The employees are amazing. So friendly and helpful. They remember your name. They are so pet friendly. Lots of activities for the whole family.

The facility was great , loved the location & all activities for kids. However our trip ended with raw chicken nuggets served to my children by the cafe on site .( I have photos ) my one year old has been sick . I advise to cook your own food .

Booking a reservation was way too difficult. Everytime I have called the 800 number, NO ONE answers. I tried the local numberbI found and it literally ran me back to the 800 number. Somehow after multiple calls I was ablt to make a reservation. The email I sent was answered the day after we stayed. Facility was nice, but the wifi was very sporadic. Mosquitos were horrible! Overall okay.

We had a great time. Loved this campground. Lots of activities for the kids. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice and clean. Loved the pool and hot tub! Only issue was the mosquitoes.

Excellent except for the speed bumps, they need to go and I wish that when I made my reservations that they informed me about the free Saturday, as we would have planned that. However they did find us a spot but we had to move. Also why do they say they are booked but the following morning there where 10 open spots available?

All the staff was very friendly and hospitable. Lots of activities for everyone. My only complaint is the main bathroom, seemed like it could be cleaned more during our stay.

This is my 4th or 5th time staying here. Always lots to keep the small kiddos busy. I was stuck at a spot right across from check-in next to the busy road. Horrible spot with a toddler that likes to run out in the road. Next time I know to choose my spot. 1st time I’ve experienced rude staff. Not all staff, but a couple that makes me not want to return.

We arrived late Friday night after the office had closed, and there was a worker still there who made sure we found our site and didn't get caught up in any of the trees. It was a wonderful location, and even though it rained, it was still a very nice stay. All of the staff were nice and friendly, which made for a very relaxing weekend.

We all had a wonderful time. The amenities are fantastic and so is the staff. I wish the cafe was open for lunch as well. The only drawback was the noise. The trains run all night and are very loud.

Very nice well kept park. Lots of activities for everyone. We stayed mainly to go to Grand Canyon, and we did! Nice drive up and gorgeous views! The staff at KOA was super nice, well stocked store. Love my KOA’s!!!

Loved the beauty of the campground and how clean it was. Friendly and happy staff. Close to everything to do fun. Grand canyon, deer farm and town but had the feel of off the beaten path.

Love the tall trees and mountain setting, long and wide RV spaces, super clean laundry room, nice store with great staff, and divided dog areas. It would be perfect if the mosquitoes and bees would let you enjoy the outside, is it possible owner could copy Midwest campground owners and spray this AZ campground and recreational areas?

Loved Everything about the park! Very clean and well maintained, the staff ACTUALLY clean every site before check-in including the fire pits! My husband and I were very impressed. A lot of things for Family to do and Very Pet Friendly!! This will be a regular place for us now.

We loved the campgrounds. Office people are wonderful. Bathrooms clean. Grounds are kept up. Located a short drive to the Grand Canyon. Only complaint is that the sites are not level. I know that the campground is in an incline but if the sites could be more level it would be easier to park . Mosquitos were horrible. Could not even sit outside .

Awesome. The park has improved a lot since I was there last. Love the patio sites! Jenny at the front desk was a gem. Thanks to all the staff for my awesome time there.

Would have given you a 5 but the firepit in our friends spot #97 was junk (which we were sharing with them as we parked so our awnings were facing each other)...it needs to be replaced with a permanent/sturdy firepit like the one in our spot #98....this one is a bad accident waiting to happen. Would like some additional lighting as you walk to the restrooms at night. We will be back for sure.

Nice, wide spaces. We didn't feel like we were smashed together like many RV parks these days. It was very quiet even with a lot of kids and pets around. The dog parks were nice and clean. Even with the rain, the dog parks were not muddy. Staff was friendly and helpful, over and above.

Small space in between sites, no TV reception, mosquitoes everywhere, indoor pool windows filthy, heated pool was ice cold, while I was my motor home going to the bathroom and my flame less fire was smoking because the wood got somewhat wet from the night time rain, your coworker came and dumped water on it. I called the office to avail. Not gravel lots, only dirt and ruts Never again.

This was are fourth time staying in this koa the kids love it.They have so many activities to do within the camp area . Bathrooms were super clean with hot showers. Front desk Abby was super nice and even help move me to a different cabin when I asked . Everyone super nice . Area is great super close to go in town hiking trails, Bearzona,fishing lake all within 15 min . Can't wait for next camping trip .

I was able to reserve the last 50 amp pull-through site. Staying 4 nights and enjoying it. Check-in was smooth. We had an escort to our site and given a space close to everything. They have RV sites for all sizes, covered wagons, and yurts. There's an inside pool and two Jacuzzis. Showers and bathrooms are clean. Kids will love this park.
