great place for kids and adults 5 minutes away from town and Bearizona. Lots of trees the mini mart and cafe had the perfect mix of needs and eats.

Great place to stay! Lots of things to keep the kiddos busy. Our daughter loves the jumping pillow and panning for gold. Great experience, park was very well kept. Clean laundry and shower facilities. Helpful and friendly staff. Look forward to coming back and bringing more family. Thanks guys!

We always enjoy our time in Williams and Circle Pines KOA is the perfect host. While we really enjoy snow, we decided to leave early due to an encroaching storm. The staff understood and supported us in our decision. We will definitely be back.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The KOA is clean and well maintained. Bathrooms are well lit, clean and heated for chilly weather. Our cabin was warmed and clean for our arrival. The grounds are lovely with large pines. Easy access off freeway, close to Flagstaff and many attractions. We will return to this KOA.

The young woman at the desk was so cheerful and helpful. Her smile brightens the day. Her sister is the manager and she said she’d let her know about the continuing issue with the railing to the hot tub. It has been loose for at least two years. Last year I fell at my age that’s not good. Someone could get hurt, especially if they are heavier and less agile than I am. We really like this KOA.

We had a great time! Had some issues with our reservation, asked for kabin 1 and got 3, notes did not say what I told over phone. Wooden ramp ways need friction tape or some other foot grip when it gets cold and frosts over. Perhaps signs on the back fence telling people that cutting down trees from the national park is a fineable offense (guests 2 cabins down were climbing the fence for firewood)

Really liked the campground- our first stay at a KOA. We were glad it was the off season because during the busy season it’s got to be pretty crowded. Lots of fun amenities for kids. Nice challenging hiking trail behind it called Dude Mountain. (Check out All Trails). My only suggestion would be that they clean out the washers daily. It was well taken care of and the employees were great.

The stay was quick but it was exactly what I needed. I would suggest that perhaps a small supply of paper plates and plastic utensils be added to the cottages without kitchens. I had brought food because I knew I wasn’t going to be cooking, but it didn’t occur to me to bring any utensils….eating ice cream using the lid only was kind interesting at midnight….lol!!!

It was slow season , so I didn’t understand charging full price with nothing open -go carts mini golf .etc also pool was only opened for 1 day of our stay . Dog parks were excellent.

Staff was very pleasant & thorough. Facilities were beyond what we expected (though location may be further away from town then some folks may like), was quiet, clean and very expansive with a lot of amenities. Would definitely stay here again!

We were there for a short two-day visit. The park is clean, staff was friendly and helpful. It was not busy during the time we were there but very quiet and peaceful.

Pretty good place except they don’t let you charge a ev car here at the campsite when they have enough power and it’s rated for it but they let rvs use the power needs to change

I've been visiting for the last 3 yrs. Was in cabin 4 a little smelly? also not sure if the interior windows get cleaned notice this in both the bathroom and kitchen cabin I rented in Jan 2024 and again this time. I get with illness, it is good to wipe down the table tops, and maybe even the walls. Nonetheless always enjoy my stay at KOA :-) thank you.

I stayed in a covered wagon for two nights. The sheets were dirty, floor was dusty, the door wouldn’t stay locked and I felt unsafe. I shared my concerns with management and they did nothing to resolve the situation. Very disappointed.

I so appreciate parks that are year round! Was met with a smile, shown my site and felt appreciated! This stay was only for a night but the facility was perfect for our needs. We are cold weather campers who love traveling that time of year.

We stayed as an over night stop. Very accomodating. Very helpful attendants and front desk person. Nice man lead us to our site. Showers and bathroom very good too!

Koa personnel has been very helpful during our stay. The site was quite muddy, more gravel should be added. In comparison with other campgrounds, this stay has been a bit more expensive.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The location is very convenient if you are trying to make a trip to the Grand Canyon. The pool and hot tub were very nice to have after a long day of hiking. We had a small incident with the fire alarm going off randomly in our cabin but the one of the campsite security guy’s resolved it within minutes of calling.

I stayed in site 68 during President’s Day weekend 2024. The park was very well maintained for having feet of snow the week before. Staff were very friendly and the cafe had amazing breakfast. Dog runs were very big and clean. The playground was awesome for my kids!! Highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to come back in the summer.

Had a really nice time. I was a little worried about the campground being on. Shallow hill, but the sites were remarkably level. They have a small diner that has breakfast a couple of days a week. They serve cowboy sized pancakes. The tall stack should be enough for Canadian lumberjacks and teenagers. The short stack is plenty for most anyone else. Definitely a place to return to.

Wow, the people here could not be any nicer! Lots of fun things for the kids to do. We were here during Easter and they had a great egg hunt despite getting 10” of snow the night before! The property is very well maintained (clean bathrooms and showers!). They have a small cafe for hot food, their camp store is well stocked. I loved being able to communicate with them via text.
