Loved the campground. The check in was great. A man named Wolf helped us daily. He took his golf cart and led us to our camp site. The pool and playground area for the kids were great. Everything was wonderful. The food at the Cafe was delicious. Lisa was nice too. Please clean the pool area better. That's the only thing I didn't like.

We stayed for 11 nights and used the KOA as a base camp to visit Sedona, Prescott, The Grand Canyon, and Flagstaff. The camp was ideally located for us. Staying among the trees was an additional reason for selecting this park. The park was clean and well kept although showers and bathrooms show signs of use. Spacing between sites was excellent and gives you a sense of privacy. We will revisit

I’ve lost track on how many visits we have made to Circle Pines. One of my favorite places to stay and visit. I can’t wait for my next trip there. Thanks to all the staff for a wonderful time.

Was really disappointed. The restrooms were awfully disgusting. The showers weren’t working properly. The activities for the kids kept getting cancelled with no valid reasoning and very last minute. The pool was very dirty looked yellow. Very disappointed in our experience as we took a lot of family with us this trip.

This was our first visit and let me tell you that this place was so amazing to be able to drive a few hours and come and get out of the valley heat. The employees at the go carts, store , grounds and snack bar were absolutely friendly and it made us feel like home.

Great stay. Lots to do for young kids! Very family friendly environment. Dog park is a huge plus as well for us as dog owners. Only downside to the park as a travel trailer owner is the site sewer is so far forward it’s near impossible to have enough hose to reach.

The sewer is in the wrong place. The traffic noise and the spots are not level.

Staff was kind. But some areas in disrepair, including a main restroom. Also, they canceled several events in the one day we were there, including the hayride, candy hunt, rocket launch and putt putt. It was the most I have ever paid for a one night stay:( They did let us have a late checkout, but maintenance hovered around our site waiting for us to leave.

We have been staying at this KOA for the past 5 years. In the past everything was great, but this trip was disappointing. We come here for the kids, but the kids activities were canceled due to staffing . The restrooms were very dirty this trip, they have always been clean. The cafe was out of our favorites, and the service was very slow, it took 47 minutes to get a burrito.

Location is great, but the facility was in really bad shape. Bathrooms were duty all day and ladies restroom was often out-of-service. Significant maintenance needed on doors, stalls, rails, etc. Rust was horrible. Grill was filthy and should be shut down by the health department. Workers just road around in carts and didn't do anything other than police the kids on bikes for going too fast.

Stayed in Premium (97) site (2nd year). Very comfortable set up. Park was full & tight, but always quiet in am/pm. Lots of things for kids to do. Lots of dog areas. Can OHV to Williams. Negatives=kids to fast on E & motorbikes/scooters. Public showers could use refresh.

Had a great trip overall. But what's the deal with the pool area? Website advertises "Heated Pool" with pristine pictures. Pool area was a huge disappointment form 7/18 to 7/25. Reeked of chlorine... could be smelled at Bear Trax Cafe. Jerry rigged box fans in upper windows... Duration of trip pool was never warm enough to swim in. 7/19 North hot tub was cold... 7/23 both hot tubs were cold.

Customer service at the front dest,have to ask 3 different times for coffee and towels. Also short staffed, maybe that’s the reason.

We have stayed here several times without issue (other than when there was a water shortage). I alerted the staff of an issue with site 70 circuit breaker tripping constantly even with only 1 a/c unit on. I explained that I am a EE with 55yrs experience with that style of breaker, notorious for getting "weaker" with age. They came and spent most of the time disputing. Consequently, we had no a/c.

The spots are very small. Your neighbors will be using your space for their front yard. The spots were also not level, we watched numerous campers without auto-level, spend a long time trying to crib their couches. Kids were also flying through the camp ground on electric scooters, numerous texts were sent out by the camp ground but nothing changed.

Sewer hookup area looked like it had backed up sometime before our arrival. The gentleman in the site next to us said his sewer drain had backed up earlier that day and the campground was having some issues with this. I decided not to even hook mine up. In addition, there was a rat trap sitting against the sites hook up post. I would not return to this KOA.

The campground is great! My only negative comment is regarding breakfast at the Bear Trax cafe. The scrambled eggs and pancakes were overcooked (burnt) and not at all appetizing. Even after they made a second pancake because they burnt the first one! The second pancake was also burnt!

We had a great time. The kids loved the pool and the playground/jumping pillow. The bathrooms were nice and clean as well as conveniently located. The kitchen stations were great too. We were grateful to find a tent camping spot with electricity because my husband uses a CPAP at night. The proximity to Bearizona and the Grand Canyon was great too.

This is a very family friendly KOA with lots of activities for everyone. All KOA staff that we interacted with were great! Cabin KD was very clean and comfortable. Kudos to the cleaning crew!. The laundry facilities were also clean and easy to use. The indoor pool was nice but needs better ventilation so it's not so stuffy in there. The on-site cafe was very convenient.

We loved camping experience.Only recommendation would be add chemicals to the pool after closing so they can disperse during the night when nobody is in the pool and hot tubs.The staff were amazing! Jasmine in the art room was amazing with my kids which made my kids want to go in every day we were camping. Kellie always had a smile on her face and had a hello. Front counter staff was caring &kind.

Enjoyed it completely. Your staff is great. Great compliments to the young man with the beard who ran the go carts. Very caring and patient. Please get better speakers for the movie nights. The speakers are awful.

Would not stay at this KOA again. Showers were ridiculous. Low flow shower head output was woefully inadequate. Temperature control was non-existent - the tiny amount of water I did get was scalding. Yes, I tried all the showers and they were all the same. Signs everywhere about conserving water, yet there was a steady drip from the large water tank, wasting more water than I ever could.

It takes way too long to check in and/or buy anything from the store. Staff are not very responsive to guests who have been waiting for over 15 minutes. Also, the cafe is never fully stocked with menu items. Dog pens are not kept up. I had to request a staff member to clean the areas due to their poor conditions.

Staff very friendly , took our granddaughter. Didn’t realize how kid friendly the campground is, Lia never got bored as there was always something to do , from arts and crafts to riding with me on the go karts. Very kool campground.

This KOA isn't fancy but staff is fantastic, energetic and really make the experience fun. From mini golf to go cart racing to bingo, there's no short of cool things to do with the family and the environment really feels like a small community. Not the fanciest place but the restrooms are clean, the tent, wagon and teepee campsites are really cool, the shop has a ton of cool things including ice cream by the scoop. Just a good time here!

Schön grosser Campingplatz. Sie waren sehr hilfsbereit als der strom nicht ging da was kaputt war. War überhaupt keine grosse sache. Wc/duschen ok, aber könnten sauberer sein. Chicken wings waren sehr lecker👍

A really great campground. Many, many things for kids and adults. (Miniature golf, jumping mats, ebikes, hay rides etc.) Wonderful staff and a small Cafe with the best Philly cheese steak sandwich west of the Mississippi
