the campground is always clean. The staff are excellent, very helpful, although the sites are a bit small, they still work ok

Nice stay, but very expensive. Stayed in cabin with bathroom. Small and cozy. Other than play grounds, pool and barrel train, EVERYTHING costs extra: crafts range in price, golf $3/pp, go carts only select days $18/pp, gem mining, etc. Staff was nice. Paid extra to bring dog. Sign on door said “no pets inside”.

My kids enjoyed the attractions and the restrooms were kept very clean! The food was not overpriced and the hayride driver was great! It has lots for the kids to keep occupied and have fun! It was our first time to a KOA! Everyone was polite and very helpful!

This was our first time at the KOA. We stayed in a glamping tent. It was super cute and comfortable. Came with bed linens and a space heater. We loved all the activities for the kids. There is plenty to do. Although it seemed pretty full it was quiet and not overcrowded anywhere. Will definitely come again.

We absolutely loved our stay. There isn’t anything I would change. The campgrounds were clean and customer service is excellent.

Great place and people! Love the amenities and that everything facilitywise was in working order. More than I can say about the rest of our stays at other KOA's. Do your research because they are not all are good parks. My only complaint is the sites are difficult to get yourself level but hey you're in the mountains. What do you expect?

Campsites were clean and everything was wonderful

Very family oriented! Staff was very nice and accommodating. Only downfall was the tent sites are close to the front of the campground next to the highway and the traffic was pretty loud all night

We had a wonderful stay! So many things for the kids to do. We stayed at the campsite most of the time and participated in most of the activities and it kept us busy and had so much fun! The wonderful Kat at the front desk was so helpful by accommodating to have our site close to our friends cabin! Also, Alicia in the recreation room and the bingo man were wonderful and great with the kiddos!

We love Circle Pines KOA. Tons of activities for our kids. The property is kept clean and every yellow shirt that we came into contact with was extremely nice and welcoming. Kat at the front desk was awesome, spoke with her a few times during our stay and she was very helpful. We're already looking at dates to book our next stay.

We had reserved a spot but I guess the representative didn’t save it, so we ended up in a smaller spot for our trailer and was quite an inconvenience. We were pretty crammed next to the other spot next to us. All we got was sorry cause the staff never saved the spot for us even though we had email confirmation.

We truly enjoyed our stay, the Grandkids had alot of fun. The Cafe food was very good. Friendly staff and well kept campground !

Crowed, noisy, poor site match to our 5th wheel, parking attendant had no clue on how large and long a full size truck and 36 Foot were and how to maneuver in the park. As a result our 5th wheel received minor damage due to the park geometery. Site 123 should be ban from trying to stuff a 5th wheel into the site.

We were really excited to try this property. We were pretty underwhelmed. The sites are incredibly close together. We also were disappointed to find out a lot of the extras for kids were an extra out of pocket expense. The kids did enjoy the jumping pillow. We did find other campers to be less than friendly at this property as well. Getting on the hayride was a challenge in itself.

The staff is friendly and we love that they have a number you can text questions to. The only down side is the wifi is hit and miss. The only bad thing is your neighbors sewer hole is into your area and it is very close to where our picnic table and awning is.

Always enjoy staying at Circle Pines. Have been going there for the last 30+ years. Took our kids and now we are camping with our grandchildren! Circle Pines KOA is a very family friendly campground. Lots of good memories.

Circle Pines is one of my favorite KOA's to stay at! You can find me in a camping cabin, which is perfect for me and my little dog. I will be back Summer 2024!

We brought our grandkids to the KOA, and they had so much fun! There were lots of kids to play with and they loved the jump pillow the most. The trikes looked fun, the pool was great and there were other activities also. Close to Bearizona, Grand Canyon, the train, so many things to do. We'll bring them again

I’m not always a super huge fan based on the KOA experience we have had up to date but this is by far my favorite location. The way this location caters to kids and how friendly everyone was, you kind of forget it’s a KOA besides being so close to your neighbors. I wish the go-carts were open more hours since unfortunately we weren’t staying on those days but 2 thumbs up from us. Kids ha

Great staff and even resort! Will stay again.

Very friendly staff and nice sites and clean restrooms

It was great. Beautiful setting, easy to check in. Our only issue was the site size. We had a 37' Class A and we had a tow vehicle. When we checked in we should have been advised that the site was very tight. We would have unhooked and fit in the spot very easily. We had to go around the entire park to get an angle to pull in, and the next day had to unhook to get out of the site.

One of the nicest KOAs we’ve ever stayed at.

Wifi and cable advertised but Wifi was weak to non functioning, cable wasn’t working. Other than that everything was good, we didn’t go there for cable or WiFi. Wifi would have been nice.

Staff is friendly a great place for family.

A wonderful family experiences. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Clean campgrounds.

The bathrooms need updating. Unfortunately the men’s toilet kept plugging up and broken showers sinks and not enough hooks in individual showers. Otherwise the camp was awesome! So much for families to do!

Great staff!! Nice sandy dog park but it NEEDS acces to water to rinse toys and sand out of dog's mouth, as well as lighting! Dogs need the park after dark, too!! WATER access at dump station NEEDS connector fitting at faucet or at end of KOA hose to allow connection for camper's hose. I needed to reach my plugged toilet with my hose, but ended up packing several buckets to get the job done

The $202 price we paid was a joke for the ridiculous parking spot we had just a few inches from our neighbors pickup truck. We will not be returning. Overall our experiences with KOA campgrounds have been good but we have noticed in recent days that KOA campgrounds are turning into price gouging rackets!! Very disappointed!!!

I was able to reserve the last 50 amp pull-through site. Staying 4 nights and enjoying it. Check-in was smooth. We had an escort to our site and given a space close to everything. They have RV sites for all sizes, covered wagons, and yurts. There's an inside pool and two Jacuzzis. Showers and bathrooms are clean. Kids will love this park.

Had a really nice time. I was a little worried about the campground being on. Shallow hill, but the sites were remarkably level. They have a small diner that has breakfast a couple of days a week. They serve cowboy sized pancakes. The tall stack should be enough for Canadian lumberjacks and teenagers. The short stack is plenty for most anyone else. Definitely a place to return to.

Wow, the people here could not be any nicer! Lots of fun things for the kids to do. We were here during Easter and they had a great egg hunt despite getting 10” of snow the night before! The property is very well maintained (clean bathrooms and showers!). They have a small cafe for hot food, their camp store is well stocked. I loved being able to communicate with them via text.
