Park was nice, We had a full hook-up spot, however I complained about the elect. service not being 50 amps and they sent someone to check it, I told them that only 1 of my A/C would work at a time. He then told me that it is normal that only 1 will work at a time. I KNOW BETTER!! He did not have a AMP meter just a volt meter. Then he said that the wiring is very old and that was the problem.

We've been staying at this KOA since 2009. Always clean and the campground well taken care of. WiFi was spotty at times, and really wish cable TV was available.

Spot not level; vehicles parked in front of camping units partially obstructed roadways; bathrooms,showers very good except for lack of hot water; Overpriced as far as comparing it to other parks, but location is everything, sometimes.

Clean campground. Quiet for the most part. Saturday night there was some kind of party for kids and it got loud and a little out of hand with kids running through people's campsites. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. One recommendation is to level out the sites a little more to make them truly pull-through.

The parking area is very strong slanted state. So, I was very discomfort for 3 days. I recommend that the parking area is a flat, not slanted.

Had a great weekend. The staff was very friendly. I had no issues during our stay, so my interactions were limited to check-in and checkout. The bathrooms were adequate and clean.

We only stayed one night. This KOA is set in z as beautiful environment and is very clean and feels very safe. Lots of stuff for the kids to do. Earl was fun and greeted us as if we were already friends.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed in a cabin. Although rather full, the campground was peaceful and beautiful and we felt very safe. we enjoyed the nature trail.

It was a great stay other than the guy that decided to scold my son and I when we arrive. He ended up apologizing but it was unnecessary.

We had a very comfortable stay at your campground. The drive thru was easy and the hook up was no problem at all.

Did not care for our site, we barely fit and were worried if we'd get out early in the morning if there wouldve been a camper directly across from us, luckily no one was in the site. Usually people that work at campgrounds are very friendly, No one seemed willing to carry a conversation at all or even say hi, unless you were a seasonal camper. People inside store were friendly.

Booked a rustic cabin. The smell coming from it was so foul you could smell it outside. The front desk guy let us go in other rustic cabins to see if any of them smelled any better. They were putrid. All of them. We couldn’t pay the extra $120 for a deluxe cabin, so we had no other option. We slept in our van next to the cabin. The owner was called and could care less. Paid to sleep in our car.

Mostly positive - would stay again: Nice attentive staff. Clean restrooms/hot shower, good location, many items in store were 1/2 price, good recycle. TV stations pretty good with addition antenna. Negatives: No cable. Next door neighbor’s fire pit too close to our windows which they used a lot & left burning overnight. Would have liked a shower caddy or other place to put shampoo, etc

Quaint little campground in the heart of Annapolis area. We stayed over one night on our way to Delaware and Ocean City.

I stayed at the newly renovated cabin. It was very nice and had loads of room. My only complaint was there are no ice trays or any way to make ice in the freezer.

We made reservations on line for 3 week stay then an additional 2 reservation for 3 weeks total of 9 weeks.. we had to move spots and the staff was very rude. A few of the staff were very helpful. Melissa and Carnell and Dottie and Tony were always friendly and helpful. The original manager never spoke and the new manager new spoke and we spent a lot of time and money at this establishment.

The lack of gravel on the roads and in the spaces resulted in a muddy mess (around our site #35). Staff were helpful. Facilities were clean and up to date.

This was my first time at a KOA. I had high expectations for KOA due to "reputation". I was disappointed. It was a parking lot, with a pool and a playground. The expected "Washington DC shuttle" was not operating... The expected trips to Washington DC's museums and attractions, did not happen. I will not be returning.

The spacing between campsites is really small.We moved the fire pit & 2 employees & 2 different times said something to us.When we said we moved it because we needed a place to park our truck because there wasnt room to park it where they wanted us too one of the employees said they did not care about our truck and that we shouldnt have moved the fire pit. We have never had issues with moving one.

Nice place to stay. Easy to get to DC or Annapolis. Staff is friendly and the pool was nice and refreshing. It would be nice to have a bit more water pressure for dish washing and showering.

Friendly, helpful staff, clean campground spaces, tons of fun stuff to do at the camps and bathrooms that get attention on a regular basis. I am not sure what else people expect in a campground. Also, having wifi is super nice, even if its a little spotty. Some folks are spoiled I suppose.

We stayed in a tent site with no hookups. Clean grounds, friendly staff, good value. Activities were fun and reasonably priced. Would benefit from having an ATM on site as some activities were cash only.

Super friendly staff. Since we are a traveling dog rescue, we were thrilled that we were allowed to have multiple dogs! We will definitely stay here again.
