Nice campground on a very busy weekend with a lot of Halloween activities. We camped toward the bottom of the hill so a lot of highway noise. Loose dogs all over where campers didn’t have them on a lead. We asked Mgmt to send out a reminder for campers to have their dogs on leads or leashes but guess they didn’t think it was important.Hard to walk our dogs w loose dogs everywhere. Great snack

I kept saying that this was the best summa camp ever for kids !! All the activities were amazing… the kids were never bored and had the best time. The camp was so clean ….and the food at the snack bar was delicious. We will definitely be back

Information on the website and information given when calling the office were not completely accurate. Things were open that were listed a closed and things that we were told were open we not. Also the set up of the cabin was not as described. We were told to bring all needed kitchen items, but when we arrived the kitchen had all of those items. This meant we packeted unneeded items.

Even with the rain.... the staff was great, the new restaurant was a life saver, you got as many events and activities in for the weekend that you could!!! Would love to see you upgrade the indoor pool area, for some room around the pool and hot tubs to enable a more comfortable experience. Bring the yellow plastic KOA cups back for sale!

There are plenty of fun activities for the kids. My grandkids always have a fun time. The campground itself is always clean and the staff is very friendly.

My entire family loves to stay here. This was our 2nd time and it was great. The kids enjoyed all the extra Halloween activities. We plan to be back in the winter.

Kat was so amazing. She has a beautiful personality and very helpful. Our cabin was great. The rain prevented a lot of the experience for the kids which was a bummer but couldn’t be helped. The breakfast served at the cafe was delicious. We enjoyed how free all the other campers and their kids seemed to feel.

Our 4th time to stay. Facility staff friendly and helpful. Many activities avaliable to kids and adults. Sites are large and well maintained. Easy access to bearizona, route 66 and train to grand canyon.

We stayed 5 days which is very long for us. Lots of activities for the kids. A very lively place for families. I think it is one of the better arranged campgrounds.

Had a great time. Next time we’ll bring our grandkids. Very kid friendly. If you’re wanting to relax the children keep the atmosphere loud and entertaining. It’s great hearing the trains. Hearing highway traffic was a little bit noisy. Location close to everything. Very clean maintained RV park.

We were given a site that is very uneven, the next day our trailer came off the leveling ramps, front of the trailer swept 3 feet to the right and slammed on the ground with great force. HOWEVER, I learned that the same thing had happened earlier to another camper at this very site, he complained was given another level site. All I got was "We are Sorry" You must RED TAG the site until repaired

We had a great time at this location. We did not look into all the activities and amenities that were available so it was a pleasant surprise. The weather was gloomy, but the workers still did what they could to make the site have spirit. I would definitely come here again when the weather is better so we can enjoy all the fun activities!

Staff is friendly and site was great minus last night people on one side were loud with radio (not your fault). I wish people would understand courtesy to others, quiet hours doesn’t mean in between hours you can blare radios.

This was our first trip to a KOA and it was such a great experience! There were always staff members around to help and were great with our kiddos. Good hospitality is hard to come by these days and the camp truly showed us great hospitality (: We will be back soon!

I was not impressed with this KOA. It was loud, not very well organized and the site was not level.

The tent price is too high for a spot that isn't even allotted for 24 hours. Everything else was great

Stayed a couple of nights in the teepee while we visited the Grand Canyon. It was a fun and new experience for our family. Staff were friendly, facilities were nice and clean. We will be back.

The camp has a lot of activities for kids but ran out of nearly everything offered very quickly. The overnight noise from the train and highway were hard to sleep through and took away from the nature experience.

From the moment I arrived, the KOA staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Check in was a breeze and completed very quickly. The Deluxe Cabin we stayed in was clean and comfortable when we arrived. There were no issues with the campground, its amenities or its service. My grandkids had a wonderful time and already want to plan our next stay at KOA Circle Pines in Williams, AZ

We liked the place very much and would stay again. The bathrooms are clean and there are a lot of things for the kids. It would be improved with less bright lights at every site. Or maybe turn them off at 10 or 11 PM

We enjoyed our stay very much. The grounds are well kept. The staff are friendly. There are lots of things to do onsite when they are open. The only disappointment was that all the amenities weren't available. I emailed them before making my reservation and was told most everything would be open the week we would be there. Unfortunately, a lot were not. We'll be back though!

It is a lovely campground, nice wide spaces among the trees. Easy on and easy off the freeway. We will be back for another stay!

Our stay was great! The only thing we were disappointed about was not all the amenities were available for the kids during our stay! We were looking forward to going on the go karts and have the activities for our kids to enjoy. It was fall break for school and wished we could have been able to enjoy more of these activities with our kids. For future stays we will make sure these are available.

I paid $30.00 extra to be in a space next to my son in law. I was placed in one two spaces over and across from him that I did not select. I was placed in a 50 AMP when I had requested a 30 and charged more for the space. The space next to my son was vacant our entire stay. We have been coming here since we bought our first trailer 15 years ago, we are disappointed in the decline in service.

The staff were very pleasant and friendly. This was the first time using any KOA and they answered all our questions about using all the hookup’s.

Our stay at Circle Pines KOA was excellent! Every aspect of our stay, from check in until we headed home was a wonderful experience. Everything was well maintained. Our campsite had the perfect amount of space. We will definitely return!

The facilities were clean. Camp sites are close together, if you’re there when they are busy it’s a lot. One night our neighbor tenters were yelling at each other to be respectful…They have lots to do, but it is geared towards younger children.

We always love coming to this KOA! The swimming pool and location are so great. The traffic from the freeway is a bit loud, but other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!

This was our second stay and another stay soon. The facilities are well maintained, sites are large and have easy access. Plenty of onsight activities and location to off site activities is centrally located. Employees are very helpful and caring of our needs. Highly recommend

Was great location and perfect cabin. Lil disappointed no events or go carts /restaurant wasn’t open Sunday. Would be nice if they had that syufff for us after check in time.

First time at this KOA and I was extremely impressed with the grounds, amenities and the helpfulness of the staff. Everything and everyone were absolutely amazing. I had mentioned it on FB and a couple of my friends have stayed there several times. They said the same thing. "One of their favorite places to stay in Williams". Thank you for the hospitality, we hope to return and enjoy it again!!
