Stay is always good, however, Site 124 had branches that were low hanging and scraped the roof of our trailer, to include the A/c units. Contacted office as we left to inform them of the low hanging branches. Our height is 13 ft 6 inches. Thank you

site was very uneven and difficult to exit as a large tree was on the left side of the site and required me to back out of the site and hookup my towcar in an exit lane. Staff was friendly and accomadating.

This is a great campground to stay at, the staff is more than accommodating. Everything is clean, tons of stuff and activities for kids to do, there is even gocart racing!

What a great place to stay! If you have kids or grandkids this place is the place to camp. Tons of activities for kids to do, yet just as quiet as a 55 plus rv park. Great location for activities in Williams or seeing the Grand Canyon. This place allows you to take side by sides and explore the 100’s of miles of trails in the surrounding area. This was our first stay at a KOA and it was amazing! From the easy check-in process to our great site and all of the amenities that go with it, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and well organized. I was pleasantly surprised by how many activities there were and loved the go cart racing most of all. We will definitely be back.

My first time staying at a KOA and I have little to no complaints! I’d say my only real complaints are the bathrooms were clogged basically my whole stay ( we only stayed one night), my camp spot was up against the highway so it was pretty loud throughout the night, and last is how close the spots are together. All that aside, I’d come back for sure! Location is great and campground was goo

Ladies in the office were great, as always. But the unprofessional clown with the inflated ego that aggressively approached and scolded us for having the wrong firewood, ruined the whole experience. Rules are the rules, understood.. But there was no need to act the way he did. Later he came to another campsite to throw another tantrum. We started visiting Circle Pines 11 years ago. Never again.

I really enjoyed my stay I wish it could have been longer than 1 night. The highway noise kind of killed the mood but there is nothing KOA can do about that.

Our 1st ever RV trip. Last minute & didn't plan anything! Showed up and the staff was super helpful and patient with us figuring out this new world we are now part of. The facility was awesome! Like an amusement park! The kids had a blast! Every staff member we walked by or interacted with was super friendly and helpful. This place has set a standard I hope can be matched everywhere we go!

My grandmother (83) had needed a shower and my parents were attempting to pull her to the bunkhouse type shower and Lee the Mechanic out their had given my grandmother a ride to the showers at the front office. The staff were so friendly and helpful. There was only one staff member who was meh but we ignored that person. I would definitely come here again and again

This is our second year staying at this KOA and we love it. The facilities are super clean and the staff is always friendly. There are so many activities for the kids, which is always nice for parents to be able to relax. In the event that there is time to leave the KOA, many activities around the area as well.

Staff was very nice and easy to work with. Our only disappointment was the site itself, it was uneven and your neighbors hookups including sewer was right outside the front door. We also had a 5 gallon drum buried under the picnic table. The metal lid stuck up so would be a tripping problem for small children or older guest.

Staff was kind. Sites are overpriced. The cafe menu has decreased and the posted prices do not represent what they ring up. We chose to have dinner elsewhere. Unfortunately don't think we will be rushing back.

Very nice park. All of the buildings are neat and clean. The store is well stocked with most anything you might need. The staff are all polite, friendly and helpful. Lots of activities for the whole family.

This is the second time in a month that I’ve been at the camp site! Both times were great! The camp host this time, was not as exciting as the last one! but I still had a great time with friends! I would definitely come again !

We were so pleased that we selected the Circle Pines KOA on our recent trip. It was easy to find off I-40 and we really liked how it was laid out. We required a pull through site and were assigned space 97 which was both a pull through as well as a site with a “patio,” picnic table and a burn pit. I had no problem finding one of the dog parks which made it easy for my guys to run around.

This is a very nice KOA facility. Clean facilities and grounds. Plenty of options for adults, teens and children. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I guess the only issue we had was very weak WiFi connectiviity.

Cabin and Teepee that were specifically requested and booked, were changed without notice. AC or heat is used as a very loose term. Space heater and AC isn't enough to heat up or cool either the cabin or TP. Bathrooms are run down, stinky and usually out of hand soap or TP. BBQ was nice. Not enough shade. Fire pit was broken, unable to cook anything as the grill was bent.

This use to be a 5 star location, but after my last visit, ide have to say im thrilled on how the location is now currently run. The cleaning crews dont clean. The cabin was absolutely filthy when we arrived. There are some very unfriendly staff, and many who show little care to be there. Some of the staff were absolutely fantastic and helpful. The restaurant is bad now, went to town to eat.

Our favorite place! You can do as much as you want or as little as you want. Camp in the front for fun with kids or if you just want to be by the action or camp in the back for some privacy, this campground is close to many attractions. We go at least three times a year. Our escape from the Nevada heat.!

Absolutely love this place. We have been coming here for 15 years and it only gets better. The changes in the last year have been nothing but amazing. If you are looking for a laid back family friendly campground in northern Arizona this is where you want to be.
