This was our 3rd stay in Willcox and it was as pleasant as always with wonderful welcoming staff. We plan on stopping on our way to our snow bird stop annually.

Excellent!!! The staff were friendly, courteous, and very pleasant. The grounds were impeccably groomed and maintained. Everything was very clean. Loved the exceptional patio area and porch with swing we had at our deluxe cabin. The restaurant staff friendly and food very good. Pool and hot tub area well maintained, clean, and enjoyable.

Had a great time. Entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Lovey park, nice pool/ hot tub. The restaurant was delicious and can see why it's one of the best places to eat in Willcox.

From the first phone call till we left everyone was amazing. We stayed in the deluxe cabin, I would stay here again if in the area. Cabin was very clean and comfortable. Nice for small family, I wish we could of utilized the fire pit. They delivered dinner to the room. Paul gave us a ride with our luggage. I would much rather stay here then a hotel room.

The people managing the facility are great! However the road noise is horrible! And with the truck stop going in next to the camp, relaxing and sleeping will be impossible! We love KOA but the Wilcox KOA is not a quiet and/or relaxing facility. We are disappointed����

The staff were outstanding - friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the very loud road noise from I-10. I know they can’t stop the noise but a hedge/bushes or fence might lower the noise levels.

Had Blue Bell ice cream by the scoop! Wonderful place and staff. Stayed only one night but enjoyed ourselves.

This was our 3rd visit. We love this KOA. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. The hot tub and cafe with the best ice cream is a bonus. High five to this KOA.

Great location, beautiful views. Cable tv is crystal clear. High speed WiFi is awesome. Make sure you get breakfast at the Cafe. Pancakes are huge. Staff extremely nice and helpful. Definitely stopping again.

Staff makes the campground very pleasant. The sites are gravel but very level, well marked and spacious. Close to highway for easy on and off.

absolutely one of the top KOA's I've stayed at (quite a few). The cleanliness, amenities, upkeep and friendly staff as well as thoughtful layout and comfort of the property which, despite being near the highway etc, makes for an excellent stay and worth the premium.

Excellent camp ground. Loved our sunset site. Lots of room for each rv. We will be back. Staff was awesome!

It was too expensive. Willcox AZ is not a destination and the one night stay was $60.00. I think campers are paying for all the renovations they have made. Their cafe is expensive as well.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Stayed in cabin and only gave 3 stars because cabin was not prepared for overnight guest. It was 50 degrees inside and took hours to warm up and only after we were given a floor heater. The water had not been turned on. Previous guest had a dog since there was dog food kibble on floor. Bathroom sink was not cleaned and coffee pot was dirty - we did not use.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

If this is what you experienced at our KOA it is totally unacceptable and not something we will tolerate as owners! We will personally contact you this week to learn more about what happened, and make it right for you in hopes that you will give us another chance to earn your business back.

Friendly service. Clean well-kept park. Convenient to the Chiricahua mountains. A good spot for overnight or a stay to see the sights.

Nice, quiet….great well equipped gift shop. Didn’t go to the cafe, but good to have one on the property. I’ve been here before, I’ll return on my next trip.

What a beautiful park! The staff were welcoming and friendly. Loved the fact I was escorted to my site. They treat you like family. A special Thanks to the girls in the Kafe for all the birthday wishes! Best stay ever!

I must say, this place was very quiet. Quite clean in appearance. The staff were super accommodating and a pleasure to experience. My spot I received was so level I didn't need to lower my jacks. I will return next time I pass through.

This is one of THE BEST KOA’s that we’ve stayed in this year … and we’ve stayed in a lot! BERY friendly reception, and the entire staff, including the workkampers, were really friendly. Great pool, hot tub, and they even have a good restaurant on site … cinnamon rolls are a MUST! We’ll return for sure

The Kafe was what made our stay extra special. Good food, reasonable prices, outstanding service everywhere at the KOA. The pool and hot tub seemed welcoming, but we forgot towels.

Very nice and cozy place to stay. Everything was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed having the KOA cafe right there and the food was great. The deluxe cabin was very nice, clean and comfortable.

Nicely maintained KOA! Would definitely stay again! Stayed here beginning of Feb 2024. Pull-through FHU 50 amp. All gravel. Site #17 General: Convenient. Great store and good restaurant on site. Staff: Staff are very nice and helpful. Sites: Bare necessities. Primarily nicely compressed gravel. Campground Road: Gravel.. Campground WiFi: Great campground WiFi! Can stream and work on VPN with no problems at all. Zoom meetings were smooth as well. Grounds: Clean and maintained really well. Bathrooms/Showers: Did not use. Laundry: Did not use. Location: Gas (Love's) is less than 0.25 miles from office. 45 min from Chiricahua NM, 30 min from Tombstone, 45 min from Bisbee. Near highway: Yes. Directly off of the interstate so you do hear the traffic. Near train: No. Cell using booster: Both AT&T (3 of 4 bars —4G) and Verizon (3 of 4 bars sometimes 2 bars—4G) worked well enough. Worked on VPN just fine and have Zoom meetings with small moments of lag. Could stream as well.

Good location. Adjacent to highway with a truck stop right outside the front drive. Great authentic Mexican food in town. Stayed 2 nights. We saw "The Thing" roadside attraction. We would stay again.
