds (yes multiple), dog walk areas, go karts, game room, outdoor movies, POOL, oh and UTV rentals (nearby)!! AND bonus for Cafe', Coffee, Ice Cream, General Store and Laundry! So much for you to do and keep them busy for hours! Facilities are very clean and well maintained! We loved the camp ground but we had teenagers with us who really wanted to enjoy go carts but they were not open during the week even though it was summer.

Excellent, Friendly, Staff. Camp store was well stocked with very nice items. The park is well laid out with many amenities. Suggest attention to pool, it just did not feel inviting but was suitable for many

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. There were kids that I believe were staff members kids, they were all very respectful of campers/camp sites. They always stayed on the paths and very respectful. The food was very good. Grounds are kept very clean. One suggestion, when quite time is in effect and there are campers who are not respecting, that someone address’s those campers.

Always a pleasure to stay at Circle Pines. Been coming back for years. The concrete patio with table and chairs was a surprise, along with grill. Didn’t have that last time we stayed. Will be back later this month. JR.

Very unhappy with the new owners at this Campground. Last Thanksgiving, no add’l $ for an outside site. Made reservations for July and requ outside site again. I was told they assign sites! Made June reserv and rec’d call stating if I wanted an outside site, +$30 more! Agreed on ph. Show up, get site in middle! Find out they assigned July site next to entry! No way! Cancelled July!

I wish we had our grandson with us. The staff is superb! They had activities for the children through out the whole day. They have Go-Karts, mini train, hay ride, bikes, hiking trails, a huge playground, mini golf & indoor pool! They even had bingo, movies, and games at night. They have food, a well stock store, and they even gave us a KOA scarf for our dog. Best Holiday KOA we've been to.

Wonderful week long stay. Christopher led us to our site (34). We wanted to pull in from the backside so our trailer door would be facing family in site 36. He led us around the outer loop and guided us in perfectly. The propane refill station was convenient. We used it twice and both times the gentleman loaded it on his cart and delivered it to our site. Thrifty ice cream at the gift shop. Yummy

This KOA has everything you need to have a great experience! The food at the cafe is amazing, activities for the kids is fantastic! The only complaint I have is that the campsites are not level. We were on 081 and had a hard time getting the trailer leveled. And looking at a lot of our fellow campers rigs, they had the same issue. Did notice that all the patio (more expensive) sites were level

Liked the park but it was noisy being right next to the 40 fwy. Great place for kids. Convenient location for both Bearizona and the Grand Canyon. Loved the ice cream and lattes but would skip the cafe next time. I would have given 5 stars except for that freeway noise.

Absolutely love this place. We have been coming here for 15 years and it only gets better. The changes in the last year have been nothing but amazing. If you are looking for a laid back family friendly campground in northern Arizona this is where you want to be.

First time here to the Williams KOA ❤️❤️ so close to downtown Williams, the Grand Canyon Railroad, Bearizona, Canyon Coster. Fantastic amenities with Full Hookups for everything. Indoor pool on Jacuzzi, Miniature Golf, small store and restaurant on sight They have a Go Kart track, RTV. Rentals, Miniature Golf, a Trampoline pad for the kids and lots of activities, and Nightly Movies in the Pines. 😁😊 Highly Recommend
