We were really looking forward to our stay. We especially wanted to make the most of our stay by using all amenities at the camp. Although we enjoyed the stay we confronted many not so great issues ie. the pool was not heated (we were told there was a malfunction), the giant jumper was not available, the ATVs advertising was a mess - no one could give us info about it. We won’t be back.

Beautiful property but our stay was very disappointing. A large group of problem campers was unsupervised by staff they had plugged in extension cords to surrounding campsites our circuit breaker was blown in the middle of the night. They were very loud until well after midnight. We stayed for two nights and I think we got a total of 4 hours of sleep. There were many complaints from our area.

the campground looks nice, but a bit more maintenance would serve it well. Unfortunately the location utself is too close to the I-40, very noisy all night long, not to mention the freight trains. Overall considering everything I think it‘a way too expensive

The staff is friendly, helpful and will assist guiding you into your campsite. There is a well stocked store, indoor pool, cafe/pizzaria and a food truck on site. Lots of activities for Kids. Go karts are open in summer. The KOA is well maintained and clean. There are 3 dog parks, and rental quads to ride in the area. 7 min. to Williams, Bearizona, Cyn. Coaster; 45 min to the Grand Cyn. Fantastic!

We stayed in the budget 6 person cabin. This was very basic but functional. For our stay overall - Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful, ok location (though too close to the Highway for traffic noise), close to Williams. Cons: list of unusable amenities & activities during our stay - Go Karts, Bounce Pillow, Cafe, swimming pool (this was open but the 'heated' pool was at temperature comfortab

Great place to bring the kids! When our assigned site wouldn’t work for us a very helpful employee, Christopher, helped us get settled in a different site.

Family had a great time. So much to do not just locally but also at the campground. Staff were great and more than accommodating; nice clean facilities, amenities and campground.

Beautiful! Loved our deluxe patio, it was perfect. Wolf was amazing to work with! He answered all of my questions and was very welcoming !

The campgrounds were extremely clean, staff was super friendly and helpful! This campground is great for younger kids. We had a blast and plan to come back!

The site we stayed at was so close to the campers next to us that they couldn't use the fire pit. We mutually decided they wouldn't or I would have to reset where I parked. The other big problem was the go carts are summer only. I did not see that we had 8 kids what were very disappointed and I also I paid way to much for that not running. Plus it was 78 degrees on Easter? 3rd time we have campe

Nice campground Noise from the trains was /is really loud. Our BBQ grill was in terrible condition That being said I didn lt ask for a replacement either

Everything was very easy. Campground was in a great location, easy access. Offered a lot of perks. I do wish that the pool was a little warmer but thats just me.

The staff kept miss communicating. The hours of the pool, the wifi for the cabins, the go karts being open. The amenities available, make this KOA have a lot of potential, but the follow through makes it fall very very short.

Our visit was at the end of March and although it was off season we had an amazing time! We were a few minutes from Bearizona and the Grand Canyon Railway. The whole campsite was well taken care of and felt very safe.

We LOVE visiting this KOA!! We were disappointed some as we live 4 hours away and they changed check in for RVs to 3pm from 12pm. We always call about 30-40 minutes out and see if we can get in early. The lady who answered the phone was not friendly, she let us know we would have to wait till 3pm. Mind you it was 11am and now we have to find somewhere it park for 4 hours. Made for a bad start!!

The staff was super nice and helpful. Campground was very maintained and fun! Love everything but a few things in our cabin. One the toilet seat was very gross. Not sure if it was previously damaged and poorly repaired. but we did not want to sit on it and it looked gross. Two, their were a lot of dust bunnies everywhere and more than a few cob webs we had to clean. Also, hair inside our sheets.

Our stay was above and beyond what we expected to experience. Clean, friendly, and very easily accessible. The perfect KOA for families. We loved how safe we felt the entire time and had more activities to choose from than we had time for. Our only complaint would be that the wi-fi didn't work and it wasn't password protected so we weren't able to use our baby monitor.

The campground is clean very clean. Well put together and the staff is amazing! I want to give a shout out to Lee the maintenance guy. He lead us to our site and was the absolute nicest guy! Super cool, friendly and full of knowledge about the area and the campground itself. Please give Lee a big cudos from Larry and Andrea McKeaney!!

One of the nicest campgrounds we have been to. Clean, lot of fun stuf. Great staff, especialliy thanks to Lee, who made sure we had the best time ever on this KOA. Restrooms very nice, hot and clean showers. Is wasn't our first stay and it will not be the last!

The campground was clean. Facilities clean. Store well stocked. Staff very friendly and informative. I requested a site move, the staff researched, then accommodated wife and I. We will return to this campground.

The staff were helpful. The amenities are nice especially if someone had kids with them. I wasn’t prepared for the noise from the interstate though.

Lots of activities for the kids. Good location. Staff was pleasant. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. There were at least 3 dog runs for our dog. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. We will be back.

Campground gets a lot of noise from I-40, was very little noise from other guests. Also 420 friendly, we could smell a lot of pot smoking.

Great camp spot placement w/grand kids. Camp space a bit dirty w/trash bits, scattered coals, dirt. More rock cover would be nice. Expensive for not being crowded. Placement fee for my family next door should have been charged for only one of us. Overall, very much enjoyed the family time for 3 days w/great nearby amenities. Thank you.

Multiple bathrooms under renovation. Bathrooms were not stocked regularly - out of paper towels, toilet paper, soap. Garbage dumpsters overflowing on Sunday when we left. Campground store out of AA batteries. Campground staff driving golf carts way over the posted speed limit sign. Jumping pillow not opened on time and kids waiting at dawn to jump. Overall the experience was meh…

It was a very nice stay, the amenities at the park seem a little dated and in need of updating and renovation. Also, most of the campsite lights were incandescent bulbs. There were a few around the campground that are LED bulbs and we’re very bright. I actually had to put a box over the bulb next to my site because it was so bright.

We’ve been coming here for the past 4 years, a couple times a year. We love all the activities for the kids and how dog friendly it is, the staff is amazing. This visit though we did experience dirty toilets and bathrooms, also no soap and toilet paper in some. The good far outweighs the bad so we will we definitely return and give it another chance.

Convenient location, poor wifi, great staff, too many kids roaring around campsite on ebikes and escooters. Very dangerous. Beautiful laundry facilities

This KOA isn't fancy but staff is fantastic, energetic and really make the experience fun. From mini golf to go cart racing to bingo, there's no short of cool things to do with the family and the environment really feels like a small community. Not the fanciest place but the restrooms are clean, the tent, wagon and teepee campsites are really cool, the shop has a ton of cool things including ice cream by the scoop. Just a good time here!

Schön grosser Campingplatz. Sie waren sehr hilfsbereit als der strom nicht ging da was kaputt war. War überhaupt keine grosse sache. Wc/duschen ok, aber könnten sauberer sein. Chicken wings waren sehr lecker👍

A really great campground. Many, many things for kids and adults. (Miniature golf, jumping mats, ebikes, hay rides etc.) Wonderful staff and a small Cafe with the best Philly cheese steak sandwich west of the Mississippi
