I rented a cabin on there website it stated 96$ a nite i checked in online 2 adults and checked the pets i got charged 101$ + 28.11$ ! Pet fee and a resort fee it's not worth coming here anymore they were remodeling the outside restrooms so you had to walk to the otherside to use the bathrooms for the cabins that did not have built in bathrooms ! YOUR BETTER OFF GETTING A HOTEL IN TOWN

For a facility that advertises itself as “year�round,” it was surprising that basic winter preparation was not in place. Snow is common in this area, yet the check�in drive was slick and untreated, and the site itself was unusable without significant effort on our part. Given the premium cost of these sites, we expected them to be accessible and ready upon arrival.

Office opened to late and’s closed to early for us to use the mini golf and pedal carts. Very close to freeway and railroad tracks made it loud and difficult to sleep. Beautiful setting with tall evergreens, nice shop, bathrooms, free showers, swimming pool.

Very fun and clean rv park. My kids loved it. We will definitely go back in the summer. Staff is very nice and the park is very well maintained.

Our spot was full of mud If they would just put some gravel on the ground my truck and trailer would not be filthy Space 96 Could not walk around without bringing mud onto our pad and into our trailer

Very nice campgrounds with many family activities. Clean restrooms, pool, laundry. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Great location for seeing the local sites.

Showers in poor condition and there was no hot water. I was charged $69 for 8,25 gal of propane. Clean and fairly level.

This was a very nice KOA! We unfortunately arrived very late and had to be back on the road early the next morning, but we will definitely be back to spend more time at this koa.

We stay here all the time and usually have a great time. This was not a good stay. No showers and no one let me know before I drove there. With 2 little kids, this was not helpful. Our door also had issues shutting. Not a good stay. Hopefully it will be better next time.

The patio was not clean-fire pit filled with water,snow and dirt on the patio. Was not usable for our stay.

We’ve stayed at the park numerous times throughout the past 3-4 years. Unfortunately the rental spaces continue to decline regarding adequate hardscaping present. Spaces were totally mud!!!! No granite just mud! Both of our outdoor area mats were destroyed due to the amount of mud. We had to place cardboard on the ground just to avoid walking in mud. Not acceptable for the increased rental co

Love this campground. It was clean and very scenic. Lots of stuff for the kids to do.... and Joell in the front office so kind and helpful in helping us pick the perfect spot!

Have stayed here before but stayed only one night this last time love the friendly staff love the staff that drives around and ask us if you need assistance setting up anything. They are very hopeful with that also like that it’s pet friendly kid friendly, and the amenities are amazing you get a pool spa laundry room showers restrooms. Playground dog parks.

1st time at this park in the winter. RV site was muddy due to recent snow and lack of gravel in my RV space. Water outlet was so low to the ground leaving about 2-1/2 inches to connect hose. This made it extremely impossible to connect heated water hose. Being a KOA RV member I should be offered/ comped a free stay due to the terrible experience.

I have stayed at this KOA twice, in Lodge 4. It’s a great KOA…one of my favorites. However, the mattress in L4 needs to be replaced. It is worn and uncomfortable

We brought our grandson Axl with us so we could show him the town of "Williams", what a great stay! We went to Bearozina, Williams, Route 66, the Grand Canyon via the Grand Canyon Express Railroad and to Winslow, AZ. We stayed at the Circle Pines Campground which was wonderful. Cold, but a great stay and cannot wait to go back. This was our second visit to Circle Pines in the last 4 months!

We stayed in one of the more “primitive” two room cabins over Christmas 2025. The heater in one room worked really well and the heater in the other room was broken. Space heaters were provided and worked really well. The cabins are always cleanly. The mattress pads are not super comfy so we’d recommend bringing extra padding. We love this KOA location and look forward to our next visit!

Hot tub is tiny and the other one was broken. The pool closes at 7 which is way too early for an indoor pool.

It was a wonderful stay. The facility in general was great. Especially awesome was the jumpy pillow for my son and the pool/jacuzzi. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Definitely plan on returning. Thank you staff!

Our stay was amazing! Our cabin was beautiful - plenty of room for all 8 of us! The staff was warm and welcoming! We are already planning our stay there for next year!

Great KOA. Some highway noise and train noise but the train was fun to hear, at least for us! The site itself was unlevel but nothing some blocks didn't fix. We appreciated all the amenities, especially the dog run, big jump pad for kids, and playground. A tad on the expensive side but I suppose it makes sense with all the extras included and the convenient location to Bearizona and Grand Canyon.
