We love the activities Aviable..they need to have coummitty grills for campers ..the fire pit wasn't the best .and we were not told there wasn't a grill .. cabin ka needs updated beds those are like sleeping on table ..they are all ripping ...for the price of them it would be nice to have the things accessible

Beautiful camp site. My kids had a blast playing on the blowup bounce mattress in the park. Sadly we came mid week and the Go-cart were not on, we‘ll try coming on a weekend so kids can do more activities next time. Cabin was a huge hit for the kids on the bunk beds. This is my favorite place to come with my family and kids. It is such a peaceful place. The staff is amazing everybody around the camp is in a good mood. It’s just an amazing experience. Every time we come and the staff is just makes everything so amazing. They are so helpful. They’re always in a good mood. I just love this place and I wanna keep coming back. I need to come back for more days

This was our second time staying at the KOA in Williams. We stayed in one of the wagons and had a great time. There’s always a lot to do, the campground is clean, the staff is friendly, the shop has a ton of options, and there’s lots in the area. One of our favourite KOAs

We rented cabin KC no microwave no refrigerator no air conditioning the TV was broken first night no play games to charge your battery I asked for an upkeep and they told me for a hundred and $20 more we can have the cabin next door what a joke I would not recommend it to anybody

We have been going to this KOA for over 12 years. This is the first year there was changes that were not positive. The trash bins were over flowing. They don’t pick up trash from your cabin daily. The cabin we were in had a TV that didn’t work. No WiFi. Check in was 2 hours later and check out 1 hour earlier than previous visit. I knew there was no owners, before I asked because of all the cha

We normally love this place, but under new management, some things changed in the wrong direction. 1. the cafe food is now terrible and over priced. We used to not pack food knowing that our stay could easily be covered with buying food on site. The menu tries to be fancy and fails at the quality. Fried foods were overcooked and the tallow is disgusting. Menu items were double previous visits. 2..

In the office Erin was amazing. She was super friendly and she answered all our questions. We ate at the café, we had the Pizza and that was amazing!!. I will definitely be going back to the KOA this year.

The heated pool wasn't working so the water was so cold I only was in it for about 10 minutes. The restroom closest to our cabin was shut down due to remodeling. I never seen anyone clean the showers through out my stay. Showers were dirty so it's always a good rule to wear sandals when showering. Overall the park was nice and the kids enjoyed the play areas, bikes and little train ride.

We stayed in the budget 6 person cabin. This was very basic but functional. For our stay overall - Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful, ok location (though too close to the Highway for traffic noise), close to Williams. The staff kept miss communicating. The hours of the pool, the wifi for the cabins, the go karts being open. The amenities available, make this KOA have a lot of potential, but the follow through makes it fall very very short.

The staff was super nice and helpful. Campground was very maintained and fun! Love everything but a few things in our cabin. One the toilet seat was very gross. Not sure if it was previously damaged and poorly repaired. but we did not want to sit on it and it looked gross. Two, their were a lot of dust bunnies everywhere and more than a few cob webs we had to clean. Also, hair inside our sheets.

Very nice staff who were all very helpful, delicious food at the cafe and this location is just a very short drive from anything you need. Will definitely be staying here again.

Multiple bathrooms under renovation. Bathrooms were not stocked regularly - out of paper towels, toilet paper, soap. Garbage dumpsters overflowing on Sunday when we left. Campground store out of AA batteries. Campground staff driving golf carts way over the posted speed limit sign. Jumping pillow not opened on time and kids waiting at dawn to jump. Overall the experience was meh…

We’ve been coming here for the past 4 years, a couple times a year. We love all the activities for the kids and how dog friendly it is, the staff is amazing. This visit though we did experience dirty toilets and bathrooms, also no soap and toilet paper in some. The good far outweighs the bad so we will we definitely return and give it another chance.

No WiFi and the closest bathroom was being renovated. Otherwise the cabin was clean and cute and my family and I had much fun!

It was amazing! Had many amenities to keep kids busy. Wish the pool was bigger as it was crowded and the go-karts to be running as it was hot enough.

WE WERE LIED TO!! We have stayed at this KOA several times & referred many other families I always call before going, as I did this time to make sure OF ALL activities & times . Answer was, Activities are same but different times were given. No problem there. We stayed in the wagons which were nice, very warm even on a chilly night, but there were issues. The reason we chose the wagons were that they were right next to bathrooms. Unfortunately, they were torn apart for renovations which wasn't disclosed, the other bathrooms were closed. The only bathrooms were in the office, and conditions weren't great. Doors wouldn't close, broken latches, bad smell

Never could get TV to connect to wireless. Told them about it a few times. They said just keep trying. We did try. Still didn't work. They should have come checked it out. We thought they were sending someone down to check it but never did.

I rented a cabin on there website it stated 96$ a nite i checked in online 2 adults and checked the pets i got charged 101$ + 28.11$ ! Pet fee and a resort fee it's not worth coming here anymore they were remodeling the outside restrooms so you had to walk to the otherside to use the bathrooms for the cabins that did not have built in bathrooms ! YOUR BETTER OFF GETTING A HOTEL IN TOWN

We stay here all the time and usually have a great time. This was not a good stay. No showers and no one let me know before I drove there. With 2 little kids, this was not helpful. Our door also had issues shutting. Not a good stay. Hopefully it will be better next time.

I have stayed at this KOA twice, in Lodge 4. It’s a great KOA…one of my favorites. However, the mattress in L4 needs to be replaced. It is worn and uncomfortable

This KOA isn't fancy but staff is fantastic, energetic and really make the experience fun. From mini golf to go cart racing to bingo, there's no short of cool things to do with the family and the environment really feels like a small community. Not the fanciest place but the restrooms are clean, the tent, wagon and teepee campsites are really cool, the shop has a ton of cool things including ice cream by the scoop. Just a good time here!

Schön grosser Campingplatz. Sie waren sehr hilfsbereit als der strom nicht ging da was kaputt war. War überhaupt keine grosse sache. Wc/duschen ok, aber könnten sauberer sein. Chicken wings waren sehr lecker👍

A really great campground. Many, many things for kids and adults. (Miniature golf, jumping mats, ebikes, hay rides etc.) Wonderful staff and a small Cafe with the best Philly cheese steak sandwich west of the Mississippi
