Told them we would get there after they closed, when we arrived no map left. Had to wait for 30 minutes for site which was prepaid. The site was to small for or rig but stayed. The only good thing was the gentleman that got the site and showed us where it was.

Great place to stay for a night on the road in late fall. Lots of activities if you are camping in Spring/Summer.

This was my 3rd stay at this KOA. The staff is amazing, we had an issue which our travel trailer, the furnace would not fire up. With snow already falling the staff was very accommodating and helpful getting us into one of your lodges for a couple of nights..what could have been a ruined weekend turned out to be a very memorable stay.

November calendar stated activities were open. Including hay rides. We were charged holiday rates for our stay. But upon check in we were notified everything was closed. We spoke with many campers that stated the same thing. Very disappointed with this stay. Unsure if we will ever return. Have stayed before and loved it, and bragged to many people. Now reconsidering.

Just stopped for an overnight on my way to CA. Clean bathrooms and a wonderful indoor pool and two hot tubs. What more could a tired traveler ask for?? How about extremely professional and friendly staff and a bonus of putt putt golf and go carts!!! Can’t beat the location 10 mins from historic downtown Williams Az!!

Clean but parts still old. Bathrooms could use upgrading. Place has lots for kids including a pool and arcade. Clean laundry room. And 2 k9 dog fenced areas. Could use lighting at night. It’s pitch black and scary to walk a dog (especially with wildlife around). Otherwise, nice place to stay.

The cabins were as expected and did the trick to keep us warm at night. It’s conveniently located. The bathrooms need a complete overall though and are quite below the quality I would expect from a KOA.

Very nick campground. Sites are gravel and wifi is very spotty. The dog runs are huge and the property is well maintained. You are in the middle of a beautiful forest with huge trees all around. Great amenities for families and children.

The bathrooms are very outdated. I could barely get any hot water. The first person we met at the front counter’s name was Wolf and he was very rude about her stay with our dog. It’s just a little beagle. Also, the first attendance that we met on our way to our site was drunk. We will not be back.

There was so much to do at this KOA, we were only there for one night and will plan to come back again for at least a week. The camp spaces were a little tight but every one was so friendly.

Wow! We had a fabulous visit! This was our third annual trip with a group of Single Moms and their kids for the weekend before Halloween. We will be back again next year (already booked!). The staff were so kind and helpful with our large group. HUGE shoutout to Miss Patty, who made every kid in our group feel so special and made sure they all had an EPIC weekend! Thank you & see you next year!

I have to give a huge shout out to Wolf. Due to a medical emergency I showed up and needed help unhooking from my fifth wheel so I could leave to be with my husband in the hospital. He was so gracious and didn't hesitate to help. He was an angel sent from heaven that day!! Thank you again!!

We love this KOA campsite, we have stayed here many times and we keep coming back. A couple of things that would make this KOA excellent is that the pool is heated and the main bathrooms/restrooms be updated. We were sad that our favorite person was not there this time, there was no bingo and no cosmic golf. hopefully he's just on vacation somewhere :)

Love this campground! Gorgeous setting in the pines, close to Williams, AZ, and packed with fun things to do. The staff make you feel right at home—couldn’t ask for more! Oh wait, the Grand Canyon's up the road!

The stay was nice. Clean. Friendly staff. The activities planned for Halloween festival were good ideas. I only suggest more details like locations of the activities. Also as a party of 5 given there was a bit bigger tent sites available would have been nice to get those instead crammed in a small one. Maybe take that into consideration next time for others. Thank you

This is the 6th Halloween weekend we’ve spent at this KOA. You could tell it was under new management because things were different but it was still so good! The staff were absolutely fantastic. Can’t wait to go back next year!

This camp ground is noisy. This KOA has small sites. With the noise from the highway and the campers paying their music this is not the spot for quite. On top of that I have seen rates jump tremendously over the past few years. A cancellation fee? I get canceling to late but just because I don't want to stay with 3 weeks notice and call I shouldn't be charged.

we are from kingman AZ and our KOA is trash so traveling to another KOA was hesitant but we heard good things and when we arrived i was amazed it was so nice and well kept and everyone was so polite. i will say the halloween events could have been more organized but all in all it was a fantastic experience thank you and kudos to the coffee/grill guy

Freeway was so loud even with earplugs. A lot closed in the campground the whole week we were there. Plus was it's Close to Williams, Bearizona and Flagstaff for outings.

In the 14 years living in Kingman, we only had 4 trick or treaters, but the stay in Williams KOA the trick or treaters made up for 14 years we both enjoyed our stay. Marc & Elsa

Meet the owner and he cares about the campers stay. There’s a one very special front desk lady that is absolutely a jewel! This lady (i wish i knew her name) coordinated the kids activities and she loves her job! The maintenance crew was friendly and knowledgeable too.

We have stayed at the Williams KOA many times. This is the first time we had the slightest issue. The camping season is near the end & there weee many spots available. We paid for a full service spot. We were placed in a space that left no room to hook up our sewer. The KOA worker knew this. He told us to just empty our tank the next morning. We opted not to complain, but this was no acceptable.

We are having such a great time here! The text camp ground are really nice. Bathrooms are clean! So much for kids to do and adults. We will be back!

Great KOA. Some highway noise and train noise but the train was fun to hear, at least for us! The site itself was unlevel but nothing some blocks didn't fix. We appreciated all the amenities, especially the dog run, big jump pad for kids, and playground. A tad on the expensive side but I suppose it makes sense with all the extras included and the convenient location to Bearizona and Grand Canyon.
