We had a large family reunion there. We rented the cabins. Many of them have bathrooms, air conditioning and or fans. Some just have sleeping quarters with bathroom accomodations in another area. Cabins were clean. Some of them had a fridge too! It's the second time we have held a reunion there. This time the new owners had added lighting and fans in the cabins. The staff were very kind.

We were up ftom Phoenix for 11 days to escape the heat and revel in the northern Arizona ambiance. Circle Pines KOA was wonderful. Just the right balance of activities and quiet solitude. Great staff and lots of amenities. We spent most of our time hanging out at our campsite soaking in the fantastic weather, but did spend time in Williams & Flagstaff. Close to Grand Canyon in case you want to go.

Everything about the campground is very very nice. We’ve been there twice now in a glamping tent. The only problem is the night time noise from trains and trucks passing nearby

Great stay! There was a bit too much smoke on the west side of the campground. It would be great if they converted all the firepits to the smokeless kind. It would eliminate this. It was still really nice there, and we would definitely stay again.

People were great. Facilities were good. Our particular site (125) was really not level and not even the levelers could get us level.

Wonderful campground. Sites are beautiful, very clean and well maintained. The patio, fire pit, barbecue grill and Adirondack chairs are a plus. Plenty of activities for the kids. Friendly staff and guests made for a great stay !

We had a wonderful time at this KOA campground. Only complaint was the next site over had 3 dogs that were very yippee. 3 dogs in a campsite is to many.

Everything went well, except I found foxtail in the dog runs. I was very nervous about having my dog so close to the plants because the barbed seeds of the plant can get into a dog's skin or even in their eyes and nose and cause a lot of pain. We probably will not be bringing our dog with us if we use the campground again.

We loved every minute of it! We ate dinner & breakfast at the café. Both times had the Prickly pear lemonade. Yum!! We walked several times around the camp. Looked at everything in the gift store. Everything was wonderful. We will be back! There was no cabins available so we had to tent it. My nose got a little cold. You could hear the slight hum of cars on the highway. It was great!

1st Time visitors, and was Impressed from Every KOA Staff member were very personable and helpful, The activities they provided were awesome for the kids/parents, The grounds were well kept,Restrooms were/showers well kept, A Great experience will be visiting again!

Great place to stay for visiting the Grand Canyon. Its a short drive from Circle Pines to Williams, and not too distant from Flagstaff. The staff are friendly and helpful. The restrooms are clean.

It was so much fun, safe for the kids, showers super clean, staff was friendly, well maintained grounds, We tent camped this time around and felt it perfect. Only thing I could recommend is a dog wash area or a specific stall in shower for pets. Our dog had so much fun but got muddy. We respected the signs posted no pets in showers.

We had a wonderful stay at the Williams KOA. We were greeted by the kindest people and lead to our campsite by a man who had a smile and kind word every day of our stay. The campground and common areas were all very clean as were the store and cafe. There was also a hay ride an ice cream social & movie night An added feature is right next door, a go-cart track. We will absolutely stay here again.

Prices have went up a bit for sites, and no longer participating in programs that other KOAs are (Care Camps, Rewards Appreciation), but man has this location gotten better when it comes amenities and customer service. New owners are clearly doing a great job, and that makes the higher cost much easier to swallow. We can’t wait to come back!

The entire staff was so kind, accommodating and professional. The staff inside the office and ice cream shop were exceptional. Especially the lady that was their Sunday evening. A big shout out to the two bingo girls, train ride, and Ty dye girls were amazing. Overall a big hit for our entire stay. Great job by all!

Impressed with the way the staff interacted with kids and all the activities for the kids, as a grandparent I am looking forward to bringing my grand daughters the next time we stay! We felt like the pool was not heated warm enough to suit us.

Great family activities that were free (rather than add-on). We loved the pool & jumping pad. RV & tent sites are packed extremely close together, but cabins near the edge of the campground were very pleasant.

Lots of activities to do at the campground and local area. Great family entertainment and environment. Campgrounds are clean and the staff are very friendly. Our rv spot was a bit narrow and the next sites sewer drain was in our sitting area and inline with the firepit. We will be returning to stay there. Our family rented a cabin and an RV spot.

Love the RV patio sites. Always try to reserve one. Everyone was friendly. Loved watching all the kids activities and hearing their excitement. Was very disappointed the horses are gone. Also disappointed after years of not working, the yellow hand dryer in the main womens restroom/showers had not been removed or replaced. The mini go carts are a sweet addition to small children.

This was our first time staying at a KOA! Was very pleased with the amenities, staff, cleanliness, and convenience! I understand that you can’t control guests that walk through campsites. However, your employees should know better. Young girl walked through our campsite and when I ask her why, she stated she only had 20 minutes for lunch and she was taking a “ shortcut” to her cabin. Very inconsiderate and rude.

We had a wonderful experience at Williams KOA! The campground was exceptionally clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The bathrooms were well-maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also indulged in their delicious ice cream—a perfect treat! Overall, it was a relaxing getaway, and we highly recommend Williams KOA for anyone looking for a pleasant camping experien

We haven't been there in a couple years, but it's one of my favorite KOAs. We go to get out of the valley heat for a few days and everyone's so friendly and accommodating there if you have kids it's definitely the place to go!

We've stayed at Circle Pines several times. The staff is so nice, and helpful. I like that they offer an escort to your site. Grounds and facilities are kept up. Plenty to do for the family.

Overall a good stay. The activities for the kids were really nice and staff was super friendly and helpful. The cabin we stayed in could use a little love on the overall cleanliness and maintenance (boarder on the pavers is a serious trip hazard, bathroom doesn't lock, lots of dead bugs in windowsills, stained towels) could use some love an attention.

The sites are great, nestled in the pines amd do peaceful! Great amenities and loved the indoor pool and spa. WiFi was not great but was okay if you’re trying to unplug!

I was so excited when we arrived for our stay the end of May. New patio pads, new BBQs, amazing and comfortable table and Adirondack chairs, love the color, the weight to them, and loved the space. The upgrades are much appreciated from our wonderful stay last May, and this May was just as amazing. Sorry to see the horses were gone, but glad to have the mini golf, go carts, upgraded bounce pad

Absolutely love this place. We have been coming here for 15 years and it only gets better. The changes in the last year have been nothing but amazing. If you are looking for a laid back family friendly campground in northern Arizona this is where you want to be.

First time here to the Williams KOA ❤️❤️ so close to downtown Williams, the Grand Canyon Railroad, Bearizona, Canyon Coster. Fantastic amenities with Full Hookups for everything. Indoor pool on Jacuzzi, Miniature Golf, small store and restaurant on sight They have a Go Kart track, RTV. Rentals, Miniature Golf, a Trampoline pad for the kids and lots of activities, and Nightly Movies in the Pines. 😁😊 Highly Recommend
