This was the best trip our family has taken in years! We stayed in a camping cabin and it was perfect. The staff was extremely friendly, all the facilities were always clean. We took this trip because our home was destroyed by an 18-wheeler who fell asleep at the wheel and drove into our home in September. We had nowhere to go for Thanksgiving and decided to go camping. So happy we came here.

The staff went beyond and was very helpful and professional. The only thing that kept it from being a 5 Star was that even though where we parked the trailer was fairly level the area where we unhooked the truck had ruts making unhooking and hooking back up more difficult than it needed to be otherwise a very good experience with excellent staff.

Whenever we come to the Williams area this is definitely our go to place! We love the campground, all the activities for the kids, very family friendly but quiet, amazing helpful friendly staff, clean, the list goes on …book your stay here!

The camp space was very unlevel had to lift one side of my trailer 8 inches to level it out which in turn made my door step higher.

We have stayed at this campground several times and it never disappoints. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are heated during the winter and sparkling clean. This year was the first-t celebrating Thanksgiving Day away from home and loved it! The campground was not too busy and sitting around the fire after cooking our outdoor Thanksgiving dinner was the highlight of our trip.

There was a fire pit in the middle of our spot. We had to wait for someone to come move it. They were really bad ruts that we couldn't level the trailer. They tried filling them in but that was a joke. The guy helping wanted us to move to a different spot but then we would have to move again two days later.

It would have been nice to have more things open. Thanksgiving is a busy week there. Food truck was great. The park was not decorated for Christmas like other years. Missed that.

This was out first time camping at any KOA. The bathrooms were clean, our room was clean, the camp ground had so many things to do. I received a daily text of the events. Its minutes from Bearizona and the Grand Canyon. My family and pet had so much fun!

Site was nice, patio we stayed at was falling into the other camp a bit, but other than that it was great. The amenities were nice but I was told when we first got there that some were closed for the season. Then on the day we were checking out some were open, so that was a little confusing. The bathrooms were clean and the showers as well. Over all we had fun. Most of the staff were great as well

We enjoyed our stay and are repeat visitors but there were several issues that we experienced. No activities were planned during the week of Thanksgiving (hayrides, train, etc.) The firewood that was delivered to us was impossible to light. Several other campers brought this to your attention and the price being charged for unusable firewood is unacceptable. The heaters in KC are broken/noisy

Circle pines was the perfect spot for us as a base camp. We really enjoyed the amenities like HOT water and the indoor pool. The staff was great and the grounds were kept beautiful.

Everyone was very kind. Beds were really hard or really soft. Closures were not on the app or website. We were unaware until we checked in. Property was large and fun for kids to run and be in nature! Wifi worked well if needed. Campgrounds were very clean and kept up.

Friendly staff, clean bathrooms. The only negative is when my husband and I had reservations we arrived after hours, their was NO welcome packet telling us where are site was and we had to move to the site that was assigned. Also, KOA facility needs to enforce their QUIT hours.

We only stayed for a short time in mid November. Tent camping was fun. Weather turned on us late Saturday. We had an amazing time regardless. This Kampground is amazing! We will be back.

Told them we would get there after they closed, when we arrived no map left. Had to wait for 30 minutes for site which was prepaid. The site was to small for or rig but stayed. The only good thing was the gentleman that got the site and showed us where it was.

This was my 3rd stay at this KOA. The staff is amazing, we had an issue which our travel trailer, the furnace would not fire up. With snow already falling the staff was very accommodating and helpful getting us into one of your lodges for a couple of nights..what could have been a ruined weekend turned out to be a very memorable stay.

November calendar stated activities were open. Including hay rides. We were charged holiday rates for our stay. But upon check in we were notified everything was closed. We spoke with many campers that stated the same thing. Very disappointed with this stay. Unsure if we will ever return. Have stayed before and loved it, and bragged to many people. Now reconsidering.

Just stopped for an overnight on my way to CA. Clean bathrooms and a wonderful indoor pool and two hot tubs. What more could a tired traveler ask for?? How about extremely professional and friendly staff and a bonus of putt putt golf and go carts!!! Can’t beat the location 10 mins from historic downtown Williams Az!!

Clean but parts still old. Bathrooms could use upgrading. Place has lots for kids including a pool and arcade. Clean laundry room. And 2 k9 dog fenced areas. Could use lighting at night. It’s pitch black and scary to walk a dog (especially with wildlife around). Otherwise, nice place to stay.

This KOA isn't fancy but staff is fantastic, energetic and really make the experience fun. From mini golf to go cart racing to bingo, there's no short of cool things to do with the family and the environment really feels like a small community. Not the fanciest place but the restrooms are clean, the tent, wagon and teepee campsites are really cool, the shop has a ton of cool things including ice cream by the scoop. Just a good time here!

Schön grosser Campingplatz. Sie waren sehr hilfsbereit als der strom nicht ging da was kaputt war. War überhaupt keine grosse sache. Wc/duschen ok, aber könnten sauberer sein. Chicken wings waren sehr lecker👍

A really great campground. Many, many things for kids and adults. (Miniature golf, jumping mats, ebikes, hay rides etc.) Wonderful staff and a small Cafe with the best Philly cheese steak sandwich west of the Mississippi
