Staff here are very good and ready to help. Our campsite was so-so. Not very level at all. Small. Internet had spotty performance. What is very positive in location ... location ... location. Drive to Annapolis and Baltimore. And from the Odenton Train Station, easy trip to DC Union Station.

We used this KOA as a little on night stopping point on our way to Luray, and Shenandoah NP. Nice location off the highway, Staff was super friendly and helpful. The nature trail around the campground is a hidden gem, and a great way to get your kids tired before you hit the road!!

Stayed there to visit Washington. Convenient campground if you're visiting Washington. Close to the MARC train station to Union station. The staff at the KOA were friendly. The campground was clean and well kept. It was our second stay.

The staff were very courteous. We were escorted to our site. We observed staff making frequent rounds and asking us if we needed anything . Staff were very informative and made notifications for bad weather.

Very nice park. Friendly staff and excellent facilities. The park is an oasis In a very populated area. Bathrooms and showers were spacious and clean as was the pool. We stayed there to visit Six Flags and if the amusement park wasn't closing, we'd probably be staying at Capitol KOA annually. But we will be back if we ever find ourselves in the area.

Staff was nice. The pool was really nice. We liked the fact there was a lifeguard on duty. The location is nice, close to train for Washington. I would put a path from second and third Rv spots so people could get to store without walking all the way around.

We had a great stay with a perfect campsite. Not a fan of being charged for checking in less than an hour early but I know some places actually enforce it. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay!

Nice campground. The back dumpster was very full though and wasn’t emptied during our stay. We paid for a premium site, but the site wasn’t level. Paying for a premium pull through site, I expected to not have to level so much. There was a grill on site, but when we used it, it got indulged in flames. I am guessing it was full of grease prior to us getting there. Couldn’t use it to cook anyt

Bathrooms were disgusting. Unflushed toilets that were a surprise when one seeks a clean toilet. Most lots have no trees so it is more like a storage lot for RVs. I came to camp and be with trees!!! If you do not need sewer, be sure to get an electric/water only site because it makes a big difference in price.

RV site had no shade. Very close together. Restrooms were clean but old. Shower water pressure was very low. Staff very friendly.

Nice campground with a huge pool, perfect for a cool down after touring DC all day. Location is close to the Marc Penn train station, Odenton. Nice dog run area and woods walking trail. Staff were extra nice too:)

I don't normally leave reviews. What I can say about KOA is the staff is wonderful, and the grounds are well kept. My only complaint as the size of the site that we were given. We have a 32 foot motorhome, and no matter where I put the motorhome on the Pull through site, there was not enough room to park my car behind the motorhome. It was a good thing that the office was right across from me. I could park my Jeep there overnight. My only other complaint, due to the width of the site, my neighbor's sewage hookup was extremely close to the corner of the picnic table (see photo). If you were looking for a site with more room, I suggest you go down the hill. Again, Great people, clean park, nice amenities for the kids.
