have stayed here many times and as usual the Williams KOA is fantastic. give it a 100%

Check in was late as the cabin was not cleaned. We had to wait almost an additional hour past checkin time.

The camp cabin smelled dirty right away when opening the door. Otherwise I enjoyed the stay. I love all the pine trees, seeing the beautiful blue jays flying from tree to tree and so many stars at night.

The staff was wonderful! A special shout out to Miss Patty who handles crafts and other kid things was outstanding! She was fun, energetic and patient with the children. We just loved her. Everything was clean and staff was always busy and about!

It was good. The site that what I stayed in was not very level required. 3 in of lift on one side.

Very nice amenities if you have children with you but the camp sites needed work to fill holes and make more level. Very hard to get our camper fairly level. The sites are very close together. Disappointed over all for the price.

We really enjoyed the first night until a group of people arrived the next day or so. They arrived with several non-registered motorized vehicle, which had children driving them through the property and driving onto the public roadway. I was advised by staff that the children and adults were contacted and they were not to rev them or drive on the property but they continued to do so.

We absolutely loved our stay in the deluxe cottage here. There's so many activities on site for the kiddos and many attractions within driving distance as well, like the deer farm and Bearizona. 10/10 recommend this Koa to all, especially those with children! A great place to make memories!

Right on freeway. However if you had kids there are 3 playgrounds, a huge bounce pillow, and GoKarts. Plus pool, covered wagons and teepees. Great for kids. Easy on and off freeway, clean.

Wonderful smell of pines, beautiful setting, great staff, this is our favorite KOA so far. Williams AZ is a fantastic place to stay. The staff suggested to ride the train to the Grand Canyon. The 8 hour trip is one of the best experiences we have ever had. We will be back!

It was fun to get out. The campground is located conveniently close to Williams. Due to staffing issues we didn’t get to enjoy all of the CG amenities we had heard of and looked forward to. My kid also wishes there was a small window next to her bunk bed (we have stayed several times at a newer deluxe kabin in southern Arizona that has small windows next to the bunk bed to let light in)

The staff are very helpful, attentive, and friendly. The amenities are exceptional. Our disappointment was the unlevel site that we were assigned. The automatic levelers in our motorhome were unable to come to level. Other sites showed the same problem with motorhome tires off the ground (which is dangerous), or travel trailers requiring several leveling blocks to reach level position.

Love how family oriented it was! Love the crafts, train rides, hay rides, etc. Kids loved it, and so then the parents loved it too!

Wonderful campground. Laundry costs are highest I’ve seen as is the food prices when comparing other KOAs.

We stayed just 1 night, but it was a very welcoming place with lots of amenities including a heated indoor poor, large dog park, and a go-cart course. It was cold and windy during our stay, so we didn’t take part in any of the activities.

We love this location, over the years the place has lost its sparkle sadly. The bathrooms by the pool are dark and dinge, they could really use an update. The cafe was closed, the food truck was a bit pricey for our family. Mr B made the day better with his antics at BINGO, on the wiggle train and the lollipop hunt. He is truly amazing. The upper wash station sinks were clogged our entire stay.

The staff is wonderful, however it has become louder because of the freeway being busier?I know they don't have any control over that. I also noticed that my rates seem to be increasing with extra charges for resources. Campsites are close together. I am going to try moving further back in the park for less noise

It was great, it was raining a lot while we were there and it was just so peaceful in the woods like that. I was a little annoyed here and there because other people were not following the rules - dogs being off leash and walking around, loud people into quiet hours, kids screaming to scream. Otherwise,it was a great time.

We have a 30ft toy hauler trailer, it was a bit challenging to find our spot but we did arrive when it was dark out. 2 adults, 3 kids....plenty amenities. We will be back!

We loved the staff - very friendly and attentive: Front desk, maintenance, cleaning, and go cart folks.. I know this is 'camping', but would have loved to have had better Wi-Fi and better TV service in our cabin. Was hoping to catch some sports while having some downtime :)

This is a definite favorite, would return site for us. The place is clean, friendly, lots of activity, yet rustic and quiet but with every amenity! Perfect location to all the places to see. Must stay!

It was a wonderful stay. The best camping spot we’ve stayed at so far because it’s so family friendly. Lots of things to do for kids and the staff were incredibly friendly and patient with us. The only downfall I’d say is that I felt like our cabin was dirty. The floor and bed frames were very icky & sticky. But, we’re definitely be back!

Cute campground, with some fun amenities but so tight. You are really parked right on top of your neighbors. I wish the campground personnel also paid a bit more attention to what was going on at night. The group across from us was blasting loud music and setting off fire crackers well past 10pm which was quiet a nuisance when trying to get small children to sleep,

the clamping tent was fantastic - the bed and linens were comfortable, the location to restrooms and showers was perfect, the kitchenette was a great addition. The campground itself is comfortable, walkable and easy access to the forest. The go carts are close and it is close to the attractions in Williams. Being in a tent, the highway noise and especially train noise wa disturbing at night

Absolutely love this place. We have been coming here for 15 years and it only gets better. The changes in the last year have been nothing but amazing. If you are looking for a laid back family friendly campground in northern Arizona this is where you want to be.
