For it to be a special Halloween weekend. There was not much for the kids to do besides what is offered every weekend at this koa. This was supposed to be and event weekend. There were no events not even a costume contest for the kids. Very disappointed. This place has gone down hill with the new management.

We come there every year for Halloween We were very disappointed this year. There was no after No dancing and music at the pavilion for the kids. They were looking for it to that this year. They had so much fun last year. Disappointed

Nice campground setting with trees, clean facility. WiFi is inexistant, no connection both times with stayed there, no email access although It is supposed to be provided. TV signal is poor. Quiet time is not enforced. Well located to visit Washington DC and Arlington cemetery. Friendly staff.

Great place to stay for visiting the entire Metro DC area. Great staff, friendly, very knowledgeable and they even solved a long standing problem with my propane and explained to me what the problem had been. Several other places, including Camping World were clueless. Thank you!

In general, it is a very nice KOA, however, we have been doing the Halloween weekends there since 2016 and this year was a huge let down. They did away with the costume contest and pumpkin contest (& charged for pumpkins this year). They also did away with the extra activities,(pony rides, rock wall, obstacle course), Not a lot of Halloween activities. Kids were bored and disappointed.

The campground is fabulous with extremely friendly staff. However, people staying in the cabins kept walking through our campsite and the other 5 campers with us. I recommend adding a sign stating NOT to walk through the campsites. I think a path should be added so they do not disturb the campers.

Several people let their dogs run around off leash. The campers/cabin goers were overly rude, walking directly through others campsites without regard for personal property. One morning one of the staff aggressively banged on my camper door waking me and my son up asking if we recognized one of the dogs that was constantly off leash. This was by far the worst experience at a campground in years.

The Campground is a wonderful location for Baltimore, Annapolis and Washington DC. Staff are very friendly. Sites are kept up well and clean. Laundry and Showers are clean.

The staff was awesome especially the escort. Very nicely stocked store. Very organized events. Restroom and shower areas were clean and well maintained.Would definitely recommend to a friend

This is a wonderful campground. We stayed for an extended period of time. The staff are wonderful and helpful. The amenities are very nice. The park is very clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed the communication from the park regarding events, and such. I recommend this location to anyone.

First, let me say that every staff member of the Wash/Cap KOA was incredibly kind, courteous and helpful. My ratings on them seperately would be 10 and 5 for the above questions. Second, I may just be spoiled from previous KOA stays, but I was very disappointed with the grounds: primarily the lack of pavement and lot size. Was this was another campground that affiliated recently with KOA?

my site was underneath an oak tree spent the entire visit listening to nuts rain down on my trailer. too many barking dogs, the class b behind me had a chiwawa that barked for the entire time I was setting up and then every time he was put out for the entire time he was out. the campground amenities.were okay.

Quiet hours were not enforced. Neighbour with visitors kept us up until nearly midnight, talking around their campfire. And their dog started barking at 6:20 am. Level spot. Hose fittings for water didn't seem to be standard and had a bit of a challenge with that. Nice people, clean park, good amenities. Just the neighbour was an issue.

Tony and Dottie are the best! You owners should do all you can to keep them. Everything was wonderful. Kudos to your housekeeping staff as well, super clean restrooms. Highly recommended!!!!!

Nice place but totally ridiculous to charge us an extra $10 to stay an extra 38 minutes because we needed to run an errand. The campground was not full and obviously there was no one waiting for our spot because check in wasn’t for another 2 hrs later ! ��

This was our second visit and we enjoyed our stay! I love the beautiful trees at the campground and the staff members are so very nice. I also like the extremely clean bathrooms and showers! The best I’ve seen at a campground in quite a while!

Our plans had changed and we needed a longer stay. The campground was heavily booked for the weekend going into the following week, but the staff was very helpful and accommodating. They found a way to extend our stay stay that was transparent to anyone.

We've visited during off season and on season and both times were a good stay. The bathrooms are generally clean but the staff are helpful. My kid had a good time doing the crafts and stayed at the park majority of the time. The lots are a little cramped, and if you're near the front of the park there are little to no trees. You can hear the highway while sitting in the park but it didn't really bother me much. I would recommend staying if you have a kid and would like them to have lots to do. My usual trips are more for the nature and I would say this isn't really the campground for that. There is a nature trail that is actually pretty decent sized and cool, had a clear path and lots of different routes you could take which was cool. All in all a pretty good campground, just depends what you're looking for.

This KOA was very reasonably priced for the pull through 30 amp site. We did not have full hook up. Lots of amenities for kids-bounce pad, cute cart-style bikes for rental, decent sized pool. Folks were friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again when visiting MD/DC.

It was great we got the deluxe cabins for 250 the night they were worth if it especially if you have kids there's mis many activities with my favorite play outdoor 8pool
