Cabin and Teepee that were specifically requested and booked, were changed without notice. AC or heat is used as a very loose term. Space heater and AC isn't enough to heat up or cool either the cabin or TP. Bathrooms are run down, stinky and usually out of hand soap or TP. BBQ was nice. Not enough shade. Fire pit was broken, unable to cook anything as the grill was bent.

This use to be a 5 star location, but after my last visit, ide have to say im thrilled on how the location is now currently run. The cleaning crews dont clean. The cabin was absolutely filthy when we arrived. There are some very unfriendly staff, and many who show little care to be there. Some of the staff were absolutely fantastic and helpful. The restaurant is bad now, went to town to eat.

Our favorite place! You can do as much as you want or as little as you want. Camp in the front for fun with kids or if you just want to be by the action or camp in the back for some privacy, this campground is close to many attractions. We go at least three times a year. Our escape from the Nevada heat.!

We had a large trailer and had to keep moving our vehicles so people could turn the corner because we were on the end.

My stay was ok. Had issues with campers going through my campsite. One teenager went through my campsite with electric scooter fast almost hit me.

We have stayed in several KOAs but this one is the best. The spaces were clean and ready. Your team took care of everything for us. We left for a day trip and I had a problem with the toilet not shutting off completely, and your team turned off the water for me after a call. They are professional, friendly and they care about the customers. Thank you very much. We will be back..

Very nice facility! Friendly staff with easy check in and check out experience. The Chicken Teriyaki was the best! We will definitely come back when we are in the area!

The WiFi can use a major overhaul. I would love to stay longer and work remote but I am unable to get WiFi or even a data from my cell carrier in some places. Here are other areas that need improvement. The pool, sites could be more level so my step is not way up high after leveling with blocks, the costs of the sites are getting a bit too high.

This is our second time staying at Circle Pines KOA over Labor Day weekend. It is such a great spot for kids / families. So many fun activities throughout the day to keep everyone entertained. The staff is so friendly and helpful. We love coming here and will be back for a 3rd year, already booked!

I’d like a refund..when I checked in I had to wait 30mins to be escorted to my spot and no one ever showed and the lady left at 8pm and we were still sitting there.we ended up driving to our spot.and the kids need to have lights on thier bikes, need to enforce the 1-way traffic. People going different ways.and kids need to be attended at mini golf. Kids out thier by them self.ray knows about it.

The staff were all amazing. They had plenty of activities like Bingo, cornhole competition, Lolli-pop hunt and cosmic mini golf just to name a few. We love staying here.

Everything was wonderful except the Cafe. The food caused several people in our group to have upset stomachs.

We enjoyed all the fun activities. The workers are nice and friendly. 2 issues-we received one text message saying a child was missing but we never received a message that he was safe. Also there was a nasty liquid sprewing out of a spiket by the mobile food station-it was running right through our campsite. The workers were aware but never came over to let us know they werent sure what it was

Cabin was in great shape, folks at the office/store who checked me in were THE FRIENDLIEST folks, campground maintained great, many extras to do! Loved the Hawaiian BBQ!

This stay was great. You need a bigger pool it's always full of kids and it's hard for the adults to swim and the storage area needs to open at 8:00 a.m. instead of 9:00 a.m.

Overall, quiet, with very friendly staff. For our stay it was a very central location, for the planned and unplanned activities. The putt putt golf, was the best one, we played at a campground and the cosmic / after dusk, with the lighted balls and course was great.

We had an amazing visit to Williams. The Circle Pines KOA is the perfect place to stay, very well located, great things for kids to do, quiet, the staff is very helpful and kind and so were the other campers. Overall a wonderful campground! Easy to explore the Grand Canyon on the Grand Canyon railway from town, Bearizona, and walk around this charming Route 66 town. :) We will �� be coming back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and made some of our favorite family camping memories here. The staff was hands down one of the best parts of our experience—they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care that everyone was having a great time. We've stayed at several KOAs, and this has easily been one of our favorites. There was no shortage of things to do! Our family loved the hayride, barrel train ride, arts and crafts, bingo, riding bikes on the paved path, swimming in the indoor pool, and jumping on the giant air bounce pad. The campground also has a café/bistro, coffee bar, ice cream shop, and a well-stocked convenience store with very reasonable prices. We ended up eating at the café twice, and our favorite meal was the Smashburger with fries—it was surprisingly delicious for campground food! The reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the standard RV sites felt much too close together. Our sewer hookup was actually located in our neighbor's campsite, which made things a little awkward for both campsites. Next time we'll definitely book one of the oversized RV sites. The only other area that could use some improvement is the indoor pool. It could have been cleaned or checked more frequently. We noticed Band-Aids and clumps of hair that had been left over from the previous evening, which wasn't the best experience. Overall, those two issues weren't enough to keep us from having an amazing trip. We will absolutely be back and would highly recommend this KOA to families looking for a fun-filled camping getaway. We'll just be requesting an oversized RV site next time!

Absolutely love this place. We have been coming here for 15 years and it only gets better. The changes in the last year have been nothing but amazing. If you are looking for a laid back family friendly campground in northern Arizona this is where you want to be.
