Meet the owner and he cares about the campers stay. There’s a one very special front desk lady that is absolutely a jewel! This lady (i wish i knew her name) coordinated the kids activities and she loves her job! The maintenance crew was friendly and knowledgeable too.

We have stayed at the Williams KOA many times. This is the first time we had the slightest issue. The camping season is near the end & there weee many spots available. We paid for a full service spot. We were placed in a space that left no room to hook up our sewer. The KOA worker knew this. He told us to just empty our tank the next morning. We opted not to complain, but this was no acceptable.

Nice quiet campground with lots for kids to do. Convenient to the Grand Canyon.

We had 13 of us- 2 cabins and a RV space. Jan, Wolf, Noel, Shelly and Curtis (to name a few) were incredibly friendly and helpful. The park was clean, cafe serves up great food, store was fully stocked. go Karts were a blast. We will be back again!

Always have a great time at circle pines. Everyone there is courteous. The Halloween event is always a blast for the kids because circle pines staff makes it fun for the family.

Friendly staff and great activities for kids. Only issue bathrooms by main office could use a little upgrade but all in all great place.

Our stay was good. They are one of the best KOAs we've stayed at. The only problem is they gave us a spot by the freeway noise. Wish they would have told us. Next time we will get a better site. But it has lot's of trees. Great facilities, a great cook, laundry room was very clean.

Always friendly and willing to assist if needed. Fun place for dogs and kids. Be nice if they could put signs on the double gated dog park gates to remind folks to keep both gates latched

Was looking for a fun place to take the grandkids for the weekend that would be entertaining. Circle pines KOA was the place to go. Theyt have lots of stuff to keep kids busy, Was never a dull moment and the weekend flew by.

Beautiful campground. Lots to do and everyone is very friendly, the only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because the camp sites are uneven. Every camper around us had to go up on levelers or the tires would be off the ground. For the price they should have level sites.

The staff was wonderful! A special shout out to Miss Patty who handles crafts and other kid things was outstanding! She was fun, energetic and patient with the children. We just loved her. Everything was clean and staff was always busy and about!

It was good. The site that what I stayed in was not very level required. 3 in of lift on one side.

Very nice amenities if you have children with you but the camp sites needed work to fill holes and make more level. Very hard to get our camper fairly level. The sites are very close together. Disappointed over all for the price.

We really enjoyed the first night until a group of people arrived the next day or so. They arrived with several non-registered motorized vehicle, which had children driving them through the property and driving onto the public roadway. I was advised by staff that the children and adults were contacted and they were not to rev them or drive on the property but they continued to do so.

Right on freeway. However if you had kids there are 3 playgrounds, a huge bounce pillow, and GoKarts. Plus pool, covered wagons and teepees. Great for kids. Easy on and off freeway, clean.

Wonderful smell of pines, beautiful setting, great staff, this is our favorite KOA so far. Williams AZ is a fantastic place to stay. The staff suggested to ride the train to the Grand Canyon. The 8 hour trip is one of the best experiences we have ever had. We will be back!

The staff are very helpful, attentive, and friendly. The amenities are exceptional. Our disappointment was the unlevel site that we were assigned. The automatic levelers in our motorhome were unable to come to level. Other sites showed the same problem with motorhome tires off the ground (which is dangerous), or travel trailers requiring several leveling blocks to reach level position.

Love how family oriented it was! Love the crafts, train rides, hay rides, etc. Kids loved it, and so then the parents loved it too!

Wonderful campground. Laundry costs are highest I’ve seen as is the food prices when comparing other KOAs.

We stayed just 1 night, but it was a very welcoming place with lots of amenities including a heated indoor poor, large dog park, and a go-cart course. It was cold and windy during our stay, so we didn’t take part in any of the activities.

The staff is wonderful, however it has become louder because of the freeway being busier?I know they don't have any control over that. I also noticed that my rates seem to be increasing with extra charges for resources. Campsites are close together. I am going to try moving further back in the park for less noise

Absolutely love this place. We have been coming here for 15 years and it only gets better. The changes in the last year have been nothing but amazing. If you are looking for a laid back family friendly campground in northern Arizona this is where you want to be.

First time here to the Williams KOA ❤️❤️ so close to downtown Williams, the Grand Canyon Railroad, Bearizona, Canyon Coster. Fantastic amenities with Full Hookups for everything. Indoor pool on Jacuzzi, Miniature Golf, small store and restaurant on sight They have a Go Kart track, RTV. Rentals, Miniature Golf, a Trampoline pad for the kids and lots of activities, and Nightly Movies in the Pines. 😁😊 Highly Recommend
