Very nice staff who were all very helpful, delicious food at the cafe and this location is just a very short drive from anything you need. Will definitely be staying here again.

Great camp spot placement w/grand kids. Camp space a bit dirty w/trash bits, scattered coals, dirt. More rock cover would be nice. Expensive for not being crowded. Placement fee for my family next door should have been charged for only one of us. Overall, very much enjoyed the family time for 3 days w/great nearby amenities. Thank you.

Well kept, friendly staff and willing to make changes for me when I needed a lot change so I could leave earlier on the next leg of my trip.

Great as always. The only thing we didn’t like is that being close to the dog space people walked through our space at all hours. Plz notify them and put up a sign. Thanks alot.

Multiple bathrooms under renovation. Bathrooms were not stocked regularly - out of paper towels, toilet paper, soap. Garbage dumpsters overflowing on Sunday when we left. Campground store out of AA batteries. Campground staff driving golf carts way over the posted speed limit sign. Jumping pillow not opened on time and kids waiting at dawn to jump. Overall the experience was meh…

It was a very nice stay, the amenities at the park seem a little dated and in need of updating and renovation. Also, most of the campsite lights were incandescent bulbs. There were a few around the campground that are LED bulbs and we’re very bright. I actually had to put a box over the bulb next to my site because it was so bright.

We’ve been coming here for the past 4 years, a couple times a year. We love all the activities for the kids and how dog friendly it is, the staff is amazing. This visit though we did experience dirty toilets and bathrooms, also no soap and toilet paper in some. The good far outweighs the bad so we will we definitely return and give it another chance.

Convenient location, poor wifi, great staff, too many kids roaring around campsite on ebikes and escooters. Very dangerous. Beautiful laundry facilities

The restrooms were clean, the kids had a blast with all the things to keep them busy so we could relax which was amazing. This was our first experience at a KOA site and the service was great, the grounds were well kept, and it was a wonderful experience! We've already made a plan to return.

No WiFi and the closest bathroom was being renovated. Otherwise the cabin was clean and cute and my family and I had much fun!

It was amazing! Had many amenities to keep kids busy. Wish the pool was bigger as it was crowded and the go-karts to be running as it was hot enough.

Park was nice and clean a bit disappointed the go cart and and other events were not open yet was no mention Of it when reservations were made, our spot had a big electrical box we had to deal with and we were in the full sun , we arrived plenty early to have a better or shaded spot , park was not full so that could have been a better option , price was high for what we got ,

The campground is very nice with friendly staff. We had never stayed at a Holiday KOA but will probably avoid in the future. The noise and crowded grounds were not a drawing card for us.

Unfortunately not the same as it used to be. Used to have free bikes, cable, etc. Now no cable, crappy wifi, charging for everything. Sad.

Nice, clean park. Employees very friendly. But no cable and WiFi was good some of the time. Too many extra charges for almost any activity. Cafe closed and food truck far too expensive.

Our stay was good, location is good, layout is nice. For the price you are charging you should have WIFI that works, especially when you don't offer TV service!

We only stayed one night, but the campground is really nice. Easy check in and helpful staff. The only negative I had was we thought there would be some rv's available at the campground, but they were a few weeks away from having them. Otherwise very nice site.

WE WERE LIED TO!! We have stayed at this KOA several times & referred many other families I always call before going, as I did this time to make sure OF ALL activities & times . Answer was, Activities are same but different times were given. No problem there. THERE WER NO ACTIVITIES EXCEPT ART, TV DIDN'T WORK, OFFICE,STORE &MAINTENCE OPEN 11A TO 5;30 ONLY, NO RESTURANT, DIRTY cabin BATH... MORE

The campground is beautiful and convenient near the hwy. The amenities were plentiful. The staff was friendly. The laundry doesn’t take quarters it only uses an app to use the washer or dryer. I’m old school and that wasn’t a plus for me. I was surprised that the site we had, nor the ones immediately around us, was not level either side to side or front to back. We only stayed one night.

While we love Circle Pines and appreciate the new owners making improvements, they need to be more aware of layout on new patio sights (stationary fire pits placed in back often are under rig slide out and sewer dump connections are significantly higher than rig).

We stayed in the wagons which were nice, very warm even on a chilly night, but there were issues. The reason we chose the wagons were that they were right next to bathrooms. Unfortunately, they were torn apart for renovations which wasn't disclosed, the other bathrooms were closed. The only bathrooms were in the office, and conditions weren't great. Doors wouldn't close, broken latches, bad smell

Very nice campground. The only thing that I could say negative was that we woke up in the morning and there was two Vans on the side of us when the whole campground was empty the whole weekend. It would have been nice to been spread out and not have people right next to us. Other than that it was an amazing experience and we will definitely go back again

Pool not heated and only open til 6 pm. I picked this because of hot tub. I’m a disabled vet and wanted to soak after a day at the Grand Canyon very disappointed. Also gas tank on grill at site empty. Won’t use again

Never could get TV to connect to wireless. Told them about it a few times. They said just keep trying. We did try. Still didn't work. They should have come checked it out. We thought they were sending someone down to check it but never did.

We were there for just one night to break up a long trip. The staff in the office were super friendly and welcoming.The grounds are really well kept, and our dogs loved the Kamp K-9 run to work out their wiggles. We didn't use the pool or other facilities, but I can only imagine they were top notch too. We're staying again on the way back through town and we're very much looking forward to it.

Great KOA. Some highway noise and train noise but the train was fun to hear, at least for us! The site itself was unlevel but nothing some blocks didn't fix. We appreciated all the amenities, especially the dog run, big jump pad for kids, and playground. A tad on the expensive side but I suppose it makes sense with all the extras included and the convenient location to Bearizona and Grand Canyon.
