We have been to CP before. This time we brought 5 other families with us. The kids had a blast, the adults had a blast. The staff went above and beyond as always. My awning motor went out and I needed to manually retract it, but I didn’t have the tools to do so. Staff let me borrow the tools without a hesitation. I could go on and on but I am out of characters on this form.

Laundry room very dirty. Lots of staff driving in carts that seemed to accomplish very little. All of that staff made this stay one of the most expensive of our trip so far. The girl that checked us in was very nice and efficient. I would like to stress the un keptness of the laundry area again.

It was our first time at Circle Pines KOA. We arrived late and there was a reservation pamphle and tag for us waiting at the night-time check-in area, with clear directions. The only comment I have is that the Cafe was closed unexpectedly on the morning we were leaving. We had planned to grab breakfast there, just before we checked-out, and did not plan to cook this day. It was disappointing.

Everyone was great to deal with. The ladies that ran the cafe were very nice and the food was excellent. The kids had a blast with all the activities around. We also noticed how clean the entire park was!

This is one of the best KOA locations. There is always plenty to do, and the staff is great. About the only issue this visit was the cleanliness of the bathrooms could have been better. We'll definitely return though.

My wife and I and friends got together for a few days to explore the Grand Canyon, Williams, and Sedona. We had a great time and even got a chance to enjoy the spa after some hiking and took some spins around the go-cart track. Kathy and Stefan and the team all do a great job making you feel welcome.

Never have done this kind of camping before, yet , traveling cross country and you wanted dependability. 10 stars. Staff was happy and that shows tremendously ����We also saw many families having a good time����

Super friendly staff. Well located between Williams and flagstaff. Lots of amenities. Just off interstate 40 and east to get to. Will definitely return on our next trip west

The facility was great all the staff were super friendly and helpful. Bathrooms and showers were very clean. Only complaint we have is the WiFi was almost nonexistent in our spot and around the campgrounds. I tried to join a work meeting and the connection couldn’t stay stable enough for me to join. Streaming television programs was impossible as well.

This is a wonderful property with loads of truly nice amenities and beautiful hiking. We stayed Halloween weekend and loved seeing all the resort festivities. This is the best family ordinated property we have ever stayed at. The staff obviously love their jobs and the families. We travel with a large rig and had a good level site and easy access. The general store and cafe were great as well.

The entire staff was very nice, and the park had really solid WiFi (not very crowded though), and great location for exploring GC. However, the park infastructure is old & tired & needs updating. Its not terrible but??? Also, it very KIDS focused here, so def not much peace & quiet. My rating is a solid 3.5.....

Convenient place to stay, right off the freeway. Quiet, nice dog runs. Nice shower facilities, pool and hot tubs.

Nice, good sized, level site with plenty of sun and shade. Borders National Forrest with trails directly across from our site. Staff were friendly and helpful. Not far from williams and the south rim. Lots for kids to do on site and in town. Lovely campground.

The Cafe was amazing! We have food allergies and they helped ensure everthing was ok. My kids loved the jump pad and playground. They also loved the go-carts. I wish there was an all day pass or buy one/two, get one type of deal. They could literally do that all day but my wallet wouldn't agree.

Once AGAIN, the weekend stay at our favorite KOA was seriously flawed by all the barking dogs!!!!!!! How about the staff go to the various sites and insist that the dogs be kept quiet or impose fines or force them to pack up and leave. It really is quite annoying that a relaxing weekend is ruined by all the barking.

I enjoyed camping in a place that was filled with trees and surrounding area's that were nice to go and see were close by. I loved how clean the park was and the rates were very reasonable.

Great layout! Beautiful setting in the pines. Warm, friendly and helpful staff. What really impressed us was the Bear Trax Cafe. We stopped in for dinner and the food was surprisingly good. So good in fact we went back for breakfast the next morning! What a great way to start the day. Plus the ladies who worked there were friendly and so much fun!!

Very expensive for none of facilities advertised online being open. We travelled expecting to use the restaurant once we arrived. We had no food with us. The restaurant just decided to close and we couldn’t get dinner. All we could do was buy junk food in the store. We were extremely disappointed and told the check in person. P

The staff helped out to get us the perfect spot for our stay. The kids loved the playground and putt putt golf. We will be coming back for when the go carts are open.

This was are fourth time staying in this koa the kids love it.They have so many activities to do within the camp area . Bathrooms were super clean with hot showers. Front desk Abby was super nice and even help move me to a different cabin when I asked . Everyone super nice . Area is great super close to go in town hiking trails, Bearzona,fishing lake all within 15 min . Can't wait for next camping trip .

I was able to reserve the last 50 amp pull-through site. Staying 4 nights and enjoying it. Check-in was smooth. We had an escort to our site and given a space close to everything. They have RV sites for all sizes, covered wagons, and yurts. There's an inside pool and two Jacuzzis. Showers and bathrooms are clean. Kids will love this park.
