Employees were very polite. I like how they escorted you to your camping spot. There were plenty of activities for children. I would recommend it to families with children.

The park is great, clean and very well managed. The activities calendar is the best part! Rocky does such a great job throughout the day with the kids! Gigi at the gocart track is also great! The general store has a little bit of everything and we went to the store daily for small items. The restaurant is small and has weird hours, but the food was good for a quick option on departure day.

We had an absolute blast! Everything was affordable and fun for the kids. Us adult loved the go karts more than the kids. The koa is also close to town and all the activities.

Amazing from start to finish! Everyone in the office at check in was so nice and friendly! They even added a little ice cream/ coffee store which is awesome! The grounds were well taken care of and you can tell the people that work there take pride in their job! The activities for the kids were so fun and the new bounce pillow was awesome! Definitely returning as this is one of our favorite spots

This is a great place for a fun time! We hosted our grandkids here and they had so much fun. The grounds are in good shape, there is plenty of staff and more to do than we could believe. The only downside for me was the traffic noise due to the interstate but we will definitely be back.

I would recommend no charge cabins with no AC as we pay already too much stay and the fun activities there I believe they should be no cost

Loved it, Alot of upgrades since I was last there. Plenty of bathrooms. Would love a late lunch at the cafe so we don't have to leave property.

unless you are looking for entertainment for you're 5 year old, this is not a place for an adult looking to enjoy a campsite in the pines. Between the highway noise and the recreation events for the kids it's just not enjoyable.

Our site felt squeezed in to make as many sites as possible. We were on top of each other. Their staff is very nice and the food was good. The young man working the window at the cafe is very pleasant and friendly. Not a place for us but maybe others with kids as they had a lot of activities for them

Best place I have stayed at so far, and I’ve stayed at some rated “Top 10 inU.S.” Activities are top notch and ppl have a great time. That joy spreads to everyone. The staff is friendly, accommodating to any changes, and obviously enjoy their jobs with smiles and enthusiasm. The activities include go carts, minnie golf, indoor pool, game room, “train ride”, nightly hay ride, dog parks

This was our first RV trip, to test out our new 5th wheel. Great place for kids, tons of activities for them. Remarkably quiet from other campers. We could hear the freeway with our windows open. About an.hour to the Grand Canyon. Almost forgot, staff were friendly and well staffed.

Just an overnight. Very nice campground with lots of trees & shade. We were tired & it was hot so we opted for delicious elk burger from the cafe. Same the next morning; too tired & lazy so we got sausage & eggs for breakfast; much easier than cooking in the camper. Our site had a nice brick patio with chairs, fire pit, & bbq. We will go again for a longer stay!

We always enjoy our stay at Circle Pines. It's convenient to I-40 and Williams, AZ, but has so much to offer you don't need to leave the campground.

We have stayed here many times. You can beat the activities to keep the kids off their tablets and enjoying life. Everyone we encountered was extremely friendly and eager to assist us as needed. The restaurant was very good. I had mac and Chees that was excellent! I wish I had ordered it with Chicken on it. ( I had the kids size) Ed had a Philly sandwich; he also enjoyed his meal.

We had an amazing time during our stay last weekend. So many fun activities we never had to venture out of camp! The kids literally ran from one activity to the next just smiling ear to ear!! We cant wait for our next camping adventure, thanks for the great memories!!

We always enjoy staying at this KOA! The staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We felt safe the entire time, which made our visit even more relaxing. The activities for the kids were amazing—they had so much fun and there was always something to do. We can't wait to come back. Stayed in a cabin. Everything was good, but I wish it had mini-fridge and microwave. Many KOAs provide them, even in the cheaper cabins.

We gad no power for the 1st 5 hours however the activities people did what they could with what they had. everything was clean & well kept. The activities people do a wonderful job of having a wide variety of things to do for all ages! They are super friendly with great patience to deal with everyone. It was great to sit down each night & discuss the next days activities to plan our day

We enjoyed our stay ok but the most frustrating thing was the managers dogs was never leashed & came over to our campsite multiple times & we never saw his owner. as we were packing to leave, their dog tried to jump in our car & then peed on our tent. Which my husband was going to throw the tent away anyway, but if a guests dogs are expected to be leashed at all times, why isn't the managers dog

The staff and kids activities were amazing. So friendly and great with the kids. Lots of events and activities to do all weekend. The restaurant on site is very good as well.

Did not appreciate being told before arrival there is no wood burning allowed. Yet you sell bundles of wood for $10 at your store. Super deceptive and untruthful. Also booked us in a tiny space knowing we had a slide out, causing us to upgrade to bigger space and having to pay an extra $200. Other than those two issues everything was great . Lots of fun activities for kids.

Our campsite provided all that was needed. The bathroom/showers were clean and easily accessible. The campground had many pine trees with plenty of shade. The general store had lattes and ice cream! Finally there were oodles of activities in which to participate.

This was our second time staying at the Circle Pines KOA. We decided the morning of that we would stay and boy were we glad we did. Our site was conveniently located in between the store and playground which worked out perfectly. My kids were so excited for all of the kids activities. The two ladies with dreadlocks in charge of the kids activities are amazing. Hands down they made the trip.

There are great facilities here. Plenty of activities for the kids and young at heart, the indoor poor is very enjoyable. The café is excellent and the ice cream bar is a new favorite. I haven't seen a more helpful and friendly staff. This place is a family favorite and we plan to enjoy it for years to come.
