Our family had the best time at Circle of Pines! There were 13 of us total - 6 adults & 7 children ranging from 5-13 years old. The campground has so many activities for the kids, the staff is amazing and the campground is beautiful & clean. We already booked our next stay there!!

We all had a blast this trip and before we even got home, booked another. The kids love the jumping pillow, arcade, pool and bingo. For some suggested feedback, the shower/bathroom by the cabins in back- please consider adding a shelf to put our clean clothes. Additionally the curtains are too long and get soaked, flooding the bathroom.

We have been long time fans of this KOA, coming several times a year for the last 4 years. However, it doesn't seem like the Bear Trax Cafe was set up for success on the 4th of July weekend. Several days they only had one, or maybe two staff members and they were out of a ton of items. I've never experienced that before. Other than that, amazing stay, amenities, and weather as usual.

First time in RV sites, previous was in a cabin. My stay was ok. The meltdown that occurred at the Trax Cafe was awful. Staff arguing, waiting 50-mins for an order, missing food tickets, it was terrible. Talk about dinner and a show. Saturday 7/5 around 7pm. Also, would be nice if the KOA could spend some time LEVELING the RV sites. You'd think for $110/night the sites could be leveled a bit.

We spend our 4th of July weekend and it was amazing my kids really enjoyed the activities and all the amenities. Staff was phenomenal and we will definitely be back

FUN PLACE TO STAY! The Hosts and all employees were TOP NOTCH! Helpful! Fun! Love what they do! At one point our truck wouldn't start and they had someone come to our spot to jump the truck and help us. The gentleman that ran the golf activities was wonderful! All the help were TOP NOTCH! Great place to stay!

Our family had the best time during our 3 night stay over the 4th of July weekend! The campground is clean. The teenagers had so much fun making new friends. We loved the activities planned. My 3 year old loved the lollipop hunt. we all loved the hay ride! The staff members are so friendly and look like they love their job. We booked our next trip on the drive home and can’t wait to come back!

The site originally given to us was extremely small. We had 2 feet between a brick wall and our door. It also was completely flooded. Thankfully we were given a regular spot for the size of our trailer.

The staff were very nice and helpful. There are a lot of things to do there, from putt putt, go-carts, biking & hiking trails, and I think they had horses, but we didn't use them. The WIFI worked very well but was a little laggy. The sights are close together but that is normal at KOA's. All sights seemed to be gravel, and you will need to level your RV wheels - I had to use blocks too.

We were squeezed in between two other RVs with ATVs/UTVs, so tightly we couldn’t even open our awning. It was crazy busy and noisy. Very expensive for no sewer hookup. People did quiet down at appropriate quiet hours, but for those who don’t use off road toys, it was not pleasant. Laundry facilities were clean. Did not use pool (too many kids) nor showers.

Made reservations 8 months in advance and still got a poor site. My pull thru site was very tight to the point that I had to back out when we left. Very tight in entire camp. We have 38’ 5th wheel. Maybe better for smaller units. WiFi was nearly unusable. Cell phone use was also poor. Love the town and attractions but may stay elsewhere next time.

We had such a fun time at this campground. We are from California and we had camped here 24 years ago and this was our first time back. We had a group of 15 people with 3 RV sites and 1 cabin. Super kid friendly. We loved all of the activities, especially bingo, glow in the dark mini golf, and the flashlight lollipop hunt. Thank you for helping us make such wonderful memories. We will be back.

This is absolutely the noisiest campground I have ever been too. Entirely too many unruly, obnoxious, noisy, screaming children at this campground. They ran thru the buildings playing hide and seek. They ran thru the laundry and almost made me drop all my clothes. And numerous constantly barking dogs. This lasts up until the minute before quiet time. Nothing ever said. Always have so much fun when we come here! Love how there’s so much for the kids to do. Would love to see gluten free options on the menu (like hamburger buns or toast). The store was out of a lot of snack options (ice cream), but otherwise we had a great time and will be back!

This was our first time at this KOA. We loved the activities it provided and the location. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 was when we went to get breakfast they were out of biscuits at thr time they opened. They also did not open the go carts until Thursday and we were there tues-thurs morning. Why wouldn't they be open on the other days? That was disappointing.

Always a great stay at this KOA, we stay at least once a year. There are plenty of fun things for the kids to do, can access forest trails easily and Williams or flagstaff are short distance away. This time our spot was a little hard to get leveled and unhook the 5th wheel but that’s the first time we have experienced that.

Great stay. Easy in and out. Very cognizant of the lack of water, so conservative was critical to help the campground. The only issue was the cafe was slow. It took 30 minutes to get one order of French Toast, eggs, bacon, and a hash brown patty. There was only one order ahead of us, It seemed the cook could only cook one item at a time. The hostess was nice and gave us a drink for the wait.

Always have great time at KOA circle pines. The rv spot holds all 68 feet of rig so don’t have to drop flatbed at rear of 5th wheel. The grandkids love all the activities and we all like the closeness of Williams. Also a ton of trails for the buggy. Already booked for next year.

This is a great place for younger campers with children. Lots of activities. Lots of things to see and do in the surrounding area. That being said, it is not ideal for older retired folks like us. Too busy. Too many kids running around and running through campsites (adults, too!) Lots of noise. I prefer a bit more peace and quiet and solitude when camping.

This KOA isn't fancy but staff is fantastic, energetic and really make the experience fun. From mini golf to go cart racing to bingo, there's no short of cool things to do with the family and the environment really feels like a small community. Not the fanciest place but the restrooms are clean, the tent, wagon and teepee campsites are really cool, the shop has a ton of cool things including ice cream by the scoop. Just a good time here!

Schön grosser Campingplatz. Sie waren sehr hilfsbereit als der strom nicht ging da was kaputt war. War überhaupt keine grosse sache. Wc/duschen ok, aber könnten sauberer sein. Chicken wings waren sehr lecker👍

A really great campground. Many, many things for kids and adults. (Miniature golf, jumping mats, ebikes, hay rides etc.) Wonderful staff and a small Cafe with the best Philly cheese steak sandwich west of the Mississippi
