MUCH MUCH MUCH better than last visit. Staff was way friendlier and I didn't feel like the kids playing were being judged or watched by the staff like criminals.

Really like this camp ground, site was so I leveled and really challenging to get into spot…I guess paying to secure site is a must here. Upset when level sites sat empty all weekend.

Easy after hours set up. Host came to check in on us. Very pleasant, well-kept campground. Would definitely stay again

We have a Class A Motorhome and had an overnight stay. We arrived after hours and were met by the manager. He was very personable and escorted us to our site. The park was very clean and the sites were a good size. We did not use the facilities. We would return.

It was a nice campground. It was 30 minutes from Washington DC, but it was easy to get there from this campground. The staff was helpful with parking RV’s in Washington, and very friendly. It was a great place to stay.

We come every Halloween and it is so much fun for the kids and adults. Lots of activities for the kids and we love decorating the site. Very friendly staff and sites are well maintained. This was the first year our friends rented a cabin and they loved it! Very clean and cozy & warm and the beds were comfortable. Next year we have 3 cabins and two RV sites for the whole family and grand kids.

Great Halloween activities for the family. Lots to keep us busy. My favorite was the Hay Scramble, I’ve never heard of that fall activity, but it was so much fun watching the kids participate.

We had fun for the Halloween weekend but I think the camp ground management should pick the costume and site winners. Letting people choose makes it a popularity contest. Not giving everyone a chance. All the other camp grounds we have been to have management pick. Thanks

Nothing is level. Sites alway empty and wouldn’t let me move. I was so upset I was in tears. I wanted to move 1 site over”no we are fully booked” I was there 2 weeks and that site was empty except 3 nights. I felt in the lower level I was a 3 rd class citizen

We've been traveling to this KOA for the Halloween festivities for 3 or 4 years... Hands down. It is clear that this property has changed management and is not what it use to be. The Halloween festivities this year were marginal at best... We will not be returning.

Everyone at this KOA was very friendly and professional. Everyone worked as a great team and seemed happy to be there. Kudos to the management for having wonderful staff making my camping experience outstanding. The camp was very clean too.

We love Halloween camping at KOA, however, we were slightly disappointed that they removed some of the usual activities that they have had in previous years. (Pony Rides, rock wall, obstacle course, scavenger hunt, pumpkin contest). We would like to see those return or more activities included for the Halloween weekend. We also prefer the trick or treating to move a little later, maybe 630ish.

We have stayed there once before and it was great! Our last stay this past weekend would have been better if we weren’t on the most uneven site. No matter what we did we could not get leveled as we were on an end site that was on a terrible place. But I would definitely stay there again just never on that one site again.

Wish we could have picked our spot. Tried in the app and it wasn’t working. More bathroom places (a little far at one end for those with potty issues) More advertising of events and rules posted. Some spots could be bigger. Not a lot of space from front door to electrical box of next camp. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about needed help. Grounds well taken care of.Will stay again

The staff was amazing. I really appreciated the sports stuff and space to play and run around. I was extremely disappointed with the bathroom. First I spent $80/night and the place right before this I spent $20/night at a state park and their bathroom was MUCH better. Then the LARGEST spider I've ever seen came up out of the shower drain while I was showering and I had to run out screaming!

Great stay, thank you- Chris the new GM was fantastic! There was a retired Vet there that was also awesome. Most of the staff really was good and appreciate the hospitality. The campground is in need of some maintenance but the staff made up for it. thank you

Enjoyed our stay. Check in clerk Earl at front desk was helpful and quick getting us checked in. Site was close to amenities like we asked. Our patio site BBQ needed to have the tank refilled and staff was prompt to collect it and fill it for us. New Manager Chris stopped by our site to visit and was very friendly. We will def be back!!!

The staff were friendly and the campground was neat and tidy. Significant improvements have been made since our last stay. It is in close proximity to the train which made it easy to travel to DC. We had an enjoyable stay.

Very nice campground, we stayed on site 36 with our 35 ft. travel trailer. Very level site. The campground was very quiet compared to other campgrounds we visited. The bathrooms/showers were clean each time we used them. My husband took a shower one time and said the water was not very hot. We did not use the pool or any of the other activities available, but looked very nice. The workers we spoke to were very helpful and friendly, we arrived after the office clised but had no issues finding our site. Resturants, grocery store, gas stations only a short drive away.

This KOA is about 15 min north of Jessup. We had a great time here. I have a girl scout troop and we went camping on a rainy weekend and it was so much fun! We stayed in cabins, and they were spacious and clean. A bit musty, but what do you expect.....you're camping. The room layout was great. There was a full-size bed and two bunk beds in another room. The girls in my troop had enough room in the cabins. The bathrooms were very clean and well supplied. Even though we didn't use the showers, they were super clean. I would highly recommend KOA. This is our send stay at a KOA and it's been a great experience.
