If you have kids or enjoy kids, this is definitely the KOA for you. That being said, we stayed in a camper cabin and it was a peaceful escape. The walking trails are lovely; everyone (staff and fellow campers) were considerate, kind, friendly and helpful.

The site was level and spacious. Nice, well stocked store. Friendly staff. Very active campground. The snack bar for dinner was ok. Nothing special. Fries cooked to far in advance. It’s too busy for only two workers.

We had an amazing time there! The campgrounds were clean and the staff was super accommodating and kind. There was plenty to do with the kids and it was still quiet at night.

We did not experience any issues during our stay. When we asked that the mining area be turned on, they were there within a minute. Questions were answered quickly and the staff was very nice. I would recommend having a second person at the grill because their was a bit of a wait to get food/drinks in the morning, and the bathrooms definitely need a remodel.

Sites are not even close to level. Our site was short and narrow and we were told several times before check in it was long and wide. People speed through area and dogs crap everywhere and no one picks it up and no one cares. Dog park not well maintained.

I suppose the reason my stay was marginal was not really the fault of KOA. The dog walk area was a mess people not cleaning up after their animals. I picked up several messes that didn’t belong to my dog. The people behind me allowed their German shepherd to relieve himself right in their cam and on the road and didn’t pick it up. Sadly the speed limit was not enforced at all even the employee

We bring our granddaughter here every summer. There is so much for the kids to do and the couple, Alicia and her husband, are very enthusiastic and make the activities for the kids a blast. Our only complaint this year was the lack of compliance checks. Nobody was checking for loud sites after quiet time began and we saw 4 sites from where we sat with sewer hoses on the ground.

This was the first time to stay at a KOA since I was a child camping with my parents. The grounds were very well taken care of and the staff was superb and extremely accommodating. The planned activities were fun. I will stay here again.

Very nice park if you have children. Lots of trees and amenities for the kiddos. Little busy for us but not a negative at all. The sites are really close but not uncomfortable. We enjoyed this park very much for an overnighter. Bathrooms were clean and they even have a lil burger place right on the property which is a huge plus. This is a great park but next time we'll check out the other KOA

rv sites are not clean. angry old males like to slam exterior cabinets and doors while the pool boy is slamming their wife. red face, bloated alcholics with ghetto trucks and trailers are the main customers here. dog park smells like booty, rv sites are very small so perfect for poor white people living in 35 year old rvs. trump won, why so angry williams az? locals look like the hills have eyes

All the staff were great! A special shout out to the young woman working the cafe, she was by herself several times during our stay but always kept a positive and pleasant attitude; not to mention she was really working hard. I’d also like to mention the woman that ran a few of the kids’ activities (she was the one that organized the arts and crafts) she was very sweet w our grand daughter.

We checked in just for the night got in right at about three for an RV spot on a Sunday& was a little disappointed because go karts closed at three on Sunday. I feel though it is a Sunday most people who come in from camping aren’t going to work on Monday, therefore, kids accompanying adults should have time to play on the go karts, especially if the next day they have to leave RV grounds by 11.

Everything was smooth from reservations, greeting/check-in, and navigating the site and amenities. Staff was friendly and campsite was really well cared for. We can't wait to come visit again!

Run down and shabby, last time we stayed at the one in flagstaff and it was great, this one was of much lower quality even though it had more amenities. Plus the café was shut down and there was no coffee in the morning like the flagstaff location.

I can’t say enough about the staff at this KOA. Chick helped us out (after hours) when we were having an electrical issue with our trailer. He went above and beyond. All staff very nice. View is great. Clean. So close to Williams and Bearizona. I recommend.

First time staying in a KOA may not be a fair assessment. But we were disappointed with the cost of the experience. It was however clean and staff was cordial. Nothing over the top but it was okay. Our kids had fun but we will more than likely not return.

At check in the desk clerk was very rude and got upset because I had not completed the "Waiver" that was texted to me. I explained that I was driving when I got the text and that I hadn't read it yet and that just made things more tense. Both times I used the Restroom Facilities at the Store/Pool they appeared to not have been cleaned and the Shower Doors were Falling Off!!!

The camp is awesome. There's so much to do at the KOA. Our only reservation with returning is that our specific spot 67 is extremely narrow, and the campers in 68 encroached on our area, were loud and left things (their box with hoses) on our side of the space which was a bit uncomfortable. Besides that, the staff was incredibly friendly and our reservation at the last minutes was appreciated!:)

My grandsons loved all the activities offered in the camp. All the staff was pleasant and helpful. I was happy to find so many other interesting venues near by we could visit. The entire camp was very clean, which is no small feat with so many campers on site. Thanks for the memories.

We liked the area we were in. The amenities are great! My only thing is that some of the areas need to be cleaned. The pool seemed dirty. You can’t see out of the windows. The cafe window where you ordered is dirty. These areas need a deep cleaning. The staff was very nice.

Our stay at at KOA circle pines is ALWAYS enjoyable and fun when we stay. My children had an amazing time and all of the staff are so nice and kid friendly. I would highly recommend KOA circle pines to anyone.

This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this KOA and usually we have a great experience. This time however things have changed drastically. The sites are no longer near level from side to side my site was off almost 3 inches and the front to rear was off over 13 inches. This lead to un safe condition where I have to use 10 inches of blocking and max out my 26 inches of tongue jack.

All of the staff were courteous and helpful. I was especially impressed with the young lady at the cafe who was so cheerful even though she often had to deal with long lines of grumpy, hungry customers. This is by far our favorite KOA due to all the activities. Keep up the good work!!!

The urinals were backed up in the men's restroom. We reported it to the staff on our first day. We stayed 4 days and nothing was ever done about it. The showers also need some attention. Many were not functional to an acceptable level. The property had a lot of weeds. Things seemed neglected. You have some work to do before we return to this particular location.

We are having such a great time here! The text camp ground are really nice. Bathrooms are clean! So much for kids to do and adults. We will be back!

Great KOA. Some highway noise and train noise but the train was fun to hear, at least for us! The site itself was unlevel but nothing some blocks didn't fix. We appreciated all the amenities, especially the dog run, big jump pad for kids, and playground. A tad on the expensive side but I suppose it makes sense with all the extras included and the convenient location to Bearizona and Grand Canyon.
