This stay was great. You need a bigger pool it's always full of kids and it's hard for the adults to swim and the storage area needs to open at 8:00 a.m. instead of 9:00 a.m.

Overall, quiet, with very friendly staff. For our stay it was a very central location, for the planned and unplanned activities. The putt putt golf, was the best one, we played at a campground and the cosmic / after dusk, with the lighted balls and course was great.

This was our first time stay at Williams Circle Pines KOA and it was fantastic!! Stacy at the front desk was so pleasant and helpful. We will be back late Septemeber.

We had an amazing visit to Williams. The Circle Pines KOA is the perfect place to stay, very well located, great things for kids to do, quiet, the staff is very helpful and kind and so were the other campers. Overall a wonderful campground! Easy to explore the Grand Canyon on the Grand Canyon railway from town, Bearizona, and walk around this charming Route 66 town. :) We will �� be coming back!

This KOA was very nice and neat!! Bathrooms and showers were clean. Their store had lots of goodies in it. We enjoyed our stay.

Great spot. We loved the end row looking at the pines and several cows came close so that was fun.

I was given lot 105 by a very friendly lady. It was perfect! A tree for shade. Pull thru facing the national forest where my dogs and I could walk. Since it was during the week it was very quiet. Site was very clean and plenty of room.

Most staff were mildly friendly. But that seems to be consistent with most KOAs for some reason. Two people really stood out here. Ray was awesome for kids activities. Can’t say enough great things about him, his energy, and genuine love to make things fun for the kids. And Lee. Super friendly. Stopped to say hello and check in on us.

Great place to stay. So many activities for my 5year old grandson, especially the bouncy pillow. We didn’t have time to try everything. We’ll be back.

Staff is great. All the extra costs after already paying 300 for the weekend was kinda silly. Especially since I booked a pull through that I had to back out of because of a dumpster and trees. The site was major uneven. Other than that. Cool spot

It was an overall good experience. I was our friends first time at a KOA. Sites should have more gravel and a little more level. We had a bad experience with a employee at the mini golf. He was very rude and and jumped down our throats about playing golf at night because that cost is $7 and we only paid $3. Very poor customer service skills. It was raining and thunder during the day. 928 800 9332

Great campsites but not level requiring more than 6” of cribbing under front tires.

Overall, the campground was extremely clean. Lots of amenities and very family oriented. Mature pine trees and setting were relaxing. Friendly staff. Campground bathrooms were clean but could use some minor maintenance. RV sites are still not level on the west circle. Improvements were noted, but still needs more work. A more welcoming appearance and resurface driveway should be done.

We’ve been staying at circle pines for several years now. It’s a well maintained and clean campground. A lot of things for grandkids to do. Minutes away from downtown Williams and trails galore for your buggy. Already have our spot reserved for next year.

Was a great camp spot. Easy off & the way on when exiting or entering!! Pretty pricey for a stay though & that was with a military discount or good Sam! So beware of price.

We liked it here! Staff was friendly and welcoming and we loved the area! We only stayed the night so we couldn’t enjoy too much of what they offered. We hope to be back for longer! I wish they had an outside pool though; that would make this place a five stars resort!

It would have been ok BUT at least 3 or 4 sites had open flame campfires blazing. This occurred on Saturday night before 8pm. Part of the duties of the evening staff should be to walk the property to be sure there are no rule violations. Campfires put EVERYONE in terrible danger. Everyone was informed of the no fire burning at this time. You allow people to break this important rule! Sad.

I believe this is our 3rd or 4th time there and we enjoy it every time but i must say that this time was better than ever. The crew they had working this season were all so wonderful and went out of their way to make sure we had a good time, and we did. Thank you everyone.

We had a great time. Campsite was clean. The host were available and great customer service,they were interactive with the people at the camp. We will definitely be there again. The hayride, horses, go karts and if you forgot something, DoorDash from the local grocery store ! We loved your KOA!

Friendly staff. Nice setting. Food truck prices way too high, didn't eat there. Wife said the the showers in the bathroom could benefit from a new look.

We are having such a great time here! The text camp ground are really nice. Bathrooms are clean! So much for kids to do and adults. We will be back!

Great KOA. Some highway noise and train noise but the train was fun to hear, at least for us! The site itself was unlevel but nothing some blocks didn't fix. We appreciated all the amenities, especially the dog run, big jump pad for kids, and playground. A tad on the expensive side but I suppose it makes sense with all the extras included and the convenient location to Bearizona and Grand Canyon.
