We stayed midweek and were disappointed that there were less activities available, eg no go-karts, fewer scheduled kids activities, etc. It was otherwise a very nice stay.

Very nice layout of site's. The staff is very helpful and present. The location to town is convenient along with other attractions.

Best KOA we've ever stayed at. Especially great for kids. Lots of things to do. We don't have kids but enjoyed watching the kids playing on all the fun things, etc

The staff was nice and very helpful. Check-in was very easy. There are many amenities at this particular KOA that can enhance your stay- hiking trail, cafe, swimming pool, outdoor movies, horse-back trail riding, putt-putt golf, caterpillar train for the little ones, and a go-cart track.

We love the updates and improvements you have made since our last stay...with one exception. The plastic speed bumps you have been installed in your RV park are potentially damaging to RVs. Especially Class A motorhomes. Because they are so tall/sharp, they create an unnecessary shock to everything in the RV compared to more traditional, non-plastic speed bumps. PLEASE REMOVE THE SPEED BUMPS!

The people were very nice. The site was not very level. The pool was nice but the building needs maintenance. Bathrooms were very nice. There were too many flies.

We had an amazing time!!! The park was campgrounds were clean and well maintained. They take pride in making sure all have a wonderful stay. The activities for kids are fun and all the attractions around the park are for all ages. Recommend this campground highly. Staff is incredible.

Overall, this is a beautiful campground! Lots of activities for all ages. Beautiful setting among the pine trees. Saw many upgrades (top of the line laundry, paved roads, new picnic tables). Unlevel sites; needed to work to level our rig. Lots of potholes at entrance. Unnecessary speed bumps on paved roads. Dog bags are too thin. Fun, well-stocked camp store. Hot food for purchase at camp cafe.

The Ortiz family always feels welcomed here. My favorite KOA. Wish we had more time to spend there.

We enjoyed our are stay at Circle Pine KOA. Plenty of activities for the kids, close to Williams, Flagstaff, and the Grand Canyon so plenty of things to see and do. The only concern for me was the camp sites are a bit tight.

Only had two days. It was fun watching all the different rigs that pulled in. Some looked a little to big but; they managed. All the staff was very friendly.

We enjoyed having a nice shady space within walking distance to amenities. The space was spacious size (compared to other camps). Trying to level RV was very difficult as space was very uneven. Our space 125 was over run with hundreds of ants making it uncomfortable to sit outside. Liked the amenities available (cost for most). Liked nearby lakes,Williams, etc. Very friendly staff!

Camp sites were vary clean , they could use a separate checkout for the store , it’s really busy with people checking in and takes forever to buy something because they’re handling reservations . Camp sites are kinda expensive compared to most places as well

Staff was rude when I said the output power to my site was not correct. I was told by numerous staff that only 1 ac unit can be used at any of there 30 amp sites which any camper with any experience knows that with soft starts you easily can. The site electrician came over and told me that the sites are not true 30amp which is discouraging. Sites were also small and very unlevel

Love staying here when we are head north for cooler weather or sightseeing. Lots of shade, great staff and fantastic facilites especially for families.

Third time at this KOA, always a nice visit. Friendly staff, great views of the pines. Only complaint our cable was bad, network stations were just frozen images.

My kids love it here! There are things to do for kids of all ages, even teenagers. We had breakfast on our last day at the cafe and it was wonderful- it was a ton of food, good prices.

Screaming monsters everywhere completely out of control ,not sure why you would want to go anywhere dragging screaming brats not fun for parents or other guests ,staff courteous grounds nice …. We actually left a day early no peace .

Had a really nice time. I was a little worried about the campground being on. Shallow hill, but the sites were remarkably level. They have a small diner that has breakfast a couple of days a week. They serve cowboy sized pancakes. The tall stack should be enough for Canadian lumberjacks and teenagers. The short stack is plenty for most anyone else. Definitely a place to return to.

Wow, the people here could not be any nicer! Lots of fun things for the kids to do. We were here during Easter and they had a great egg hunt despite getting 10” of snow the night before! The property is very well maintained (clean bathrooms and showers!). They have a small cafe for hot food, their camp store is well stocked. I loved being able to communicate with them via text.
