Easy to find and easy to access. Staff was very polite and helpful. Campground was clean and well-maintained. Sites were not right on top of each other, nicely spaced out.

We normally love this place, but under new management, some things changed in the wrong direction. 1. the cafe food is now terrible and over priced. We used to not pack food knowing that our stay could easily be covered with buying food on site. The menu tries to be fancy and fails at the quality. Fried foods were overcooked and the tallow is disgusting. Menu items were double previous visits. 2..

In the office Erin was amazing. She was super friendly and she answered all our questions. We ate at the café, we had the Pizza and that was amazing!!. I will definitely be going back to the KOA this year.

The campground itself is nice, clean, well kept and lots of staff running around taking care of anything that comes up. The new cafe had decent food, the chef was really pleasent to deal with. We were passing through and booked two nights to rest before heading on to Fresno, the only issue we had were other campers -kids and parents cutting through camp.We were across from the mini putt. Bad site

Truly, Circle Pines is one of the better KOA campgrounds. Everything is clean and well maintained. The patio sites are excellent and worth the few extra dollars to secure one. We will definitely book again.

Reason we didn't rate a 5. Our original spot was a little uneven and sloping down hill causing our rv stabilizers to not work. (We were accommodated another site with a little confusion from maintenance men). Assumed race track/mini golf/bikes/cafe and all accommodations would be available but i guess we have to stay on the weekend to enjoy those things. Wish there was more info upfront about that

Overpriced for just an overnight stay. Maintenance is lacking. Door to the pool area is literally falling off the hinges. Dangerous.

We enjoyed our stay at the Williams KOA. Lots of amenities at the campground. We ate at the restaurant on site multiple times and the food was really good. The staff was very helpful and assisted with a propane refill after hours which was much appreciated. I would recommend this KOA. Great location.

Beautiful campground with great amenities. Bathrooms were always clean and warm. Staff were friendly and helpful. The dog parks were always clean. The only downfall was how close the sites were to each other. There were so many open spaces that they could have spaced us a little farther apart but this wouldn't keep me from coming back. This is one of my favorite campgrounds

There are so many activities to do here! We were just passing through for one nights, but our whole family is already making plans to come back for a longer stay. We were SO HAPPY to have found the Ponderosa Pines Cafe & Pizzeria. We have been on the road for 2 weeks and this was the best meal we have eaten so far! Great staff all around, thankful to have found this KOA!

Very nice campground. Well maintained, friendly helpful staff and lots of amenities. Very dog and kid friendly. Lots of things to do in the surrounding area. Would definitely recommend. Will be going back very soon.

Beautiful campground, quiet, set in the pine trees, away from town but close enough to get what you need and to restaurants and activities. I had a great stay! Everyone working there is very friendly, property is cleaned and well maintained, clean large bathrooms and showers. I will definitely be back.

We had a terrific stay! Our spot was beautiful and spacious! The folks that work here were super friendly and helpful. We unhooked and took the van out each day to go to the Grand Canyon. Getting in and out was so quick and easy. This campground is so much more scenic than others in the area. No shortage of pines! Will definitely be back! Thank yall!

Had all the amenities needed for our stay and very close to Williams for supplies and close to the Grand Canyon. Staff were nice and helpful.

The heated pool wasn't working so the water was so cold I only was in it for about 10 minutes. The restroom closest to our cabin was shut down due to remodeling. I never seen anyone clean the showers through out my stay. Showers were dirty so it's always a good rule to wear sandals when showering. Overall the park was nice and the kids enjoyed the play areas, bikes and little train ride.

Greeted so nicely and great service. We stayed an extra 2 days (from original plan) because of heavy winds on our route. They were very easy to book additional days. Would definitely stay again!!

I got to the space # 117 and after I was done with the trailer, I noticed the presence of a lot of flies on one side of the space and I told one of the workers around, and he said that they will try to do something about it. I went out and when I came back the AC power was not working. It was good I had an extension power cord to connect to 118. Next day... need more space to writ

Told no early check in and told to go to the Loves gas station to wait but 2 days later at 1:00PM they checked in 2 RVs. Asked to leave a day early but was told I had to pay for all the nights I had reserved. Not accommodating to travelers now running by Corporate rules was not like that in the previous years we have been coming here. WIFI sucked, low water pressure. Will not be back there ever

We had a great stay here! The area is beautiful. The property has great features and stuff to do but most of all the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We were really looking forward to our stay. We especially wanted to make the most of our stay by using all amenities at the camp. Although we enjoyed the stay we confronted many not so great issues ie. the pool was not heated (we were told there was a malfunction), the giant jumper was not available, the ATVs advertising was a mess - no one could give us info about it. We won’t be back.

Beautiful property but our stay was very disappointing. A large group of problem campers was unsupervised by staff they had plugged in extension cords to surrounding campsites our circuit breaker was blown in the middle of the night. They were very loud until well after midnight. We stayed for two nights and I think we got a total of 4 hours of sleep. There were many complaints from our area.

the campground looks nice, but a bit more maintenance would serve it well. Unfortunately the location utself is too close to the I-40, very noisy all night long, not to mention the freight trains. Overall considering everything I think it‘a way too expensive

The staff is friendly, helpful and will assist guiding you into your campsite. There is a well stocked store, indoor pool, cafe/pizzaria and a food truck on site. Lots of activities for Kids. Go karts are open in summer. The KOA is well maintained and clean. There are 3 dog parks, and rental quads to ride in the area. 7 min. to Williams, Bearizona, Cyn. Coaster; 45 min to the Grand Cyn. Fantastic!

We stayed in the budget 6 person cabin. This was very basic but functional. For our stay overall - Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful, ok location (though too close to the Highway for traffic noise), close to Williams. Cons: list of unusable amenities & activities during our stay - Go Karts, Bounce Pillow, Cafe, swimming pool (this was open but the 'heated' pool was at temperature comfortab

Absolutely love this place. We have been coming here for 15 years and it only gets better. The changes in the last year have been nothing but amazing. If you are looking for a laid back family friendly campground in northern Arizona this is where you want to be.

First time here to the Williams KOA ❤️❤️ so close to downtown Williams, the Grand Canyon Railroad, Bearizona, Canyon Coster. Fantastic amenities with Full Hookups for everything. Indoor pool on Jacuzzi, Miniature Golf, small store and restaurant on sight They have a Go Kart track, RTV. Rentals, Miniature Golf, a Trampoline pad for the kids and lots of activities, and Nightly Movies in the Pines. 😁😊 Highly Recommend
