Had a great trip overall. But what's the deal with the pool area? Website advertises "Heated Pool" with pristine pictures. Pool area was a huge disappointment form 7/18 to 7/25. Reeked of chlorine... could be smelled at Bear Trax Cafe. Jerry rigged box fans in upper windows... Duration of trip pool was never warm enough to swim in. 7/19 North hot tub was cold... 7/23 both hot tubs were cold.

We have stayed here several times without issue (other than when there was a water shortage). I alerted the staff of an issue with site 70 circuit breaker tripping constantly even with only 1 a/c unit on. I explained that I am a EE with 55yrs experience with that style of breaker, notorious for getting "weaker" with age. They came and spent most of the time disputing. Consequently, we had no a/c.

The spots are very small. Your neighbors will be using your space for their front yard. The spots were also not level, we watched numerous campers without auto-level, spend a long time trying to crib their couches. Kids were also flying through the camp ground on electric scooters, numerous texts were sent out by the camp ground but nothing changed.

Sewer hookup area looked like it had backed up sometime before our arrival. The gentleman in the site next to us said his sewer drain had backed up earlier that day and the campground was having some issues with this. I decided not to even hook mine up. In addition, there was a rat trap sitting against the sites hook up post. I would not return to this KOA.

The campground is great! My only negative comment is regarding breakfast at the Bear Trax cafe. The scrambled eggs and pancakes were overcooked (burnt) and not at all appetizing. Even after they made a second pancake because they burnt the first one! The second pancake was also burnt!

Enjoyed it completely. Your staff is great. Great compliments to the young man with the beard who ran the go carts. Very caring and patient. Please get better speakers for the movie nights. The speakers are awful.

Would not stay at this KOA again. Showers were ridiculous. Low flow shower head output was woefully inadequate. Temperature control was non-existent - the tiny amount of water I did get was scalding. Yes, I tried all the showers and they were all the same. Signs everywhere about conserving water, yet there was a steady drip from the large water tank, wasting more water than I ever could.

It takes way too long to check in and/or buy anything from the store. Staff are not very responsive to guests who have been waiting for over 15 minutes. Also, the cafe is never fully stocked with menu items. Dog pens are not kept up. I had to request a staff member to clean the areas due to their poor conditions.

Staff very friendly , took our granddaughter. Didn’t realize how kid friendly the campground is, Lia never got bored as there was always something to do , from arts and crafts to riding with me on the go karts. Very kool campground.

Have stayed at this campground many times previously. Though the staff is great, the campground now needs some TLC. Many sites are uneven, so much we asked to move to another site that was better cared for, which the staff was able to accommodate. I don't feel the current price justifies the accommodations. Hoping the new owner can get it back I shape.

Pleasant stay, staff friendly but online pictures makes campground appear less dated. Hearing the train pass through all night and lack of activities (only available thurs-sun) was disappointing.

It’s a great place for children, lots of activities but the park itself it way too congested, not enough spaces between the RV’s. We were given a space that the sewer hook up was right next to the picnic table , we couldn’t sit under our awning because the neighbors sewer hook up was 3 feet from where we wanted to sit. I think you guys can do better then that, take less customers,

Outside of the train that passes by on the other side of the hyway it is nice and quiet. Beautiful trees and nice facilities. I have stayed there twice now and will be back!

The staff is so friendly. The night security guard Kyle and the resident mechanic Lee were exceptional with their care for helping us work through an issue overnight. The campground has done a great job with activities for kids too.

All the staff were great and helpful. Kids loved it. The proximity to attractions in the area is great. Freeway noise expected. Train horn, perhaps you can talk to them about their horn, out in the middle of know where and the blow it like if there is traffic from 10pm to 6am. Neighbors dogs were left alone and barked and barked. 2nd evening I called after hours and your staff took care of it.

We have always enjoyed Circle Pines KOA. Sadly, though, this July the flies were unbearable. We came close to leaving early because of those pesky things.

We weren’t at the campground very much because we were so busy with all of the local attractions, but it was a perfect landing spot at the end of the day to rest and recharge. The amenities were great and we had no issues. Wish we had been able to stay longer. Maybe next time!

Staff were friendly and kind. The girl at that the Bear Trax Cafe was amazing. She always had a positive attitude, taking orders and doing all the cooking one morning, you’d never know she was doing it all herself. The guys at the go kart track also took extra time to talk to my kid who was afraid and made sure he was comfortable and safe. He loved it! Grateful the karts were open that day.

We had a great time, staff was able to accommodate us and the friends we were traveling with and place our sites together. The sites are longer than wide so plan out where you are setting your camper and parking your vehicle. The amenities were great, kids had a great time. The weather was perfect, delivered exactly what we needed.

The site was level and spacious. Nice, well stocked store. Friendly staff. Very active campground. The snack bar for dinner was ok. Nothing special. Fries cooked to far in advance. It’s too busy for only two workers.

We had an amazing time there! The campgrounds were clean and the staff was super accommodating and kind. There was plenty to do with the kids and it was still quiet at night.

We are having such a great time here! The text camp ground are really nice. Bathrooms are clean! So much for kids to do and adults. We will be back!

Great KOA. Some highway noise and train noise but the train was fun to hear, at least for us! The site itself was unlevel but nothing some blocks didn't fix. We appreciated all the amenities, especially the dog run, big jump pad for kids, and playground. A tad on the expensive side but I suppose it makes sense with all the extras included and the convenient location to Bearizona and Grand Canyon.
