Cable did not work. Stopped by the office and was told that the guy was at lunch and would come later. He never came. Staff was pleasant.

Third year of Circle Pines KOA. Always a great experience, so much for the kids to do. Staff is super friendly.

I looked forward to the go carts for months! I was really sad they weren’t running while we were there. Great family friendly park. A bit overpriced.

Our campsite was cozy even though the park had a lot of traffic. Loved that we had a shade tree and walls to divide each tent area. Clean pool and jacuzzi. So glad we rented a firepit while we were there, too!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The sites were not the best. Stayed in a "pull through" that was really unlevel/sloped, hookups were poorly located at the upper edge of the site which made zero sense. Sewer had to run "uphill." I have plenty of sewer hose and water hose, but I wound up having to purchase $75 worth on site. I was not the only one on that row of sites with this issue/gripe.

Love the campsite, clean , peaceful, staff is wonderful. Would like to give extra thank you to Cathy! She went above and beyond to help us with our reservation, we had some car troubles and couldn't make our first day. She adjusted our reservation and was an absolute sweetheart staying in touch with us the whole time to make sure we were ok and to reassure us we had a spot to camp at!

This was our second stay at this KOA. We stayed 10 days and truly enjoy the area! There are lakes and mountains and the attractions in Williams to have fun in. Even though it is an older park, it is incredibly well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The on-site cafe was not only convenient, but the food was good too! We will definitely be going there again.

We all absolutely loved staying at KOA Circle of Pines. Everything you would possibly need for your kids and family to have fun was right there. The go karts, bounce pillow, play ground, train ride, mining and indoor pool were wonderful! The grounds were super clean and all of the staff were welcoming and helpful. We are looking forward to planning our next vacation there! Thank you!

Phenomenal place for a little getaway as we live 100 miles away. Cabin rentals great bargain and lots of things for the family to enjoy. Will be back when snow falls for sure.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Clean quiet campground. Lots of great amenities including on site restaurant, go carts, mini golf and a huge jumping area for the kids. We will definitely be back!

It is an awesome place to stay, campground staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. The cabin was clean, and the heat was turned on. We will be back.

Renting a cabin for a week would have been nice to have small frig as we have had in other rentals. Front desk people gave us wrong info on pool hours which caused issues with kids not being able to use the pool due to it being closed

We came and rented a cabin. We brought our two grandkids who were six and eight did the scavenger hunt the jump pillow go karts hiking and we also are with our church horizon. We had so much fun.

I can't say anything bad about our trip! We have stayed here several times and each time the staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to make it enjoyable! Clean, tons of kids activities, close to town. A+++

We had a quick 2 night stay at Circle Pines and absolutely loved all the amenities and fun family activities right at the park. The go carts were a blast, the pool was warm and fun and the cafe food was very tasty! The kids loved staying here and we will definitely be back.

First time staying at a KOA, and we will be back for sure! Jenny, at the front desk, was WONDERFUL ! So kind and cheerful! The staff and food at the Bear Trax Cafe was awesome! We will definitely be back!

My site was very tight and had roads on both sides of it. There were many nicer camp sites that I will pick next time. Overall, it is a nice campground with friendly employees.

This KOA is awesome! Great location and the staff was great and helpful! Also, the spaces are more spread out than most KOAs and the full hookups made our stay more enjoyable! Hope to be back in the near future!

Very nice facility. Staff was friendly and helpful. Check in was a breeze. They advertise go-carts and track. Was hoping that our grandson could use this entertainment choice. However, he was told that no carts were currently in working order and that "maybe" they would be working later or tomorrow. He was disappointed but we will give it a try next trip. I will stay here again.

We arrived and were guided to our site. The site was way to out of level to work. Our guide called the office and we’re given the okay to check the site next door. Same result. Went to the office and the found us another site. Site 33 worked. Great staff and very helpful. Our kids are grown but, the have many activities for kids. Nice indoor poor and next door to the go-carts.

Wow, the people here could not be any nicer! Lots of fun things for the kids to do. We were here during Easter and they had a great egg hunt despite getting 10” of snow the night before! The property is very well maintained (clean bathrooms and showers!). They have a small cafe for hot food, their camp store is well stocked. I loved being able to communicate with them via text.

We stayed in the covered wagon. It is really pricey for what you get but I couldn't resist the novelty. The room has a mini fridge, a large bed and two sets of bunk beds. I wish there was room for a table. I don't think it needs two sets of bunk beds but I don't have 4 kids. It got cold in early April so I'd bring your own thermal sleeping bags. They do provide bedding but not sure it's enough. The cafe is only open Thursday-Sunday in the off season. Also no go karts or horse rides in the off season. The jumping pad was a big hit for my daughter and she loved the mining for mermaid treasures. The pool is indoors so it can be used in cold season which is cool. Ask about the kids scavenger hunt. Overall, really fun campsite and nice staff!
