This KOA is always clean, well maintained, and the staff is very friendly. We were there during a slow period and it was nice to have extra space around us. I highly recommend this location for a night or a long stay.

Very clean and sites spaced nicely. Easy check in and checkout. Near different attractions. Food was very good at the Bear Trax. We would definitely stay here again.

Staff was friendly. This was our first stay at a KOA so the extra entertainment options were great, however there weren't enough signs or instructions on how to go about making use of any of it. We had to ask a lot of questions and felt staff was annoyed and we were getting ignored.

This KOA is so gorgeous. The staff was beyond amazing. The scenery alone beckons you to stay and not venture out.

Friendly, welcoming staff, who directed to our RV space & voluntarily provided weather information. Our site was clean & quiet. The only could improve category that prevents a 5 rating is site was pricey for an out -of-season location.

This is without a doubt the best RV campsite, let alone the best KOA, we have ever stayed at. The individual campsites are in perfect condition and everything you need is provided for. The KOA staff are extremely friendly and when needed, very helpful. Finally, the Williams area has everything you need for a perfect vacation.

We had a great stay. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. Lots to do at Circle pines and every employee we interacted was friendly and answered all our questions.

Very nice a clean, stops are very close together and no cable TV as advertised even after buying a new auxiliary cable from the on-site store. All the chanels are very fuzzy and static. The staff steamed to be very nice.

This KOA was wonderful! We had such a great time! All the employees were so helpful and friendly! We got treated as if we were family! We would 100% reconmend and if we are in the area again, we would stay here! The Food was fantastic! We had to attend all the activies we could, even the kiddo ones and we are all grown adults!

LOVED the Circle Pines KOA...only negative was the uneven level of the sites - luckily the park wasn't full because the site we were originally placed in was so off-level, we had to ask to be moved. But knowing that, we will be better prepared to ask for specific sites!!!

Great service. For some reason I’m not sure I remember his name but Lewis?? The host with the floppy hat was amazing. Brought me a heater when my furnace went out and just plain took care of me. Nice store. Good cafe food! Nice showers if you need them. Pet friendly for sure! Thank you!

Love this Koa , we stay here a lot. Easy pull through sites when we have our trailer and kamping kabins when we don’t. Friendly staff, our only negative is we can’t have our dogs in the premium cabins, but otherwise this place is great.

A couple of days stay to visit the Grand Canyon and other sites in the area. We camped in our 45' motorhome and found the pull through sites to be long enough to accommodate our RV and towed vehicle. Firepit was great as it was cold (& snowy) during our stay. Did not use any of the other amenities but there were plenty, if we had more time to play!

Nice stay. Just one night. Staff was courteous, room was clean. Bathroom was clean and shower was nice and hot. TV could use an upgrade, you couldn’t even read the remote.

This was our first time and had a great experience. The staff escort you to your spot which was nice. The cheeseburgers and fries were tasty. The front office staff were nice. There was a decent amount of time given for the go-karts. We enjoyed the mini golf, but it can definitely use some attention.

Really enjoyed the campground Saturday. We went to go and rent bikes, but not enough. Then we wanted to go do the go. Carts did not get a text message, and the lady told us they just closed it very disappointed. The campground was nice and clean, including the barbecue, which was surprising.

Remote bathrooms have been nicely renovated. Well stocked camp store. Very clean campground. Entryway dumpsters are an eyesore. Consider relocating or replacing with new ones. Exceptional variety of accommodations (wagons, T Pees, family tents, cabins. Entryway road needs replacement (potholes are bad). Friendly, helpful staff. Lots of fun activities for children. Bear Trax food was disappointin

This KOA is located in the tall Ponderosa pines, between Williams to the west and Flagstaff to the east. The service was great. We rented Cabin 5 for 2 nights. The cabin contained a heater and TV, which were fine. The cabin windows are not sealed very well. It was windy, and the breeze was coming through the window seal. The mattresses were pleasantly comfortable. We would have no problem staying at this KOA in the future.
