The facility was good and I felt safe while there. My only complaint is that the pool seemed to always be closed due to the lifeguard taking a break (usually for a few hours and around lunch time - 3ish). Also, the pillow jump thing was almost always never inflated or able to be used, and they only let you use it when they have an attendant out there.

Very well managed KOA. Location is awesome if you are wanting to visit DC. MARC train station is 15- minutes away and it drops you off at Union Station for easy transfer to Metro trains, buses, & DC Circulator buses. Seniors ride at 1/2 price. There are several good restaurants and stores within 5-miles. If I return, I'll will stay here again.

Nous sommes arrivé après 20:00 et le camping était fermé, par contre, le staff avait mis notre enveloppe dans une case sur le mur avec notre nom. Nous avons nous installer et sommes reparti le lendemain tôt. Pour tout les québécois qui descendent à Myrtle beach ou en floride, vraiment un camping pour faire le transit. Merci aux staffs.

The park is nice, most sites are spacious and level, lots of trees, but also wide open campsites for good satellite reception. People are pretty quiet and friendly. Only thing negative is navigating to enter and leave the park as there are several highways that cross over each other near the entrance to the park, it’s rather confusing. Look for the KOA sign on the highway to turn in.

The dog park was extremely unkept, with very little grass. The non premium sites were in poor shape. No grass, very little A gravel.grave left. Terrible picnic tables. Staff was fabulous Staff was fabulous,

Overall a nice, clean park and nice site. Convenient to Washington DC metro, and plenty of restaurants, stores and gas stations nearby. One day pool was closed at 2PM because lifeguard was at lunch. Office could not tell me when he would return and offered, citing a contractor not KOA managed the pool. Was a record hot day! My family simply had wait for the lifeguards return. Not good!

This is a nice park and really the only RV option in the area. The staff are friendly and courteous. We had a nice, large pull-through site with picnic table and fire pit. The only real complaint is the price - it's VERY expensive. Since there are no other realistic options in the area, the have a bit of a monopoly and can charge whatever they want.

Staff was very courteous and helpful. Campground was clean and well maintained. Camp store was well stocked and clean. My only complaint is that they didn't have cable TV. Some campgrounds are not providing cable TV anymore. They provide WIFI. But if they do, it should have the bandwidth and speed so campers can stream TV. This campground had WIFI, but stated that it was not for streaming.

Wonderfully clean and beautiful sites. Never felt crowded even though it was almost full. Such friendly and helpful staff. Julia was a lifesaver. Made our time in DC so enjoyable.

Requested satellite friendly, paid extra for patio but satellite blocked by trees. Location great for visiting DC, Baltimore, Annapolis, etc. Great restaurants and everything you need close by. Pool needed cleaning. Water was ok but around the edges above the water should be scrubbed by lifeguard sitting there on his phone. Wi-Fi couldn’t handle streaming. Antenna channels all Democrat biased.

Charged extra for being there at 10:30 vs 1, charge for coffee, shower pressure poor, blob not inflated. Gets a 4 because it was clean and in a nice location.

Very,very clean restrooms and showers. Good internet. Place 54 was very annoying to go in or out from it without seriously scrapping the hitch. It was a chore to unhook the TT because the gravel was uneven and even being a pullthru, I opted to back up the TT to avoid damage to my hitch/frame assy. For the rest, the camping was very nice, the staff was friendly. I would repeat the experience......

Pool was very “murky”, did not look like it was properly treated, did not want to get in. Temps were near 100, sorry we could not use pool. Not really like most KOA’s. Also empty spot next to us was a cut through, even KOA staff! In spite of large write up on handout about etiquette! Directional sign was overgrown by trees, not helpful.

We stayed during the 4th of July weekend. I was very pleased how spacious and well kept this location was.Unfortunately, it was 99 degrees outside for all 3 days. It was wicked hot. There were lots of activities. The pool was very active! The dog bark was so-so. But they have one that was clean. They had a well stocked store. Clean and friendly staff. Would stay again and recommend!

You should not charge for a vehicle if you have a motorhome - I was charged $20.00 for 4 vehicles when i have 1 car 1 motorhome and 1 golf cart trailer. I was also charge $8.00 for pet fee which was not a pet it was a service dog - which federal and maryland state law they are not to be charged for.. pool closure for an hour is awful - there should be someone to relive the lifeguard for lunch 2-3p

Upon arrival we found our site was right on the main camp road so I went in and asked if we could be moved for our 4 night stay, the lady said she could not although there were many open sites during our stay. The noise of passing rv’s and the nearby highway and planes made this a KOA we will not return to. The playground and jump pillow were very nice, a place kids would love. Dog area very nic

On the way up to Boston it was incredible on the way back to Florida. It was at eight out of 10 but not bad for calling an hour ahead very satisfied like the campground just had a better spot the first time but definitely grateful you even had a spot for us seeing it being Fourth of July weekend.

Very well kept property. Property had good tree coverage and was a bit more rustic. Lot 54 was great as a pull through. Others were not too close. Restrooms and showers immaculate. Staff friendly and helpful for planning our drive to DC with our little dog. Shout out to Elaine for the beautiful flowers!
