The staff were all very friendly and helpful. There were kids that I believe were staff members kids, they were all very respectful of campers/camp sites. They always stayed on the paths and very respectful. The food was very good. Grounds are kept very clean. One suggestion, when quite time is in effect and there are campers who are not respecting, that someone address’s those campers.

Always a pleasure to stay at Circle Pines. Been coming back for years. The concrete patio with table and chairs was a surprise, along with grill. Didn’t have that last time we stayed. Will be back later this month. JR.

Very unhappy with the new owners at this Campground. Last Thanksgiving, no add’l $ for an outside site. Made reservations for July and requ outside site again. I was told they assign sites! Made June reserv and rec’d call stating if I wanted an outside site, +$30 more! Agreed on ph. Show up, get site in middle! Find out they assigned July site next to entry! No way! Cancelled July!

I wish we had our grandson with us. The staff is superb! They had activities for the children through out the whole day. They have Go-Karts, mini train, hay ride, bikes, hiking trails, a huge playground, mini golf & indoor pool! They even had bingo, movies, and games at night. They have food, a well stock store, and they even gave us a KOA scarf for our dog. Best Holiday KOA we've been to.

We always enjoy our stays at Corcle Pines KOA. Staff are very helpful and the showers/restrooms are so clean.

Wonderful week long stay. Christopher led us to our site (34). We wanted to pull in from the backside so our trailer door would be facing family in site 36. He led us around the outer loop and guided us in perfectly. The propane refill station was convenient. We used it twice and both times the gentleman loaded it on his cart and delivered it to our site. Thrifty ice cream at the gift shop. Yummy

This KOA has everything you need to have a great experience! The food at the cafe is amazing, activities for the kids is fantastic! The only complaint I have is that the campsites are not level. We were on 081 and had a hard time getting the trailer leveled. And looking at a lot of our fellow campers rigs, they had the same issue. Did notice that all the patio (more expensive) sites were level

From the moment we arrive we felt so welcomed. Every staff member was friendly and made my kids feel extra special. All the amenities and activitites were so fun and we can't wait to come back again.

Liked the park but it was noisy being right next to the 40 fwy. Great place for kids. Convenient location for both Bearizona and the Grand Canyon. Loved the ice cream and lattes but would skip the cafe next time. I would have given 5 stars except for that freeway noise.

Well first off it was a convenient place to stop for the night, thats the good part. My site was marginally level, but mostly it was just dirty and very dusty. The eating area was closed, apparently only open early mornings and weekends. The best part of the resort were the people. From the man who checked us in to the guy who escorted us to our site they wete super nice and friendly.

Our stay was interrupted by a camper that moved in with 4 large dogs that growled and barked, Complained to the office and they sent a person to talk to the camper. The General Manager Nicole Edwards said ,you could have 16 dogs as long as they were on a leash. Told me I had two options, move to another camp spot or leave with a refund for remaining days. I was at the camp spot two days before the

The camp is really nice, with lots of fun things to do for the kids. And it is very conveniently located near other attractions like the Grand Canyon, the cute town of Williams and Bearazonia.

Had a 2 night stay during the week and could not sleep because of the Interstate 40 traffic. It went on all night, both nights. Also all the kids activities were closed because of it being a weekday. So I will not be returning.

We called ahead to see if we could check in early. They said they had a strict rule yet we saw countless RVs checking in early, with no trouble. The description says level spots which is far from the truth. We had to add blocks under our wheels on one side. Very dusty graveled areas so we left early due to health issues from the dust. The sanitary hook-up are uphill so there wasn't down flow.

Just an overnight quick stay while traveling. The overnight spots really aren't big enough. Also they are all gravel! Used $50 worth of points and honestly wish I hadn't. This site clearly wasn't worth using my points for and paying $90 more. I feel we were definitely way over charged.

Great staff specially Alicia and Ray.Ray did a fantastic job getting the light set up for the cosmic Mini Golf and Alicia is great with the art and crafts for the kids.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. Facilities are clean. Site was not very level, but staff was helpful in placement of the trailer. The only downfall was all of the train noise that is almost continuous.

For years we have been camping multiple times during summer break at Circle Pines KOA. We like the new upgrades this time around and love that Ray (bingo guy) and his wife do such an amazing job with all the kids activities. My kids are excited to see them each time we go!!

This is one of our favorite camp ground. There are plenty of activity for our entire family and it’s close to all the destinations we enjoy in the flagstaff area.

KOA has all the bells & whistles and the traffic noise from Rt 40 at site 116. Handy to Williams for tourist food and shopping.

This was our third year visiting and I will say the improvements are definitely noticed and appreciated! Everything looks fresh and updated and polished. The bathrooms are very clean. The staff members are awesome. I interacted with maybe 8 to 10 and every single one was friendly, kind, and helpful. My kids love all the activities, one of our favorite is the bingo! You guys are amazing.

The site is fantastic, however, there were some disappointing elements. First, most of the sites were not completely level. This made it difficult for my leveling system to level the coach. Second, my family felt the pool was too small. We understand that every drop of water is trucked in. Nevertheless it seems noteworthy to say. Otherwise, it's a great campground!

It wasn't for us. We are packed in there like sardines. Cleaning up the campsite for our stay was not done. It is very kid friendly however and had cute stuff for the kids to do.

We have stayed at Williams Circle Pines three to four times a year for a long time. Last summer the place was starting to show its age. What a pleasant surprise this year's first stay brought. Landscaping looks nice, new look, new paint. Ice cream, coffee, and new cafe with new menu. More patio camp spots added. Well Done!!

Overall the stay was very nice however, when paying the amount paid to camp why aren’t some of the activities free? For instance, miniature golf should be free, renting bikes free. The go-carts & ATV rentals I do understand having a fee but miniature golf? And all activities for kids should be free to include the arts & crafts!

We stayed in a wagon rental in June. High temps in the 90s with low temp in the 50s. It had a mini split and a room heater. We did bring extra blankets for the bunk beds since they provide sheets, a blanket and pillow. Small refrigerator was great for snacks and there was an outdoor grill available with a table and chairs. The restroom was next door with showers. There was an activity schedule for kids Thursday- Sunday, but can become a little pricey for large families. There was a café but we didnt try it this time.

We had a great time here with several other families. There was a ton of activities for the kids to do, they especially loved the jumping pillow and the pool when it was warm in the afternoons. The restrooms were clean and accessible for showers, etc. The shop up front was great for anything we forgot, ice, and coffee. The only downsides were that it is very close to I40, so the traffic noise can be heard from anywhere in the campground, but it wasn't terrible where we were staying especially as the night went on. We had a tent site, and the sites are incredibly close together with little to no trees for privacy or shade between them. We felt like the people behind and next to use could look into our site and we just overall didn't feel like we had a ton of privacy. It feels like the tent sites were an afterthought and they were added all in rows and way too close together. If we stay here again we will likely get a cabin or other type of accomodation.
