Very nice KOA. Stayed in KOA’s cabin all summer with over 25 nights for the year so far. Stay in small cabins and this was the nicest of any that we have stayed at. The staff went above and beyond to make it a great stay. Will stay here every time we pass through Arizona.

Stayed in L4- best cabin in park. While it’s a wonderful cabin the functionality is not good. Loft is useless for anyone but little kids and then it’s a bit sketchy for safety. With heater in bedroom is sweltering while living area stays chilly. Great deck and patio. Cabin was not well stocked. Even had to bring salt and pepper. No potato masher, no mixer, no peeler. Glass door lock broken.

Very clean, quiet campground. Wished the activities and cafe were opened. Special shout out to Jenny who was super patient and understanding. Really helped us when we needed it.

The staff was very friendly and escorted us to our cabin. Second time staying there and we’ll be back highly recommend this KOA.

My only complaint is that the sites are really close to one another but other than that, our stay way perfect!! My first visit to a KOA and I will for sure be back!

We enjoyed our stay immensely! For our first time camping, we must say we look forward to many more camping experiences! Next time I will rent a cabin with its own restroom and life will be perfect! :)

The campsite is amazing! The staff is friendly, fun, & helpful. We had a tent site near us that their music was so loud it took over the whole area, not allowing others to enjoy their site. There were kids unattended who were being rough with other kids resulting in a kid leaving with a bloody nose. We enjoyed our stay &wished others were considerate of the guests who were being respectful.

We had such a great stay! The campground (and our cabin) were just perfect and everyone who worked there was so helpful and nice. We will for sure be back.

Nice stay, but very expensive. Stayed in cabin with bathroom. Small and cozy. Other than play grounds, pool and barrel train, EVERYTHING costs extra: crafts range in price, golf $3/pp, go carts only select days $18/pp, gem mining, etc. Staff was nice. Paid extra to bring dog. Sign on door said “no pets inside”.

This was our first time at the KOA. We stayed in a glamping tent. It was super cute and comfortable. Came with bed linens and a space heater. We loved all the activities for the kids. There is plenty to do. Although it seemed pretty full it was quiet and not overcrowded anywhere. Will definitely come again.

We love Circle Pines KOA. Tons of activities for our kids. The property is kept clean and every yellow shirt that we came into contact with was extremely nice and welcoming. Kat at the front desk was awesome, spoke with her a few times during our stay and she was very helpful. We're already looking at dates to book our next stay.

Circle Pines is one of my favorite KOA's to stay at! You can find me in a camping cabin, which is perfect for me and my little dog. I will be back Summer 2024!

We all absolutely loved staying at KOA Circle of Pines. Everything you would possibly need for your kids and family to have fun was right there. The go karts, bounce pillow, play ground, train ride, mining and indoor pool were wonderful! The grounds were super clean and all of the staff were welcoming and helpful. We are looking forward to planning our next vacation there! Thank you!

Phenomenal place for a little getaway as we live 100 miles away. Cabin rentals great bargain and lots of things for the family to enjoy. Will be back when snow falls for sure.

Renting a cabin for a week would have been nice to have small frig as we have had in other rentals. Front desk people gave us wrong info on pool hours which caused issues with kids not being able to use the pool due to it being closed

We came and rented a cabin. We brought our two grandkids who were six and eight did the scavenger hunt the jump pillow go karts hiking and we also are with our church horizon. We had so much fun.

During this stay a lot of the campers near me were drinking and smoking weed. When they aren’t sober, leading to loud cussing and playing music loud. I tried to go to escape city noise but it is not quiet on the weekends. Adults have the right to enjoy themselves, but I wanted to go to sleep and kids by midnight. People are partying late into the night. We don’t camp at a family site-to party

The guide to our cabin was very helpful and friendly. However, all the buttons were missing from the air conditioner and the cabin smelled like urine. I have to use a CPAP machine so outlets closer to the head of the bed would be helpful.

We had 18 people in our party. We had three campsites and two cabins. It was a wonderful way to celebrate two family birthdays. We appreciated the proximity to Bearizona. The kids loved the bouncing pillow, the mini golf, the train, and the hayride. The adults loved the relief from the Phoenix heat!

Circle Pines KOA is hands down the best KOA we have ever visited & far exceeded our expectations. We stayed in a deluxe cabin expecting bare bones but had a very comfy bed & futon - kitchen had all gear, toaster, k-cup coffee maker& pods, full size fridge - even mints on the kitchen table, toiletries in the bathroom. Extremely clean &showed great pride in their campground. Can’t say enough good

Staff Very nice. Didn't really use facilities. Big rig 43ft... First spot they put us was short, tree in bad spot, uneven so couldn't get level. Not many people there... So we asked to move.... Told them to upgrade us if necessary we were fine to pay extra. She never said if that's what she did... But sent us to a spot further down that was longer and easier to get level. Was a little bit of breath holding getting out... So it is not really, in my opinion, easy in easy out for big rigs. But we managed it. Thanks for giving us a bigger spot though.. appreciate how quickly you found another. However you might check out the specs I fill out before coming in. You may have sent us to the second spot in the first place. These were drive throughs btw. But you all were great. Also both places there that we were in were very muddy which wasn't helping in all the trying to get level. But it can be part of camping. They had a water leak and had to turn off the water. Before they did they warned everyone via text and then kept us informed of progress. Appreciate that too!! So many times campgrounds have just suddenly turned the water off without saying a word. Anyway, a nice enough place. The staff is what makes it!

Right off the Hwy super convenient. We arrived after hours and an escort still took us to our site. Sites are huge we travel in a 45' coach and tow an H2. Love the pull through sites that you don't have to unhook for one night!
