It was a lovely campground with friendly, helpful staff. Lots of activities for children. All the public areas were very clean and tidy. The pine trees around the campground offered just the right amount of shade and sun. We were there in May and the temperatures were high 60's to mid 70's. Perfect weather. We stayed 10 days and two days later, we were wishing we had stayed longer! Lesson learned.

The park is clean and there is much to do at Circle Pines KOA and the nearby area. We played Mini Golf and went to the pool and hot tub.. We visited the Grand Canyon, Bearizona Wildlife Park, Canyon Coaster, and the delightful little town of Williams. The staff is very friendly and helpful. THe Patio campsite was superb. The experience was everything I have come to expect at a KOA Campground!!

This was the nicest KOA we have stayed at. I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to the Grand Canyon or the Williams area. The spaces were fine, the scenery divine! Dog Park, Pool, Mini Golf!

This was our second time staying at the KOA in Williams. We stayed in one of the wagons and had a great time. There’s always a lot to do, the campground is clean, the staff is friendly, the shop has a ton of options, and there’s lots in the area. One of our favourite KOAs

The only bad thing I can say is I wish the lots were more level for the RV's

Excellent customer service, very attentive Staff in the Gift Shop Loved the personal escort service to our campsite! Enjoyed playing Bingo - Ray(or as my Hubby called him "Bob") was a fantastic Host and made it more fun to play!

We rented cabin KC no microwave no refrigerator no air conditioning the TV was broken first night no play games to charge your battery I asked for an upkeep and they told me for a hundred and $20 more we can have the cabin next door what a joke I would not recommend it to anybody

Site 116 was perfect for us, fairly level, staff was great checking us in. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tubs. Overall a good stopover. I could see that families would have a blast staying there with all the kids' amenities and teepee tents and wagons.

Bet KoAwe have ever stayed. Sites were level. Staff was excellent, especially Christopher. Loved the Double dog parks. Showers and restrooms w Ere clean close to Williams with many restaurants. There's a jumping pad, nice pool, and miniature golf.would highly recommend and the price was really reasonable.

Site was extremely unlevel it could use to have the gravel replenished throughout the whole park. The price is too high or the quality. The laundry was $4 a load which is too much small machines. Sites are on top each other my picnic table was basically at the person's sewer in front of me, there should be some sort of separation between sites

This is one of the best camp grounds that Ive ever stayed in. I love all the trees and everything that you can do there. People were very friendly and helpful. Park was very clean and I will stay there again. Thanks for a very nice stay.

So convenient to all that the Williams area has to offer. The sites are generous in size with good shade. One suggestion regarding the dog runs. There’s a weed in them that when cut and dried out can get into dogs ears and paws and cause real problems. I’ve always heard them called fox tails. They really should be cleaned out of the runs.

I had an issue with surrounding campers being loud so I only stayed too out of the three nights, but you decided to keep my money for the third night anyways and not give me my KOA rewards discount for the trip. I will not be using KOA anymore, I hope your $50 was worth it.

I would have given this a 5 star. Except the older lady in the office is very rude she informed us multiple times she has worked at KOAs for a long time.We have been to this KOA at lease 15 times and never been treated the way we were by her. We loved the Thrify ice cream but the same woman will charge you 9 dollars for 4 tbs of ice cream. The young girl in the office was very nice and polite.

Well, we were very impressed with the site it was large and easily accessible with our 40' rig and 16' trailer. The site was level, nice size and maintained. The food we had at the little restaurant was good. And the staff we met was very nice. Store had everything you could need for a weekend visit if you forgot anything. We will return if we're able to. Great place for our weekend getaway!

What a great place! So much for the grandkids to do! Staff is so friendly and helpful, they should teach a class on how to run an RV park. The bingo guy is amazing! We crammed swimming, putt-putt, go kart racing, playgrounds, bouncy pad, bingo, the park train, fun camping and great cafe food into one weekend. We had a great time and will be back. Thank you to the super staff!

Stayed two night to visit the Grand Canyon. We had scheduled an Uber to get us back and forth to Williams to take the Railroad to the Canyon. Uber was a MAJOR letdown and canceled on us but Nicole from the KOA saved us by driving us into town and then came back for us after the train. Didn't spend a lot of time at the campground but the amenities and activities look to be fantastic! The pizza..wow

Staff was friendly and very helpful. The KOA was close to everything (downtown Williams, Bearizona, Grand Canyon). The sites were large. The bathrooms and showers were spacious and clean. Highly recommend. We will stay here again. (Lots of things for those with children)

Nice sites, surrounded by National Forest with access to hiking trails, clean, lots of trees, friendly staff. One exit from the highway to the Grand Canyon. Lots of amenities if traveling with children. Nice looking cabins available as well.

We have been going to this KOA for over 12 years. This is the first year there was changes that were not positive. The trash bins were over flowing. They don’t pick up trash from your cabin daily. The cabin we were in had a TV that didn’t work. No WiFi. Check in was 2 hours later and check out 1 hour earlier than previous visit. I knew there was no owners, before I asked because of all the cha

This KOA isn't fancy but staff is fantastic, energetic and really make the experience fun. From mini golf to go cart racing to bingo, there's no short of cool things to do with the family and the environment really feels like a small community. Not the fanciest place but the restrooms are clean, the tent, wagon and teepee campsites are really cool, the shop has a ton of cool things including ice cream by the scoop. Just a good time here!

Schön grosser Campingplatz. Sie waren sehr hilfsbereit als der strom nicht ging da was kaputt war. War überhaupt keine grosse sache. Wc/duschen ok, aber könnten sauberer sein. Chicken wings waren sehr lecker👍

A really great campground. Many, many things for kids and adults. (Miniature golf, jumping mats, ebikes, hay rides etc.) Wonderful staff and a small Cafe with the best Philly cheese steak sandwich west of the Mississippi
