Sandy was so nice to us, we had a medical problem and she was so understanding with empathy. Our site was clean and level, pool was clean. The cafe was great food and the nicest people. Thank you, we will be back.

Well run!. Managers are great! Grounds and Pool are very clean. Downside is truck stop was right next to our space & the !-10 runs right by the park. No real shade for most of the spaces. Beware pool rules disallow any drinks that are not a clear water bottle. I think this rule is ridiculous to not allow for sodas, beers, etc... in a non-glass container. Also rented 2 cabins that were gr8!

The WIFI was amazing that's about it. The staff was rude and the park has nothing to offer for long-term camping. Fourth of July weekend and the park was empty. We were the only ones that stayed for more than one night. Should have known by the lack of campers that this place was not good. There was another park in town that was packed. If it wasn't for the Cafe this place would be out of business

I am so sorry you did not enjoy your stay. The park you looked at has permanent residents and only 6 sites for short term stays like yours. We have lots of amenities: heated pool & spa, rec room, basketball, playground, corn hole, disc golf, community fire pit, walking paths and much more.

Very nice people and grounds. Nice level parking and good dog yard. We stayed an extra day because of the road work (almost complete) and will definitely stay here again.

the staff were great! the site was level, clean and well maintained. enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the kafe. too bad the truck stop is opening up right next door as this will cause a lot of noise and fuel fumes. this isn't in any way Koa's fault.

Great place to stay with grandkids. The pool was refreshing and our grandson enjoyed playing basketball on their court. We used Wilcox as a jumping off point to visit Bisbee, Tombstone and the Chiricahua National Monument. A great three days!

My wife Catherine and I stayed at this location from June 21-25, 2023. The Manager is Greg. He is a nice guy, and the facility demonstrates that he has everything well in hand. His Wife is Sandy. She runs the Office and took very good care of us. Audrey is at the front desk and is as helpful and friendly as can be. The pool and restaurant is excellent. This is a great place, with a great staff.

I had one of the best cheeseburgers at the Roadrunner Kafe. The cafe provides breakfast, lunch & dinner which was a definite plus for us as we use this KOA as an overnight stop. To prevent confusion & surprise, the staff alerted us ahead of our stay regarding construction happening around the entrance to the campground. We appreciated the heads-up text. They’re very friendly & accommodating.

It was nice. Shower/bathroom was nice; grateful it was air conditioned. Wifi was acceptable. There were two sewer connections, and the one closest to electric/water (and therefore my unit) was smaller than normal. My fittings did not attach well. Not sure why it was that way.

Great park! patio furniture Adirondack Chairs are not comfortable but we used our own chairs. Great site and beautiful park but road noise was annoying at times. Kate was excellent. Staff was superb!

While the campground and all the people (except one) is great, that one person ruined the whole thing!! When we got ready to leave, I discovered I had a really low tire. I called my roadside company and they sent out a guy to fix it. He discovered I had a loose wheel bearing also. Then came the old fart on the golf cart and ran him off. How are you supposed to get a trailer fixed? NOT HAPPY!!

Clean RV park with great pool and amenities, one of the best restaurants in Willcox, very good store and great staff. The only issue we had was that the picnic tables at each site have deteriorated due to the sun and need to be repaired or replaced. Being just off Interstate 10 there is a little road noise but that is to be expected.

Our stay was booked seamlessly, we arrived & our site was level, and the on-site cafe was great! Thank you all so much for taking pride & care of your campground. We will look to stay again when passing through Arizona. Cheers!

Very nice campground, and the restaurant served a great pizza. Only suggestion is to shorten the line of rocks at the exit to the site. Due to the camper in front, I had no choice but to run over some of the rocks

Nicely maintained KOA! Would definitely stay again! Stayed here beginning of Feb 2024. Pull-through FHU 50 amp. All gravel. Site #17 General: Convenient. Great store and good restaurant on site. Staff: Staff are very nice and helpful. Sites: Bare necessities. Primarily nicely compressed gravel. Campground Road: Gravel.. Campground WiFi: Great campground WiFi! Can stream and work on VPN with no problems at all. Zoom meetings were smooth as well. Grounds: Clean and maintained really well. Bathrooms/Showers: Did not use. Laundry: Did not use. Location: Gas (Love's) is less than 0.25 miles from office. 45 min from Chiricahua NM, 30 min from Tombstone, 45 min from Bisbee. Near highway: Yes. Directly off of the interstate so you do hear the traffic. Near train: No. Cell using booster: Both AT&T (3 of 4 bars —4G) and Verizon (3 of 4 bars sometimes 2 bars—4G) worked well enough. Worked on VPN just fine and have Zoom meetings with small moments of lag. Could stream as well.

Good location. Adjacent to highway with a truck stop right outside the front drive. Great authentic Mexican food in town. Stayed 2 nights. We saw "The Thing" roadside attraction. We would stay again.
