2 night stay to see Grand Canyon. Very poor weather (rain/thunderstorms) but staff was very courteous and the park looked like it would be lots of fun in nice weather. The only “complaint” would be highway and train noise but not a deterrent. All good.

We were Elk hunting and we liked that we could pay day to day. The workers were so nice very pleasant. Showers, laundromat, was great. Had no issues.

Very nice campground and the people working there are super nice and helpful. We wish the sites were a little more level and in the ladies handicap stall in the restroom it wouldn’t take much to fix the latch on the door so it would lock properly and not provide a “peep hole” as it does right now. But we would definitely stay there again.

The staff was great. The rate was very overpriced. You kept $25 of my money when I had to cancel out friends site, over a week in advance.. Site 125 was very unlevel. My front tires were 9 inches off the ground. The roads were in dire need of repair. I more than likely will NEVER return to circle pines.

Beautiful campground! We stayed 6 nights in mid September, spacious sites, lots of trees, fantastic camp store, cafe and very friendly staff. Location was great for a Grand Canyon visit as well as Sedona. Lots to do at this campground and many planned activities.

Just a quick, one night stay. Campground is beautiful with a lot of ammenities. Office staff were great. Expected the freeway noise, but was surprised by the train whistle frequency.

Unplanned overnight stay, Gal at the front desk was very nice. Sites pretty small for a 36- foot fifth wheel

Really enjoyed our stay we were in spot 100 from the 15-18 and wanted to stay another night so were told we had to move spots which we were by our family so we did for the last night but no one filled the spot 100 we had to leave?

The campground has all the amenities you need. The reason for a 4 star rather than a 5 star is due to the cafe and Bingo. The cafe had a long line we waited 15 minutes and still didn't have our order taken. I think there should be more than one person working on busy weekends. I was also disappointed with the Bingo. We arrived before the 4 pm start time and there were no more Bingo cards left.

This place has a lot to do, especially if you have kids. I’m not sure if I would recommend it if you are looking for a quiet couples get away. Charged us for a late checkout, because we did tell them when we were leaving, but quickly reversed it, so make sure to check out when you leave.

Campground is great for family fun with a lot of amenities. Our spot was on a hill and hard to level. It was pretty loud. If you have kiddos there is a lot of fun to be had!

Great experience for our first KOA. The people staying there were all friendly, the activities group provided our kids with a memorable experience! Amenities were clean! We will definitely visit this location again!

We have been at this KOA Circle Pines many times over the years this past week we brought grandkids 6yo and 4yo they had so much fun they didn’t want to leave all the staff we friendly and helpful 6 ���� ��������������������stars

This is our favorite KOA to bring our granddaughter. This past week, all but one of the bicycles were broken and left all over the playground. There’s a new bounce pillow that small children aren’t tall enough to climb onto and we saw one little one misjudge the edge and took a very hard fall. The old pillow was so great for all ages. We missed the first barrel train ride but several children

Happy we were escorted to our spot - I would still be looking! Great spots - little narrow but worked fine, Laundry room is clean, Staff is really nice! Freeway traffic can be heard from the space we were in but we recognize we were right near it. The train is audible, but we liked it. Nothing kept us awake. We will definitely stay again, hopefully for more than one night!

I love the place. Stay there often. I keep asking in these reviews for you to put signs on the 2 gates at the dog park near the kids activities to please keep the gates latched. So many times I enter one side and the other side has been left open. A dog could get out accidentally. Not safe. Thank tou

Nice campground on a very busy weekend with a lot of Halloween activities. We camped toward the bottom of the hill so a lot of highway noise. Loose dogs all over where campers didn’t have them on a lead. We asked Mgmt to send out a reminder for campers to have their dogs on leads or leashes but guess they didn’t think it was important.Hard to walk our dogs w loose dogs everywhere. Great snack

I kept saying that this was the best summa camp ever for kids !! All the activities were amazing… the kids were never bored and had the best time. The camp was so clean ….and the food at the snack bar was delicious. We will definitely be back

Even with the rain.... the staff was great, the new restaurant was a life saver, you got as many events and activities in for the weekend that you could!!! Would love to see you upgrade the indoor pool area, for some room around the pool and hot tubs to enable a more comfortable experience. Bring the yellow plastic KOA cups back for sale!

My entire family loves to stay here. This was our 2nd time and it was great. The kids enjoyed all the extra Halloween activities. We plan to be back in the winter.

Our 4th time to stay. Facility staff friendly and helpful. Many activities avaliable to kids and adults. Sites are large and well maintained. Easy access to bearizona, route 66 and train to grand canyon.

We stayed 5 days which is very long for us. Lots of activities for the kids. A very lively place for families. I think it is one of the better arranged campgrounds.

Had a great time. Next time we’ll bring our grandkids. Very kid friendly. If you’re wanting to relax the children keep the atmosphere loud and entertaining. It’s great hearing the trains. Hearing highway traffic was a little bit noisy. Location close to everything. Very clean maintained RV park.

We were given a site that is very uneven, the next day our trailer came off the leveling ramps, front of the trailer swept 3 feet to the right and slammed on the ground with great force. HOWEVER, I learned that the same thing had happened earlier to another camper at this very site, he complained was given another level site. All I got was "We are Sorry" You must RED TAG the site until repaired

Staff is friendly and site was great minus last night people on one side were loud with radio (not your fault). I wish people would understand courtesy to others, quiet hours doesn’t mean in between hours you can blare radios.

This was our first trip to a KOA and it was such a great experience! There were always staff members around to help and were great with our kiddos. Good hospitality is hard to come by these days and the camp truly showed us great hospitality (: We will be back soon!

We liked the place very much and would stay again. The bathrooms are clean and there are a lot of things for the kids. It would be improved with less bright lights at every site. Or maybe turn them off at 10 or 11 PM

We enjoyed our stay very much. The grounds are well kept. The staff are friendly. There are lots of things to do onsite when they are open. The only disappointment was that all the amenities weren't available. I emailed them before making my reservation and was told most everything would be open the week we would be there. Unfortunately, a lot were not. We'll be back though!
