We stayed one very snowy night at Williams KOA and will definitely be back! Our cabin was warm, clean and cozy and the staff was very friendly.

I thought the rate was a little high.for off season. The 30 Amp site cost the same as a cabin. Should of been cheaper

it's a huge campground, beautiful grounds but can be a bit noisy with so many people so close together. lots of dog barking from behind the cabins where staff lives/works. pipes froze one day. showers were not cleaned as well and in the winter, they are down to one shower house, the others are turned off during winter, except for the toilets. one shower out of order, one toilet out of order.

Great place. Didn't stay long but it was a great KOA site. I was in tent site 33 which was very close to the restrooms and i was happy about that. Only downside was the all the train horns. Bathrooms were clean.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this KOA campground, and I’ve loved it both times. We were surprised with an unexpected snowfall, which made the campground absolutely beautiful. The facilities are always clean and the staff very friendly. Can’t wait to go back and camp during the summer.

Campground is well designed and full of activities. Customer service needs improvement with friendlier approach towards campers and a better attitude answering questions.

We stay at KOA a lot. This was the first time renting a full deluxe cabin. To be honest we had less amenities than when we camp. I didn’t bring anything up because it had a full kitchen I assumed it would have what we needed. It didn’t. We also didn’t have hot water for a shower and the burners on the stove had baked on food on them. Not sure we will spend the extra money for the deluxe cabi

Door of Kabin not sealed; lower portion very drafty. door base unit was available but did not seal the lower door area. Difficult to keep warm. Bathroom reasonable distance and clean. Really need to fix that door; it is hanging properly on the hinges, but is not straight; seems to have been pushed in at the bottom.

The park was very clean and easy to maneuver our travel trailer around. The staff was super helpful and friendly even though they were working through the holiday.

Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. Went during a slow time and had almost the entire place to ourselves. We will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful park. Lots of trees. Indoor pool and the people are the best. One in particular was “Dakota” this young man was over the top helpful with my family.

Nancy in the front office was very helpful and they had a lovely location. I was very impressed with the area and the bathrooms were clean and nice!

The staff was great and we liked the campground a lot! The only suggestion would be to have a longer block of the time the little train ran.

We really enjoyed the amount of activities. Only “negative” was amount of gem and fossil bags to pan with. There were only two left. I really enjoyed the scavenger hunt. Have something for my kid to do. We see ourselves coming back to this site as often as we can!!!

The Cabin (KD) I rented was comfortable, except that it got cold a coupla' nights. The small wall mounted heater had to stay on all day and night to keep it warm. It looked to be an older model, and so, I would recommend having that replaced. Also, one of the drawbacks that I experienced was that, that KOA Site is close to I-40 and a train track, thereby making it rather noisy during the night.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly, and the facility was very clean. My favorite part was enjoying the indoor pool and Jacuzzi after a long day out in the cold weather.

I was there less than 12 hours but everything seemed to be well taken care of. Only problem is navigating thru the roads, it’s an interesting maze there if you don’t know where you’re going.

Very nice campground, we were in a two-room cabin, plenty of room for three. Nice amenities, but we didn’t really get a chance to use them as we were hunting all day. We will come back again for sure!

We had a blast! We stayed in the deluxe family cabin here’s info I was looking for but couldn’t find. It’s a one bedroom cabin, which is a queen bed and 2 sets of bunk beds all in the same room, with a tv. Has sheets and blankets but I would suggest bringing an extra blanket for the bunks. Stocked with towels and dishes and Everything you need. Close to the Deer Farm, Route 66 and Canyon Coa

Beautiful, pine trees galore. Used laundry room one day, good machines. Has a nice indoor pool and hot tubs. Didn't get to use though. Pretty close to Gr. Canyon (30 miles). Staff was great!

Had a really nice time. I was a little worried about the campground being on. Shallow hill, but the sites were remarkably level. They have a small diner that has breakfast a couple of days a week. They serve cowboy sized pancakes. The tall stack should be enough for Canadian lumberjacks and teenagers. The short stack is plenty for most anyone else. Definitely a place to return to.

Wow, the people here could not be any nicer! Lots of fun things for the kids to do. We were here during Easter and they had a great egg hunt despite getting 10” of snow the night before! The property is very well maintained (clean bathrooms and showers!). They have a small cafe for hot food, their camp store is well stocked. I loved being able to communicate with them via text.
